I corrected that up , then proceeded to the pick up window and they were ready with the Oreo McFlurry I did not order and an M&M McFlurry and I told them that's not the correct McFlurry. So they directed me to wait at the next window and I get asked if I had the ONE McFlurry and I said NO I had an M&M flurry and a SNICKERDOODLE McFlurry . You will get a free round trip through the drive through because they don't get a simple drink order right , heck it's like going to a zoo because you will also get a deer in head lights look when they don't know what you mean by please extra ice. Wonderful customer service! They gave much attention to our order and where very welcoming. The place is nice and clean, and the person that brought our food was very polite in making sure we had our order correct. My son wanted a different toy, and they were great in exchanging it for him. If I could give a "zero" I would. The fountain drink area was removed, as well as the napkins. The tables needed to be wiped clean. We ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, a Big Mac, and Diet Coke. They were out of Diet Coke, so we opt for a sugar free Lemonade. The meat on both burgers was dry, like it had been sitting for quite a while waiting to be served. It was clear they did't have enough employees to properly give adequate service. I don't know about this location. Being a broke college student allows me to toss this one a Three Star rating but not enough enough to even give a Three and a half star. Usually Micky D's hits different when you've been studying all day and such but this location for some reason is lacking in the quality. Heard McDonald's started the McRib promotion today. 8pm and I wanted to check if the new McDonald's in La Mirada had them before driving there. So I called and the phone rang and rang and rang. I don't go very often to this McDonald's because of all the mistakes on my orders, very simple or the mistakes get worse. This time it was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, wait at the second window for our food then when I get home we're missing the BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets!!!! I really don't like going to this McDonald's!!! Most times there's an issue with order and the wait times are just getting worse not better!!! I only ordered a classic chicken sandwich with cheese and a small fry and after I paid I pulled up to the pick up window and I was told to pull into the parking lot, so I go and wait about 7 min and when I got home I noticed they didn't put cheese on my sandwich but charged me for it and didn't include the ranch and ketchup I had asked for. If I could give zero stars I would. This doesn't reflect my experience with the day shift but the night shift is a joke. The girl who took our order when we came the first time tonight kept say is that it after every item making us feel rushed so we forgot to order our Holliday pies so when we got to the window they said it would me a 15 minute wait so we passed and decided we'd come back after doing laundry. When we finished and returned to order the holiday pies they said they didn't have any. Every time I come at night they have an excuse as to why they can't serve certain items. I went inside which by now defeats the purpose of ordering online. And I had asked the guy at register if it was ok to bring out food to car. I only drink McDonald's coffee now and wasn't satisfied with the ones by my work so I kept going further and further out until I found this place. The coffee was so much better I found myself driving past 2-3 other McDonald's just to go to this one. Had the worst experience at this McDonald's today. I hate and don't understand how to use the new ordering kiosks inside mcdonalds. But an employee asked if she could help mea at a kiosk and not a register. She asked me what I wanted to order and I told her my items and she said to pay there at the kiosk and she walked away. I asked her how do I use a coupon from the McDonald's app. She came bacover erased my order and asked what I wanted again, I told her she could have just as easy as took my order at the counter. And I could hear her say under her breath "JESUS". At this point I'm pissed and I askedd to speak to a manager and I just went off on them. Literally the WORST McDonald's ever!!! I've been there probably about 10 times and each time there is an issue. On my last visit their soda machine was broken. Okay, no problem, just order food with no drinks right?? Nope! They charged me for the drinks even though I asked them several times not to charge me for drinks. I mean why should I pay for something I'm not getting. When I checked my receipt I see that the charged me for the drinks. I got to the food window and asked for a refund. The first cashier told me she couldn't give me a refund. I asked for a manager. Without apologizing or saying anything he hands me 2 $1 bills. I told him that I paid for 2 drinks that I didn't receive and there is tax on the $2 drinks. I'm not here to nit-pick on a few cents but it's the principle that they are literally stealing money from their customers. I used to work at McDonald's and freshness and quality is what brings back your customers. Whoever is the GM/Manager at this location needs to go back to school and take a Business 101 course and wipe house with your current staff because this place is garbage. Service here is terrible. The woman who gave me my food through the drive thru was just plain rude and lazy. I ordered a cheeseburger Happy meal with a go gurt and small Sprite and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. She hands me an x small Sprite and I ask this is the small and she says does it look like it, and I said well that's what I ordered and she snatched it back filled a cup with ice and poured the x small in and handed it back without adding any more drink. She then handed me the box I looked in and no yogurt, and when I asked her about it she said if I was going to be picky that I needed to go inside, she gave it to me and then handed me the chicken nuggets ain a separate bad I asked her for BBQ sauce which she snaps is already in the bag. Whatever, I get home and there is no toy in the Happy meal and no sauce in the bag with the nuggets. I don't even know how you're supposed to eat them without something to dip them in.
