I used the mobile app to order my food. They forgot 10 piece nuggets and my soda. Walked inside and let them know , guy at the counter was rude didn't even open bag all the way to put my nuggets in there. At this point I didn't even ask for my soda. read more

I DESPISE this place with a PASSION! I'm not a fan on McDonalds at all anyway, I mean their food is disgusting and it's rare to find one that's even decently clean, but this one (on top of all that) has some of the RUDEST people you will ever encounter there! I have gotten into many little arguments over messed up orders to where I was practically yelling at them over their incompetence (which is verrrry rare for me seeing as I almost have unending patience with fast food places considering I work at one myself) and the manager I spoke to was possible the rudest of them all and yelled back at me! Even on the couple of times that weren't as bad, the employees were cold, short, and did the sloppiest job possible. Deceived and Disappointed! I've been a McDonald's customer since the 60's and never have been treated so poorly as I was today. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit meal with drink included for $3.99. The counter person added .40 for my drink!!! When I questioned it, she said it wasn't included. The picture shows the biscuit, hash browns, and a drink. I felt very deceived by this. Since I had already paid with my debit card, I just left without my food or extra charge drink. I figure they must hurting for money, so I donated it to help them. Employees do not know the difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger. Remade sandwich twice, both times it still had cheese. The employees argued with me about the definition of a hamburger. Finally got a refund after the manager insultingly implied I had eaten the original sandwich. read more

I can't believe I am writing a review for a McDonald's. But the people here are SO nice. Josephina, who works here, really made me feel important and special - and that only in the two minutes it took for me to drive through her drive-through. You can just tell when the store has good management the people are so happy they make you feel good. Placed an order through Grubhub. TOOK FOREVER TO GET AND did not receive one of the items in my order AND NO SYRUP for either of the 2 orders of pancakes. How is anyone supposed to eat pancakes without syrup? Shame on these careless, unaccountable jerks. It's obvious to me this McDonalds could care less about their customers. Won't ever come here again- only have ONE other time a year ago and that experience was equally terrible. Was told to pull forward into a parking spot to wait for someone to bring me one piddly side salad- and guess what- 25 min later, still no salad. Then I called the restaurant only for them to tell me they didn't know. What??? This place must be run by the most incompetent workers and management EVER. This place is terrible. When I used to live in Kyle we'd go once in awhile. Service was always awful and as far as getting the order correct it was 50/50. I was in kyle today and my kids wanted ice cream from there so I went. My son needed to go to the restroom, so bad that I couldn't order he needed to go now. The men's room said closed for cleaning. He said he couldn't hold it. I went in. The older gentlemen tells me to get out and come back in 5 min. I told him I don't have 5 min. He didn't care he told me I had to get out. I left to chic-fil-a next door. By the way the clientele was better at chic. The wanna be gang bangers swearing at the cash register with employees at McDonlads was off putting. If you go here at night, you run the risk of having your food under prepared and / or being served cold. Other than that, it's ok. The managers seem to be good workers except for the nighttime crew chief. The staff is friendly though. read more

All I can say is you're very lucky to get your entire order when you drive off. Almost always something missing. And the latest crime is having a book as the prize for the Happy Meals...but the books are ALL IN SPANISH!!! Not a single word of English. How are my kids supposed to enjoy a book when they can't even read it. If you're going to give out books in Spanish make it an option between Spanish or English. Trying to force another language on our kids and catering to one specific group is trashy. Won't be going back to this location. read more

This morning (5 June), I stopped into the McDonalds in Kyle which is adjacent to the shopping center. This McDonalds is usually very busy and I usually go through the "drive thru" vs going inside. The drive they is pretty quick and most of the time the order is correct. However, this am, the line of cars was longer than usual so I opted for a visit inside. There weren't too many people inside this am, so approached the counter to place my order. I placed my order and was paying when a front manager snapped at the young gentlemen taking my order that they were out of what I requested which was a steak bagel. I changed my order and then waited to pay etc. the gentlemen who was taking my order was preoccupied with watching what was going on inside the restaurant and talking with customers further back in line. I had to remind him to focus on the customer in front of him. After paying, I waited for my order and as I observed others, I realized the counter or front personnel where not too attentive so my experience BDE was not isolated. The challenges for the counter staff were not isolated to them, but also included the supervisors. I realize this is a McDonalds, but customer service support is still pretty important for the success of your business. read more

every time i go get my food my fry boxes are always halfway full. they are very rude when taking orders. they always forget to give me my straws..as a worker from another McDonalds we dont lie about not having a chips ahoy mcflurry like they do when i asked again at the front window and they did . they also never wear gloves. when i open up my burger the lettuce is everywhere like they just threw a whole bunch on there and dont care. i always find hair in my food ..0/10 never going there again read more

Seriously? The early shift here is terrible. It's called "sausage biscuit" not "puck cracker". Whoever the shift manager working 5:34 AM Wednesday, January 2, should be fired. The biscuit is supposed to be soft. Instead I got a cracker that broke apart in my hands. The meat is supposed to be greasy and delicious. Instead, the puck was hard and crunchy. The rug upon entry was filthy, the trash can right by the front door was over flowing, and the Ketchup dispenser was a mess. WIll never stop there again. Easily the best McDonald's I've ever been to! We live in south Austin and we actually make the drive to Kyle each time we want McDonald's because the locations near us can't begin to compare. We've been to this one in the afternoon, the evening, the middle of the night...the fries are ALWAYS lava hot like they're fresh from the fryer (yum!). The burgers are always flavorful and never dry, the cheese is super melty, the buns are always soft (the places by us always have stale buns). Even better that this - we've been here about 30 times since discovering it last year and they've NEVER gotten our order wrong!! This team is incredible! read more

It's McDonalds. I've been there many times. As with any of these places, it's risky to let your kids play on the playground. Don't think Chik fil A next door is any better. Anyways, it's typical MD's. Food is hot, service super fast, pretty clean. all in all, if you like McD's nothing wrong with this one. read more
