Upon entering the shop, what first caught my eye was the eight or so cups of ground beans presented with their region and notes. This clued me in that they were serious about their coffee. So I did what I always do, I got a blend espresso as well as a SO espresso. Upon sipping the blend espresso, I was impressed at how round the flavor profile was. It would definitely be good in a cortado. But the reason I will be coming back is the SO espresso. Even before I took a sip, the nose of the cup was very strawberry forward and it taste just like strawberries. I was blown away and decided to buy a bag of these beans. After the espresso, I noticed they had a couple Kyoto cold brew towers, which isn't unusual, but something caught my eye that seemed different. Then it hit me, unlike most shops that have them collecting dust in the corner, these looked like they had been used that day, and one of them said SO. I quickly went back to the register to inquire if they actually had some SO Kyoto drip, and I saw it on the menu called something like S.O. slow cold brew. I got a cup of this as well and it was fantastic. The offerings of Seesaw are incredible and a reason to make a special trip, but so is their vision and mission. I look forward to coming back.

I've got to say: they make solid matcha and coffee lattes! My favorite drink is the banana matcha latte. It has the Nilla wafers, pudding mix, banana slices, toffee bits-the whole nine yards. I get the matcha latte 50% sweet, and the banana pudding makes up for the decreased sugar. This is dessert in a cup, and whenever I order it, it disappears within the hour. That's how good it is. The matcha they use is strong, too. I've also had their plain matcha latte, chestnut latte, and chai latte with a shot of espresso. Their espresso drinks are strong but not super bitter or acidic, which is how I personally like it. They also have a pastry case, but I don't think they make the pastries in house. I think their banana bread and loaf slices can be a little dry, and their croissants are okay. I wouldn't come here for the food unless you're particularly hungry. Overall, I think Coffee & has solid offerings. The interior is always clean and well-lit, and there's ample seating to study, chat, and enjoy your drinks. The service is always quick too. Sadly, it didn't hit... the blueberries are still super chunky so I had to use 2 different straws because my first one got stuck with blueberries in it. The Yakult foam was really good but the blueberries weren't :( I HIGHLY recommend when making fruit syrups for coffee, boil down the fruit and blend it or strain out the big pieces. I sadly have stopped really coming to Smoking Tiger so often because I haven't been impressed and other coffee shops have been popping up that has better quality now :( Smoking Tiger has been focusing more on quantity of stores rather than quality of their food and drinks.

It's bad enough that their patties are now so tiny that a Double Double is better suited as a child's menu item rather than a regular menu item. Today I ordered a double double animal style burger w no tomato, add chilies, and what I received looked like a small basic burger. It hardly had lettuce, which they usually over stuff with to make their burgers look bigger, the cheese was noticeably minimal, none of it was dripping out as in the past or as would be expected for supposedly 2 WHOLE slices of cheese, it had 3 pickles & 2 thin slices of chilies inside, minimal sauce on buns, and I detected no grilled onions or mustard at all. The most prominent flavor was the toasted bun, which made me realize that this supposed "Animal Style Double Double Burger" was mostly BUN! In the past years I've noticed that In & Out has been slowly diminishing it's uniqueness & value, and now it seems they're cutting corners on many more parts of their menu items except the bun, as of yet anyway. They're basically serving White Castle burgers inside In & Out buns, so for me it has reached the point of no return.

By the time i get home, the food is naturally cold, which is understandable given the back and forth.....but it feels like the tenders have significantly shrunk in size. The kicker is that the coleslaw also tasted bland....I think I'll consider a longer drive to studebaker.
