I asked for my food to be made fresh (they were not). I also asked for the Big Mac to be on a regular bun without seeds (it was still on a seeded bun). I called and came back for it to be remade. When I was 7 and first moved to Kyle we would go to this McDonald's to eat and every time me and my siblings had a craving for a burger my parents would bring us here. I loved it while growing up everyone was always friendly. Now I'm an employee of this establishment and I love it here. We do our best to make sure everything is correct In each and every order that comes in from drive-thru, walk ins and thru the app and if something is wrong with an order a crew member will try there best to fix it but most of the time we need a manager to do either a refund or talk with an unsatisfied customer. I've been working here for four months and I've gotten many satisfied customer on how smiley and friendly I am. I once had a customer hug me for taking his order and serving his food to his table. And whenever I'm at table service and if somebody was waiting a bit too long for there food I always make sure I apologize for the delay and make sure everything is right and if they need anything like anymore dipping sauces or missing items on there order. Most of the employees here are always friendly. And i hope that y'all would experience this place as a friendly environment too all. read more

Would rate 0 starts if I could. Barely made it for breakfast. Ordered 4 sausage egg AND cheese biscuits and mind I'm the first in the drive thru but they have me park and wait 5 minutes while everyone else behind me got their orders before me. They bring it out and hurry back inside I open one of the biscuits and sure enough no cheese. So I go through drive through again just to wait for them to bring out 4 slices of cheese in a box stating that I didn't pay for cheese but I clearly did on my receipt.
