Took n daughter for a "treat" after school since they were supposed to have Hello Kitty/Yugioh happy meals. Unfortunately, we got the old toy and my poor 5yo was upset. On top of that, the order took forever and fries and nuggets were cold! Threw it away. I mobile ordered. It was easy and painless great website. Just wished she would've hit the toy she was promised. It even said it on the app while ordering that we would get the Hello Kitty. The outside was clean and the parking lot was easy to access. There were many spots with numbers very clear to put into the app, so the employee would know where you were parked. The employee was very nice. We've had her before. Well, their reviews are correct. They don't deserve a two point star. They attitude stinks. The kids who worked the drive-through. I don't know what they'll grow up to me, but they seem like they have an entitlement attitude you ask for some condiments they only give you one item you may be lucky if you even get some napkins When you go through the drive-through. This is almost 8 o'clock on a Tuesday evening and his high school kids or whatever kids don't have any type of customer service skills, but I don't really blame the the kids it's the management that is at fault because it trickles down. So this is what you get for $20 an hour, this kind of service doesn't warrant the $20 an hour. When you place an order for French fries they will give you old cold fries even on the large fries or small fries it doesn't matter. Terrible across the board. Not sure if this is a corporate or private location. Either way it was terrible! Don't try to customize your order because apparently they don't know how to read the order!!! Mickey D's!!! Been to this particular branch twice now. Definitely one of the cleanest McDonald's that I have ever stepped foot in. It is very convenient to use the McDonald's App. Lots of good deals can be found there. Today, I used the Buy One Double Cheeseburger Get One Free Double Cheeseburger deal. Only waited a few minutes before my number was called. The woman who helped me was kind and helpful. My burgers tasted fine. Also ordered an Apple Pie and a Holiday Pie. The Apple pie was yummy as always. Wasn't too crazy about the Holiday Pie. Surprised with the many recent negative reviews. My two experiences here have been good ones. read more

I went on a Sunday morning after church to get a large iced coffee only. The line at the kiosk was long so I ordered it on my mobile app. I was asking Aaron at the counter what the address was. His answer to me was to look it up on Google maps. I told him that I'm really not from around here so I'm not sure how to do that. I then asked him if his address was on the receipt which it always is. He told me I should be more than capable to look it up on Google maps and then he got frustrated pulled out his phone and he looked it up and put the phone on the counter. He goes here copy it from there. I did not say anything. I just took the address and put it in and placed my order. I placed my order at 1:39 PM and at 2 o'clock. I asked him about my order and if I could speak to a manager, he then told me he is a manager and that if I didn't like the weight, I can request a refund. I told them yes please give me a refund when we went to the counter. He asked me did she place it with the kiosk? I said no on the mobile app he told me I need to go to my app that I should be more capable to figure out how to get my refund refund. then he told me that he was the manager, and I was shocked if that is the example of the manager who's training the employees on how to run the service this McDonald's is not even worthy of the two stars that they have if I can give them zero stars I would they need to retrain Aron on Customer Service and Respect. If it wasn't for the customers, he would not have a job. I've never had an issue at any McDonald's and I've been going to McDonald's forever because I can always rely on the customer service and the quality of the food. I just can't see this about this store or that employee. I hope McDonald's rethinks having him as the manager. read more

With only 30 mins for lunch breaks, i try to order ahead of time on the mobile app so by the time i get to McDonalds, it should be ready. Or at least that's what you would expect right? Wrong. I've tried to accomplish this about 7 times. There's always some issue. All of this could've been resolved if someone behind the counter, ANYONE would just look at the line or the person standing there looking lost. I've seen about 4 different employees walk by and not even care about what I need. This is a constant issue. The worst McDonald's I've been to yet. (Service wise) the building itself looks clean. I won't be ordering at this location going forward. read more

I go to this one because the other McDonalds on LeffingWell isn't any better. Some mornings when I go through drive through they don't even help me. I have to drive to the window to get some help. Came in this mcdonalds because my kid wanted McD's ordered three combo meals which the manager automatically put as to go (we were eating in). Gave us two giant bags and three large drinks and not even a cup holder or straw. Had to ask for both the cup holder and just grabbed the straws myself. They took out the drink station so getting refills will take forever and be be super time consuming on staff especially at peak hours. The staff don't smile they look down everywhere they go. Just ordered an iced coffee that did not appear to be iced at all. The manager informed me that their expresso machine wasn't working and asked if I wanted a regular iced coffee instead. I said "sure." Then she hands me the coffee that was hot and not cold at all. She said the expresso machine started working and that's why my drink was hot. I said where the ice, it feels super warm? She said she'll put some ice in it. She hands me back the cup and it was still warm. I just drove off because I didn't want to deal with her. I sensed some attitude too when I asked why my iced coffee wasn't iced at all and that I can feel the heat coming from the cup. It was absolutely disgusting. read more

What a disappointment! To think that our teens of today are not able to get customer service/cooks job at local McDonald's because the older population are taking the jobs only to present as miserable, rude, disrespectful, disregarding, entitled and unhappy. I simply asked my soda to je filled to the rim, Blanca the employee yanked the drink out of my hand, threw it away and began to fill another cup of soda, all while she had me waiting while she completed other orders, placed my soda cup on the counter and closed the drive-thru window. When I asked to speak to a manager due to her rudeness, she stated there was no manager. I told her I would not move from the drive-thru window until she provided a phone number for me to call a manager, she then started to speak in Spanish with other coworkers, being disrespectful, stating "just leave her." She asked staff to deliver the meals that were behind my car in the drive thru, what a shit show, this occurred on Wednesday evening while all the older women were working, it appears that these particular women were beyond tired of working, if that's the case, stop working! Nobody needs to see your rude attitude and unprofessionalism. I recommend other locations, and I definitely will not be going to this McDonald's ever again. My mom and I decided to stop by to pick something up on the way home after running some errands because it's usually quick and easy. The employees asked us to pull up to the pick up just to wait on the fries and a Mcchicken. We didn't mind waiting for a bit, it was the lunch rush so we understood. After about 15 minutes, we noticed that all the other cars behind us had already left with their food and we realized they had forgotten about us. We waited for 40 MINUTES. We called the restaurant and ended up having to go inside, where we were told that they were still waiting on the fries, 40 minutes later. We were given a free apple pie to make up for the wait and the employees were otherwise apologetic and polite, but I can't wrap my head around a 40 minute wait for a Big Mac, a McChicken, and some fries. read more

Let me be clear, the employees are not the problem. It's the manager Erica (name posted on the window). Literally everytime we have gone, something isn't working. During summer the icecream machine was down for months. The ordering screen hasn't worked in so many months I have lost count. And just this morning there are zero drinks available including coffee. Make it make sense. It is always something. I try to avoid going here but sometimes I don't listen to that little voice that says, you will regret it. And invariably, I do every time. I have also overheard the manager screaming at employees. I think McDonald needs to take a close look at this location and make changes. It's a nice spot going to waste. read more
