This review is coming from the perspective of a commuter. I always pass by this In-N-Out when coming home from Disneyland. On nights when traffic hits and I am hungry, I hop off to get dinner. It can get confusing on which exit to get off from and this particular time, it felt like a maze getting there. The line is not too long and I managed to get to my order in about 10 mins. Food was good. Customer service was as expected- top-notch! It seems more of a location to go drive thru or for pick up than a place to hang out. read more

One of the nicer or cleaner In-n-out's I've been to! We came around midnight after a concert & their food hit sooo hard. I swear dining in always tastes way better than takeout for some reason lol. Friendly staff, quick service, and abundant parking :-) My usual order is a hamburger with grilled onions & regular fries. Also they're generous with the spread on the side! read more

Love me some in n out. Every time I'm in town I have to come here to eat. I love a cheeseburger or cheeseburger double double, and fries. There is always a long line, which sucks but we know so we come prepared and try not to be hangry. We always go thru the drive in, so we don't eat inside. read more

Yoooooooooooooooo! So I never thought I'd be saying this, but I might've finally found an In-N-Out that just... missed the mark I'm really not trying to be harsh because I love this brand and usually it's super consistent, but this visit was a little rough around the edges. For context, I usually order my go-to protein style burger because I'm a big lettuce guy -- I load it up with extra lettuce and extra chopped chilis every time. This time I decided to switch it up and go with buns instead, plus fries extra crispy (because when In-N-Out fries hit, they HIT). When I was ordering, the cashier seemed a bit unsure how to ring in buns for a protein style order and suggested I just order a Double-Double and add extra lettuce. Cool, I trusted the process. Unfortunately, when the burger came out, it had one single leaf of lettuce not exactly the lettuce party I was hoping for. Now let's talk about the fries. Both my fries and my sister's were super salty -- like, aggressively salty. I don't know if they were end-of-the-batch fries or if the salt shaker slipped, but it was way more than usual. Normally, I actually love In-N-Out fries and never have this issue, but this time they were so salty that we honestly couldn't finish them and ended up tossing them, which almost never happens for us. My sister ordered a single burger with grilled onions and chopped chilis, plus Animal Style fries. The burger came out missing the chopped chilis, and her fries had the same salt overload going on. Flavor-wise, the burgers themselves were still decent, but the little misses definitely added up. On the positive side, the service was friendly when taking our order, and the ambiance is exactly what you'd expect -- simple, casual, and very family-friendly, just like most fast-food spots. Nothing bad there at all. Overall, this wasn't a deal-breaker visit, but it was definitely one of those "off days" for a place that's usually super reliable. I'll still always love In-N-Out, but hopefully this location tightens things up because when it's good... it's undefeated read more

Some claim to have it, others thumb their nose at it and while some of these undoubtedly great cities come close to having it; none have it. What is it you say? Like all truly great things in life there isn't really a word for it. But people try, with phrases like "California Cool" or "California Casual." Both of the aforementioned are nice but fall short. I mean how do you put it into words? It's the feeling of the sun on your skin, the always warm weather that sits inside the Goldilocks Zone of perfect weather, the always busy but still more casual than New York vibe and the options, oh the options. The options presented to you by Mother Nature's wisdom to put snow filled mountains and luscious oceans a "truckers driving distance" apart from each other. In addition to the long taken for granted freedom and optionality accessible to those lucky enough to have a car. So what do we do? How does one describe not just for others but for ourselves what this South Northern part of California is? You point to the light. The light my friends is coming from the In-N-Out sign. The taste says it all. Because, after all this is a feel thing, not a words thing. Stay safe and feeling my friends.... read more

I ordred 2 double double cheese burgers and I asked for patties to be well done. both buns were grilled to the max they were so hard to chew. We were in Buena Park and the Anaheim, Block of Orange and surrounding In-n-Outs are ghetto. I was hesitant going to La Mirada since living in OC we stay away from Los Angeles like the plague. If you want to get robbed, beaten and left for dead visit Los Angeles. Because of the great Yelp reviews I trusted the risky move. Once again Yelp wins again this was an excellent In-n-Out with great workers, plenty of seating a wonderful crowd with an easy parking lot. Moral of the story, LA is not as scary as they say it is and ALWAYS trust Yelp. read more

A sunny Sunday have me craving a milkshake and a cheeseburger. In-N-Out, what can I say: classic, fundamentally tried and true. The strawberry milkshake was a creamy, velvety concoction of strawberry and ice cream. The Double-Double: cheesy, savory and beefy goodness. Even on a busy, packed Sunday the service is always exceptional and efficient. Thank you. read more

Got there about 30 minutes before closing and the staff was the sweetest. They didn't rush us at all and they were all very friendly and lively. You can tell when people enjoy their jobs. In-N-Out Burger - Cheeseburger and animal style fries - Burgers Near Me - La Mirada, California

Well, this In N Out location has redeemed itself. A couple years ago, they started this habit of constantly burning the buns (not toasting, BURNING) and overcooking the fries. The food should NOT turn out like this UNLESS you specifically ask for "extra toasty" buns or "well done" fries. If those words did not come out of the customer's mouth, the buns should not be all hard and black, and the fries should not be dry, hard, and flavorless. "Why not just ask for light toast and light fries?"... Because that is just as gross as overcooking it and it's all soggy.... I shouldn't have to do that to begin with. Just make it the NORMAL way. After sending food back multiple times here, I just decided to start reporting them to corporate. And after I'd do this, they'd straighten out and start making the food correctly... for a couple weeks and then go right back to burning the buns and overcooking the fries.... So I'd report them again. This repeated like 3 or 4 times and after I reported them the last time, I did notice some change in staffing and have not ended up with burnt buns or overcooked fries in well over a year at this point. Times I'd typically go would be around would be 10:30 to 11:30am read more

Great experience! The staff was lovely and friendly. The place was super clean and the food was delicious! Best In n Out I've ever been to.

Don't come here unless you wanna wait 20 minutes in the drive thru just to find out your order was never even placed.. CLUELESS!

This place is conveniently off the freeway And the staff here is amazing, it all begins with the main manager Ryan, he is not just a manager, He is a team leader, then Brett one of the managers is also a team leader, as they both groom the associates to provide the best service possible and delivering the best food to the patrons. When passing by, feel free to stop here and annoy that wonderful service and delicious for this location. read more

I LOVE IN N OUT. This location is behind the freeway, kinda hidden behind the Halloween store. The blonde lady who took my order was so kind! She had a beautiful smile. The restrooms were clean. Our order took less than 10 minutes dining in. The drive thru line goes around the back of the building, and there is clear signage. Parking is not too bad. Because of the drive thru line, you need to watch for incoming traffic. I found that backing into the parking spot was much more helpful. What's your go-to In n Out order? read more

What a gem in the neighborhood, so many times have driven past this location and maybe stopped once to use the restroom I finally stopped to eat here. First off the service and attitude of the people here is so awesome it's sad this location isn't right next to my house. I'm close to the Alhambra-Pasadena Huntington Dr. location location which isn't bad but not nearly as awesome as this location. Burgers was cooked perfectly with fresh vegetables and grilled onions making it a real treat. The French fries were a bit stale and old but we did come late but because I was so focused on awesome customer service it didn't even bother me. Parking ample around the building and a well a well am aged drive thru. We are officially regulars here from now on whenever we are driving back from Disneyland! I highly recommend this treasure of an establishment and extremely jealous I can just eat here everyday! read more

rushed to order and so many workers rolling their eyes . Honestly , pretty disappointed

This particular location is prominently located right off the I-5 Northbound and you can't help but see as you are driving by on the freeway. It's a pretty typical In-N-Out, and as with most of the other locations, it is typically quite busy. You can't beat the burgers here, and the shakes are especially good. The prices are also quite reasonable. I recently ordered a cheeseburger for only $3.75 and a chocolate shake for an additional $2.85. This is a hearty meal. I usually ask for "whole grilled onion" instead of the raw onions. You can also asked for grilled onions "chopped". They will gladly customize your burger according to your specifications. read more

Haiku: In-n-Out It's true to its name In and out and satisfied A no-fuss menu. --- In-n-out Burger is a fine Cali burger joint. I ordered a dbl dbl and a hamburger patty with no salt for my dogs, and when I was feeding it to my dogs, I tasted a little piece and it had a lot of salt. I recall sitting down to eat, and remember the kids working in the kitchen were being very loud for whatever reason. Maybe someone had an accomplishment they were celebrating. I remember the girl who took my order saying meat no salt directed towards the grill. Maybe they thought she said extra salt because it was very salty. read more

I never thought I would ever write a bad review, but tonight I experienced the most impatient and rushed service from a drive-thru employee. When I drove up to the window, the girl practically threw my drinks at me--not literally, but it felt that way. I had to stop her and ask, "Can I please have a drink holder?" She didn't respond, just handed it to me and said, "Here." Before I even had a chance to place my drinks in the holder, she abruptly asked if I wanted ketchup. I replied, "Can I please get ketchup and spread?" She responded rudely and loudly, asking, "How many?" I said, "Two," and again she grabbed the bag of food by the tip and handed it to me, saying, "Here!" I understand it might be a busy night, but rushing customers and being rude by practically throwing food at them is extremely unprofessional. This happened tonight, 6/6, at 10:20 PM. Please take the time to coach this employee on how to provide proper customer service. read more

The first thing I asked was to box up my order with a lid and the burgers were boxed up but not the fries. Not sure why listening is a tough skill to have. The person that handed me the order realized after the fact the fries were supposed to be boxed and apologize but didn't offer to correct the issue. Then I drove off. When I arrived home one order of fries should have been just cheese fries, but they added spread and raw onions which I didn't ask for.
