Still just pure crap service here..... ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... Get home and NO EGG!!! I mean really, WTF? I know you have a clown that runs the show, but step up man. read more

Can always leave it to a fast food place like McDonald's to show poor customer service and lack of efficiency. They've forgotten to fill an order and ended up waiting for near 30 min. I suppose with low wages come with low expectations of lower quality workers. Though I've also seen plenty of great workers that take their jobs seriously. read more

The service here is going down. Longer and longer drive thru lines on Sunday mornings. They won't even take your order at the counter. So time consuming. read more

We went during lunch time yesterday and we expected a long line but the line was relatively short. We got up to the drive thru menu and it was broken. The digital screen was shaking the image and it was flashing making it very difficult to read. Then the employees voice came through the speaker saying sorry but we have no water meaning we can't sell beverages! I thought to myself with no water then how do the people inside including the employees wash their hands or flush the toilets? Anyway I ordered something simple. Bill came out to under $20. We drive up to the 1st window and pay. Drive to the next window and waited about 3 mins, I could see the car behind me getting upset. Someone pops their head out of the pick up window saying we can pick up our order in the next window. I said ok and drove up. At that window we waited 7 mins! While we waited the car behind us were waiting too and they became so irritated that they drove off without their food! Then 3 more cars behind me proceeded to get their orders. We were so irritated! General Manager Erica... it way be time to buckle down and do some retraining! Your establishment was a train wreck. Not satisfied at all. read more

Did a mobile order, arrived at the McDonald's at 11:15, after waiting over twenty minutes i had to go into the restaurant and ask for my order. When giv en my order, I asked for my Large Ice Tea. the ability to fuck up a meal with zero communication consistently and consecutively is mindblowing. Always missing items, always slow, burnt overcooked food and stale food. Every single time we've ordered, there is something wrong with our order. For convenience we order through Uber Eats. Multiple times they've forgotten our hash browns, another time the apple pies and another time our EGG sandwich was missing the egg!!! Today I decided to order through the app and accidentally dejected this location. The staff was all over the place and eventually helped me. I looked inside the bag & everything seemed to be inside. Got home and our sausage biscuits were bacon instead. Didn't think I'd have to unwrap my sandwich before leaving the restaurant. read more

Sat at the drive thru menu for someone to take my order. Ended up backing up and leaving. WHAT A JOKE. If I was running this place, I would fire every one of the employees and managers. Save your money and time and go to one on Beach. read more

Friendly, CLEAN!, and helpful. Such a great experience here. They delivered our meal, and helped when we needed more assistance. Staff offered another table to take their trash. I discovered they have packets of SALSA! All food was cooked to order. Love the kid meals! Choose apples or Gogurt, choco or white milk and fries. They carry the latest toys! Today was to promote the new Secret Life of Pet's. This is no longer our regular/local McD's, but others must follow their lead and clean up their act: clean, friendly and helpful. read more

This mcdonalds is literally the most disgusting, unorganized, unprofessional mcdonald's store that i've ever encountered. THEY LITERALLY RAN OUT OF SODA FOR MY COMBO and couldn't give me any replacement (since i paid for it!!) and the worker made it seem like they would give me a mcflurry for free but low and behold they charged me for it. ALSO, on another occasion I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me regular nuggets. They didn't have anyone at the cashier window and there was clearly no communication between the workers bc the guy at the second window had no idea what my order was so I had to say it again to him. Literally wtf. read more

Absolutely the worst service from any McDonald's I've ever been to. Being a local , this is our "go to" McDonald's and time after time something is wrong. Delayed food , constant wrong orders and a just absolute madhouse when you take a sneak leak through the drive through window. Can McDonald's corporate please check in on this place. read more

Ordered the kids 6 piece chicken McNugget meal at the drive through at 4:10 PM. It was not crowded. They provided 3 pieces. I guess counting to 6 is not a prerequisite for hire. So basically at $6.23 I paid $2.07 per nugget. Is this how they handle compensating for paying the employees $20 per hour? I spoke with Erica. I no longer had a receipt so there was nothing she could do. read more

This is my favorite mcd's .. The employees are always very nice with awesome manners. And my orders are perfect every time.

This rating goes high for me, mainly because its brand new. However, that's not the only reason per se. This location has been open for about a month (from my understanding) and the location is brilliant! The structure is a good size and the parking structure has good space as well. Here is my ratings based on categories: Food - The food is always important. I ordered my go-to for breakfast, the Egg McMuffin meal with a coffee. The sandwich was well prepared and was stacked nicely, layer on layer. The coffee was the usual McDonalds coffee taste but it was served very hot, which I like personally. Service - Cashier was very friendly with smiles. I ordered the food and the food came out in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant was empty but still, the service was on point. As for coffee refills, the manager went around the restaurant with a coffee pot serving customers. If you're looking to eat at McDonalds around the area, I recommend coming here. It's new, clean and the food & service are better than other locations. read more

Okay, I wrote a review on this McDonald before and I feel like I need to update it. First of all all the staffs there are suspiciously nice and like too attentive. They were busy and all but they still tried to meet my needs. Food is like what you would expect from any other McDonalds. read more

So we hate "COLD FRIES" and when placing our order I ask for "FRESH HOT FRIES" which they than send you to a secondary booth. I do not mind the additional wait time but to than give me "COLD FRIES" is not acceptable. I prefer the Santa Fe Springs McDonalds on Rosecrans and Valley View. Always a bad experience here since the Imperial and Leffingwell McDonalds opened. Worst mc Donald's. Sitting here just waiting in line forever with only 4 cars snd wrong order.

Incredible how bad this McDonald's is. I was so happy that La Mirada was getting its own Mcd's to contribute into our economy. I love supporting local businesses, big and small. I can't say how many times they get our orders wrong. When I do check the bag, the order seems correct but when we get home or I get to work, I see that it's not. I order the Sugar Free late, 3 out of 5 times it's regular. I can't test taste it because it's not for me. The breakfast sandwiches are correct on the screen but the person putting the food in the bag might just not care. I've been holding back from writing this review but I had enough. I guess I'll have to go to a neighboring city for McDonald's. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. read more

The 3rd time I picked up an order here with "sweet tea" thats not even sweet. Only 3 reasons i can think of..... it's either they made mistake 3 times, or the one who makes the sweet tea have covid and lost sense of taste, or lastly its an elderly person who has diabetes and never like sweet tea. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've been to. I don't often say something is the worst as it typically comes off as dramatic, however this location deserves it. They are consistently bad when it comes to service and order accuracy. To top it off, one of the digital displays in the drive-thru has been broken for weeks now. I blame myself for continuing to give them my service but after today no more. It is a shame a restaurant was torn down only to raise another fast food chain but it is even more despicable when the location continues to strive for mediocrity. read more

Where can i start, well for starters just like everyone in here states, the service is HORRIBLE!!!! Several times the store manager Erika has been notified and yet the service is really bad!! They send you to the second window for a simple meal for what reason i don't know. This is all the time. I get my food and no condiments and when i ask, the attitude pops up. Fries are cold smh. I know its fast food and in reality i shouldn't complain, but when the prices are up there, atleast good service should come with it.. Erika step it up and take care of business at your store!!!! read more

I've come to this location several times, and I can say, that they are almost always on point. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. The biscuit was very fresh, super soft. All of my food came out quickly and piping hot. I've always had good experiences at this location in regards to the staff. They are polite and helpful. I would have filled out the survey on the receipt but i lost it. I had just gotten so used to getting subpar food/service at McDonald, that this was a nice surprise. There's nothing more disappointing then room temperature coffee. I'll go out of my way to come to this particular location. read more

AVOID this particular McDonald's! It's one of the worst ones out there. I've a bad experience with this branch before (about 2 years ago) that's why I stopped patronizing this branch. But today, I thought maybe I should give it a try. Hoping that things may have changed. But no. Nothing has changed. TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I went to the drive through to place my order and was asked to go to "Station 1" to wait for my order of large iced coffee. After over 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to go in the store to ask about my iced coffee. As I was entering the store, a guy comes up and tells me that he was just bringing my order to the car. I took the iced coffee and asked why the heck " IT TOOK OVER 10 MINUTES TO GET ONE LOUSY CUP OF ICED COFFEE !?! " The guy just shrugged his shoulders and didn't say a word. I was in a hurry that's why I didn't ask for the manager. Besides, they probably haven't changed the manager from 2 years ago since nothing has changed. INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT !! AVOID THIS McDonald's !!! read more
