Went to the register to pay asked about a coupon she said that store didn't accept coupons I responded with this store sucks. I was still going to pay for the two sandwiches but the fat girl said if you don't like it you can leave. I asked why just because I said this store sucks? Seen in this picture here are two subway subs that are supposed to be the same exact sandwich apparently. The problem being, they were ordered on GrubHub and supposed to be two different sandwiches. But I'll get to that in a minute. Period. Even if these were correctly ordered as two of the same sandwich they are so in consistently different that I would be furious as an owner of the store to know that this is how my staff is serving their customers on the weekends. And if I ever said boss was in the store with this kind of product was going out I would be ashamed. Now let's get to the issue at hand. I ordered two separate sandwiches one rotisserie chicken with double meat double cheese and all the veggies except black olives because hey, I have a black olive allergy. I cannot consume them nor can I just pack them off a sandwich. Granite at least one of these sandwiches that is correct looks delicious. I'm going to assume that one is the right one. So now I'm looking at this piece of crap other one that is not a rotisserie style chicken sub. It looks like the sandwich that you made and your boss came over and said no redo that that's terrible, Please remake that. So after the sandwiches are delivered by the GrubHub, It says to call the store if there's any problems. We've been straight calling the store for about 30 minutes and their phone is busy. How was your guys phone busy at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with your one star rating selves. I can't imagine you have a lot of foot traffic because hey coronavirus. Now with their inability and refusal to answer the phone, and my inability to go to say anything about it because coronavirus, I'm out all the inflated amount of money that it cost to order delivery from there, and believe me it is definitely not worth it. Legit will never order from the store again, in the early closest subway to me after that is far away but I'd rather travel there and come eat at your store where you can't even make a sandwich correctly based on what comes out on the slip. This location, seems 2 have a new, more customer friendly manager, & workers, at the end of 2018. They actually cater 2 the customers wants/needs/special requests, without getting huffy, mad, or saying "no, we can't do that" or "I'm, too busy", like the one in the Belknap Mall does. The last time I was there, there were 2 amiable young lady workers, that did my special order without complaining, & with a smile, which really made it a positive experience. I left them a tip for going above & beyond, & still being cheerful, when my order does take more effort. The manager at the time Tricia, approved my special order, & that REALLY meant a lot 2 me. Both Subway stores, seem 2 have a high turn over of workers, so beware, that your experience might differ each time, which is sad really. Subways in general, need 2 carry more VEGAN options. With all those vegetables there, they don't even have a VEGAN sub, or salad offering, in their stores, or on the website. BEWARE ON THE WEBSITE: ONCE YOU MAKE AN ACCOUNT, YOU CANNOT DELETE IT, OR EDIT/UPDATE A NAME, EMAIL, OR PHONE NUMBER, & ONLY ONE ACCOUNT, WILL WORK, PER DEVICE THAT IT IS MADE ON. So, if you get married (changing last name 2 married name) or change your name, email or phone number, 4 any other reason, you will NOT be able 2 update those, or even create a new account, on the same device as the current account is on. Also, you cannot make multiple accounts, 4 different people, on the same device. You may also not be able to reload gift cards, to get My Reward points, & may have 2 perpetually get, & register new cards, 2 keep earning My Reward Points. Just saw a subway employee (the girl with the fish hook thru her lip) get all pissed of at a customer because he had coupons and she didn't know about it. Instead of making it right for the customer she threw the coupons on the counter and walked out back, left everyone hanging. Great customer service ! It will be awhile before I go back. read more

Before I begin my rant I'd like to say I had to download the yelp app before writing this. I am never the one to complain or write a bad review. But after the 11 dollar pile of shit I just got handed at this subway I felt the need. A new employee to this location (I frequently go to this subway and know the regular employees) a bigger blond girl with thick frame glasses) that I have seen on two visits so far made me a sandwich I get from many locations often including this location and let me say I have never seen someone make a sandwich this lazy and messy. I am not one to complain and ask them to make it nicely because I understand that it is only a sandwich and you are working at subway so I don't expect much. But every aspect from the initial cut in the bread to the sauce was done so sloppy and with no care. I have come to this location before and seen the line about to be out the door and this same girl was working with another girl whom I've had before and this horrible employee was counting change. And even when she was asked to help and take the next customer she said okay just let me finish and never did help then when my sandwich was ready to be paid for she jumped on to the register to avoid making sandwiches and try to cash me out while the other girl would have to continue to make several sandwiches by herself. Just absolutely disgustingly lazy. And a horrible attitude. Trying to get a break from the simple tasks she has to do at any chance. She made my sandwich and cut it while it was half open pulling all my veggies and sauce out into the paper and rolled it loosely closed and caused my bread to be covered in sauce ... and also no napkins as if that was too much work.. and clearly needed with her lack of ability. I'm writing this in hopes that this location will read this and fire this girl immediately. So i can continue to give them business and also in hopes no one else will go in there and walk out with the disaster I was just handed and paid for. I can't even put into words how horrible it is to know that this girl will continue to move though life with this lack of ambition from job to job just doing the bare minimum. Been there twice. Have been out of product to make sandwiches ones. As late as 930 the other as early as 6 person said they asked if I wanted a second one and they didn't. Has happened twice now. Worker got upset started throwing things down neither visit was a good one actually bad enough so I won't go back again and I will tell others about my bad visits. Will not recommend to anyone.
