I been meaning try this place for few years finally came and tried it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good atmosphere and great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a burger it was abit over cooked but rest was average. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not a bad place to chill[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

$16 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH: DELICIOUS! The brioche bun was soft & fluffy and the chicken was fried perfectly

**CONNECTED TO HOLIDAY INN** PARKING (5/5): The HOLIDAY INN has its own parking lot, so there is plenty. Doesn't seem to ever get full. AMBIANCE (4/5): [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself is BIG! It seems almost like a nice sports bar. However, it's always empty so it kills the vibe[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. SERVICE (3/5): The bartender we had several times is TERRIBLE! She seems like she hates her job and has an attitude with everyone. We were afraid to order or even ask for anything because it seemed like we were bothering her. Definitely ruined the vibe. FOOD (4/5): The food is pretty good for a restaurant connected to a holiday inn! Was impressed! $21 CLASSIC BREAKFAST: comes with 2 eggs, choice of meat, toast and potatoes. The potatoes looked gross or white so didn't even try them. The breakfast was OK, but I would skip breakfast here and just buy something at the PEET'S cafe in the hotel lobby next door instead. $10 CHEF'S TATER TOTS: these were SO GOOD! They are GIANT sized tater tots that come with cheese INSIDE. They are yummy, order it! $13 QUESO DIP: obviously must love cheese. It comes topped with some jalapeños and pickled red onions. I thought it would come with chips, but it came with soft tortillas. So you make a mini cheese burrito. It was good FRESH, don't let it sit too long or it will harden. $16 SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH: this was DELICIOUS! The brioche bun was soft and fluffy and the chicken was fried perfectly and topped with a yummy sauce. $36 STEAK & FRITES: the steak was a little chewy for me. The Chimichurri was delicious! Fries were amazing. I don't usually like French fries, but these were homemade. OVERALL (3/5): The food is good! The bartenders attitude makes me want to never go back.

Quality eats with great Asian inspired dishes! Yelp & 12 Sixty Modern Pub & Kitchen hosted a great evening. Sampling a variety of dishes and all were amazing! Don't be fooled by it being in a hotel, definitely worth trying especially during happy hour! Service was great, plenty of parking.

We stopped by without much expectation, but the Hazy IPA was really good. We were just looking for a place to hang out briefly with friends and chat, and this spot turned out to be perfect for that. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and the service was good as well. A nice place to relax and spend some casual time.

My family and I had the opportunity to dine at 12 Sixty Modern Pub & Kitchen at our recent trip to SoCal. It's connected to the hotel we were staying at, so we had breakfast there a couple times, in addition to ordering lunch or dinner on nights that we were too lazy to get back in the car to find a new restaurant to try. The food is, unfortunately, a hit or miss. On the first morning there, I had an eggs Benedict dish, which was delightful and seasoned well. However, their lunch/dinner and dessert options were disappointing. For the night we ordered dinner, I ordered the carne asada tacos and a fruit cobbler. Both were severely lacking in the flavor department. The asada was dry, chewy, and flavorless, even with the sauce they added. For me, the cobbler was most disappointing of all. Canned peaches and blueberries were add, which is fine, but the seasoning just wasn't there. It tasted like dry, sugarless cake. I was hoping that the peaches and blueberries would help, but they didn't. I ended up not finishing it and just throwing it away. Overall, the breakfast here was good, but unfortunately, the rest of the menu was a huge miss. The restaurant is convenient, since it's located right next to a hotel; however, outside of breakfast, I'd recommend dining elsewhere unless you are tired and don't want to drive anywhere.

This place is right next to holiday inn. We ordered the steak and frites, steak is so tender and the chimichurri sauce is really good I love garlic so I love it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place is very intimate, cozy and clean, you can watch sports and there is a bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Servers are very courteous and fast.

Long wait for food. Only to be cold and tasteless. Parking is a challenge. What restaurant serves fish and chips and don't have tartar sauce? I asked for ketchup and recive a small dab. I had frys ya know. Not coming back.

Michael has done it again, not only did he provide fantastic customer service but he was also very attentive by bringing me tea every time I finished it (I had a bit of a cold). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar was lively and had a good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would come back just for Michael's service.

The food has always been delicious. The service, very attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of screens for sports viewing but not all encompassing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

This place was exactly what we needed. Came out for our annual youth camp and a group of us come early for a lot I mean a lot of setup. The year prior our dinner spot just didn't land well as a group. However this place blew us out of the water. Just an unexpected amazing restaurant attached to a hotel which is rarely the case. Kayla our waitress was amazing. Such a large group of us with kids and she was always on it with the orders being properly placed and making sure we were taken care of. Our food was also way way better than we were ready for, this is definitely a spot we plan to come back to

I know you don't serve food between lunch and dinner but is the bar open?

Hello Zuspan, Thank you for reaching out. The restaurant is closed during meal periods, to include…

If a person is born in December 1960 do they get a special discount? Since your name was invented because of December 1960?

We do have the 10% discount when you check in on Yelp!

Sorry, but why is it called 12 Sixty?

La Mirada became incorporated in December 1960. We are proud to be an establishment serving our local community and those who visit us from abroad.

Do you have to make a reservation?

Hi Esperanza. Good question! Most of the time, you will be able to walk in without a reservation and be seated immediately. Friday and Saturday nights do get a bit busy so I would encourage you to make one on those nights.

Any type of happy hour offering on the weekends?

Hello Lauren, Unfortunately we do not have hapoy hour on the weekends. However we do have happy hour Monday- Friday from 4 p.m to 7p.m.

Could you hold s dinner party event of 75 pl?

Yes! This property is connected to a major hotel and is usually pretty empty. Maybe a little too empty. The party of 75 would liven this place up!

    Do you show Dodger games?

    Yes

Do they still offer a late night happy hour?

At this time we do not offer a late night happy hour, however we do have happy hour from Monday through Friday 4pm-7pm with great specials! Hope to see you soon!

The smash burger came with two patty's, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese and the tots came with a unique smoky flavored sauce, it was surprisingly delicious and executed perfect. I really enjoyed the meal and the price was very fair. Not your regular spots bar, it's a gammer bar restaurant with delicious food, recommended if you're a local who wants great food in a quiet ambience without all the screaming and yelling a sports bar gives.

From the moment you walk in, the ambiance hits you. It's elevated, welcoming, and has that perfect balance of modern energy with a laid-back vibe. The food? Next level. Every dish that came out was crafted with intention--you can taste the quality, the creativity, and the consistency. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt basic. It's the kind of place where you go thinking you'll try a few things and end up wanting the whole menu. And let's talk about the drinks... perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and actually memorable. Not just your typical cocktails--these are the kind you come back for. Service was just as impressive. Attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the team cares about the experience, not just turning tables. I'm new to really exploring more spots around Whittier, and I can confidently say--this is one of those places you keep in rotation. Whether it's a date night, night out with friends, or just pulling up solo at the bar, it hits every time. Do yourself a favor--go check out Guildhall. Thank me later.

There will be a check in host and stand there and wait (it will be located up against the wall with a big secret door right next to the hostess station) It's very New York inside. When I first came in Spring with the amazing, Karen, the menu and everything was great Now, I took my friend who was in town from Nashville and it was a brand new theme. It's the great Gatsby. Even our waitress, Jasmine was dressed for the occasion. I would say this place is known for Absinthe. They have cocktails featuring it or you can get one of the huge apparatus (huge and glowing green) which, if you are into it? I highly recommend. Just one of the huge apparatus makes one regular drink. Or, what Karen and I did, was split it and make it into a shot for the both of us. The waitress comes out and shows you how it works and goes over everything. Karen, who I came with, was a pro and knew her way around it. She showed me the ropes lol. Honestly, if you are here? When in Rome. Go all out and try it, since it's where they shine here. They took off a few menu items and added some themed drinks. ( a couple new champagne themed drinks) They have big entree items but I suggest small bites and sharing and mostly coming for the drinks. There's no bathroom inside, so you do have to leave the bar and go to the closest one (over behind Randy's donuts) and then enter the speakeasy again Both times coming here I've never had an issue. It's a small, packed place. And yet they still have the cocktails flowing and the food coming out in a good time. So the food and drinks are good Atmosphere is lovely. Service is good. Especially for it usually being very busy in here This place is located inside the Anaheim packing district. So I suggest hitting up a couple other spots before or afterwards for some more food or drinks P.S. it is very dark In here. They never cared if we used our light to look at the menu. I really liked the clarified strawberry drink, similar to strawberry and cream. Just hard liquor taste and undrinkable :( the bartender kindly offered another drink. Unfortunately none of the food was the least bit good. Steak and fries was ordered medium rare and cooked to medium well with what seemed like no seasoning was on there at all. Crab cake was just ok and the slaw beneath it was drenched in a vinaigrette that was just sour and unpleasant. And the Mac and cheese, as we were very hopeful and looking forward to, was probably the blandest Mac and cheese we ever had. We asked the lady bartender for salt and she handed us, no exaggeration (and you guys will probably think I am) 10 grains of salt in it and said "looks like there's a lil something you could still get out of there" My jaw dropped. But yeah. The shredded meat on top of the Mac and cheese was cooked beyond the point of edible. That one was unfortunately sent back bc we just couldn't eat it. We were bummed over all mostly about the food.
