The indoor temperature was uncomfortably hot--easily in the 80s. I was literally sweating while sitting inside, and even my bartender was using her shirt to try to cool herself down. That should be a major concern for management, especially when employees are visibly struggling with the heat. Even the beer glasses weren't chilled, and because of the temperature inside, the beer warmed up very quickly. The second issue was with InKind payment processing. I've really enjoyed the collaboration with InKind and have been using it regularly to pay for my meals. Unfortunately, something went wrong during my visit and my card was charged instead of the payment coming from my InKind account. I was told it was "just a hold," but that hold caused one of my accounts to go negative and resulted in an overdraft fee. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a payment issue directly causes a customer to incur a bank fee, it becomes a much bigger problem than a minor inconvenience. What concerns me most is that these are issues that could easily make a regular customer stop coming back. I'll definitely continue to enjoy Dog Haus, but I'll be checking my receipts and payment method carefully from now on, and I would strongly recommend not leaving a tab open unless you're watching the charges closely. I hope management takes the temperature issue and payment-processing problem seriously. I'd hate to see a place I've enjoyed for months lose customers over problems that should be relatively straightforward to address.

We had such a great experience at Wienerschnitzel thanks to Kat! From the moment we walked up, Kat was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. She took our order with such a positive attitude and made sure everything was just right. We ordered the Polish dog sandwich and a pastrami sandwich combo--man, it was SO good! Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly how we wanted it. The dining area was clean and comfortable, and it's definitely a great spot for families. Kat really made the whole experience stand out. So I only go out of my way to get there if they have some sort of specials, or have some decent offers or coupons available for their customers to use in their App. An offer they have quite often is a BOGO (buy one get one free) sandwich deal. Many of us are familiar with the saying, "Fool me once, bad on you! Fool me twice, bad on me!" Well, I stupidly fell for it three times! Here is the issue. You select the offer in the App. It asks for your first sandwich choice. Then it asks for the second sandwich choice. You go to pay, and it charges you full price for both sandwiches, and there is absolutely no way to cancel the order. The store claims they can't cancel it or do anything about it. The App provides no way to cancel. The email they send you confirming and thanking you for your order provides no way to cancel. And they refuse to answer emails. I've send at least 5, and no responses at all!!! ARBY'S! You owe my at least $35 The reason it happened three times to me is that the first time was many months ago, and I just forgot about it since I go there so rarely. The second time I thought I must have done something wrong in the App. I figured I wasn't paying full attention, and missed something. But was still furious that I couldn't cancel the bogus thieving order. And I then remembered the first time thinking the same thing. The third time I remembered, but I made damn sure I did everything correctly. I paid full attention during the whole order process to make sure it wasn't me. I mean, it knows you picked the BOGO offer because it specifically asks you to pick the first and second sandwich. So it knows you are using that offer. And on the next screen it even showed me the two sandwiches I chose, and one had a zero cost to it. And it showed the BOGO offer there also. Then you pay, and again, both sandwiches were charged full price!!! And this has been going on for many MONTHS, if not years!!! So that proves these a-holes are doing this on purpose! Even more since they do not answer emails complaining about the problem!
