Not gunna lie, I was disappointed with the #TaterTotRings we ordered. They were plain tots (no fun shape) with some salt & pepper, served with a side of house sauce. The sauce was good, as were the tots. Hopefully, I can try the fun Tot Rings next time. I also ordered my favorite coffee, Salted Caramel Macchiato with oat milk. I needed to know if it was worth my time to get back to those tots. My coffee was perfect! I was ready to go preach on the street. It was *that* good. We're talking coffee Reformation. The whiskey latte (iced with oatmilk) was transcendent. Absolutely life-giving. It was perfect on every level. The flavor was incredible. (Usually if I get a large drink, I have some leftover for later, but not this time.) Completely ruined *all* other coffee shops for me. So far, I've tried the pandan, the brown sugar, and the sesame latte all iced w/ oat milk and they've all been a hit. The pandan is easily my fave, but if you're trying the brown sugar and don't love super sweet drinks I'd recommend adding an extra shot to balance it out. The drinks are consistently good and you can tell they really care about the quality. It's one of those spots you keep thinking about and end up going back to without even planning it. Customer service was solid and there's plenty of seating, which makes it a nice place to hang out or get some work done. Parking was also easy, which is always a win. Highly recommend checking this place out especially if you're a pandan lover like me!

It would usually take a half hour to get a simple drink order. Food that was previously wow turned into meh (I'm looking at you, shashuka). I don't blame the baristas. This location is conveniently on my way, but after multiple bad experiences, I will go to a different location or skip my need for a drink completely going forward. If I am not dealing with a rude or slow service, I am dealing with filthy restrooms and sitting area. Last night I put in a mobile order while I was down the street. I set the order for a drive-through pickup. I knew that my order probably would not be ready, having just put in my order a few minutes ago. I came into the drive-through line and let the person know that I had placed a mobile order. They confirmed they had my order and were working on it. There were several cars in front of me and I waited until it was my turn to get to the pick-up window. We were not greeted by anyone. Instead, we waited a few minutes and when the worker had our drinks made, he opened the window and, without saying hello or anything polite, he handed me my drinks and said "Next time you need to come inside and pick up your order because you are messing up our hours" Not sure what that means or how it is different from me ordering at the speaker when I arrive. If anything, sending the mobile order gave them a head start in making our drinks. The mobile order also ensured that my order was placed correctly. I don't have a complicated order, but when I order in person they often get it wrong. Bottom line, skip this location. There are at least 2 locations within 2 miles from this one.
