Always quick, and spot on when going to the drive through! We usually get the same breakfast, and the staff are spot on. I got the biscuit, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and 2 hashbrowns. Hubby usually gets an egg mcmuffin, and 3 hash browns and 3 milks. read more

I did not have a good experience. One employee was scratching her butt, and another was scratching her hair repeatedly. One also touched the fries directly with her hand while placing the fries into the bag. Lastly, they filled our fry bags half-full and left out 2/4 nuggets I had ordered. read more

Always forget something and food is not consistent. Ask for something like light ice, always give me more ice. They don't get orders right 90% of the time read more

Went here at 8:15 PM on Sunday 05/18/25 and it took 27 minutes in the drive through to get a Big Mac combo. Then the young man at the window said my order was $11.50. I handed him $12.00. He tried handing me back $1.25 so I tried to be honest and said "you are giving me too much money back". He stared at the money then handed me a quarter. Wow! I finally got to the pick up window and they asked me to pull ahead. I have been in line at that point almost 20 minutes. I finally got my food after 27 minutes in line. This happens continuously at this McDonalds. This is the worst McDonald's I've visited. And it gets worse each time. read more

My children requested McDonalds, so as a family, we went to eat inside. It took 20 minutes to get our order. While we waited, we noticed that the floor was extremely greasy. Then, when we finally got the food, my son's chicken sandwich was very tough and dry, and the rest of our food was a sloppy mess. This isn't the only time we've had to wait forever for our food there. Anytime you order inside, they help multiple customers in the drive thru before you. Service has gone downhill since it has been under new ownership. read more

I always go to this find establishment the staff are always friendly and always make sure I get what I ordered and the food is on point and the service is 10 out of 10 and the ambiance shows they truly care about their customers read more

McDonald's - a woman sitting at the counter - Fast Food Near Me - Kodak, Tennessee

This place was horrible when we walked in the place was very dirty and not clean. We ordered our food and got drink cups but there was no ice. Then we waited for our order and sat down while watching a worker let a kid make his own shake. Would not recommend needs a new manager and workers badly. read more

Clean bathrooms and easy wi-fi. I try not to eat McDonalds because I have this perception that it's just loaded in sodium and fat. Since I didn't have a phone with a cheap data plan yet, this was a useful stop to catch up on the Internets, check the weather, get a bottle of water, and move on down the highway. I don't know anything about the food service - it's really hard to screw up a bottle of water. read more

McDonald's - McD's in Kodak - Fast Food Near Me - Kodak, Tennessee

Wrong food in drive thru, went inside told worker, then 10 mins of waiting they say oh we forgot then tell me there cleaning the grill.

They hire a lot of young adults that are rude and do not care about the quality of the food, I have found hair in my food and just the other day before rushing to work, I made a pit stop to get something to eat and some younger kid slides my food through the pick up window barely open and slams it then turns around and proceeds to continue his conversation with another employee. I was not happy because I didn't even get the chance to ask for some damn napkins! read more

Couldnt get anything on order correct and was talking bout needing a raise at window probably the rudest while we ordered too. The only raise these guys need is a raise in hours of training read more

In addition to the meal I ordered, I wanted a cup for water. "That'll be $1.00." (for the water) "What? You charge for water?" "We don't do 'courtesy' water anymore." "Then I really don't need to stop at McDonalds anymore." I took my meal and ate it in the car where I had drinks in a cooler. Listen up McDonalds...you don't charge people for water. This chintzy nickle-and-diming of your customers earned you this one-star review which you totally deserve. read more

Check your order BEFORE you leave. Almost every time I get someone else's order. At least I think that as the order is so wrong it's not even close to what I ordered. Happened again today. read more

This was the worst food I have had at a McDonald's ever. You could tell they kept the food in the warmer way to long. The chicken was so tuff you couldn't bite it. Ther were 2 hamburgers that were fresh but so greasy you had to put them on a paper towel to get the grease off and the other hamburgers were dry and you could tell they were kept to long in the warmer or over cooked in the microwave. I ordered pickles on 2 of my sandwiches and no onions on 1 burger and they didn't make them the way they were ordered. The fries were old hard noone eat them I told my husband so much for some of the best fries in fast food. It will be along time before I visit this McDonald's again. I was very unhappy with almost every thing about my visit on Oct. 23, 2020. read more

Last time I went they asked us to pull forward, after about 15 minutes my husband, as well as the girl in the car next to us go in and they forgot to even make our order so had to wait another 10 minutes. went in 2 days later thinking maybe they were just having a hard night and some how between the screen and the pick up window they messed our order up. . the girl that we paid couldn't even find it on the computer even though we had just ordered and pulled around. read more

This is a relatively new place. It is clean, modern and the youngster who took my order was pleasant and courteous. I have recently had a bad time with Maccas, but on a road trip along Route 66, I tried their new fresh beef, cooked to order burger, and was astounded. It was good. So, on this road trip, I decided to buy another at Kodak. So, I did. The burger arrived less than 30 seconds after placing the order; whereas I was expecting it to be 3 minutes. Ah well, I was hungry and had a serious case of saddle-bum from 6 hours on the motorbike. I sat down and ate the first of the fries. They were lukewarm and a little flaccid. I would take these back. But, there was the burger. I bit into it and guess what...it was also lukewarm. Back at the counter, I decided I didn't want to give any lip as I was approached by the world's biggest, toughest woman wearing a Maccas uniform. So I ventured, :"Ma'am I need the fries replaced. They are not hot and the burger is tepid". She replied, "New fries commin' up, but the burger should have been hot as it just came off the grill". I couldn't help myself. "Perhaps it would help if you turned the grill on..." Here's the deal; the good people at Maccas said this is supposed to be 'fresh beef cooked to order'. That means it's fresh beef cooked after I order it. They didn't say fresh beef cooked when we're ready in the hope you come in and order it pretty soon, but we'll keep it warmish until then'. Maccas has been suffering. The new burger, done properly, is brilliant. Done poorly it just the same old tat. I liked the restaurant, the food left a whole lot to be desired. read more

Can't even make double cheeseburgers. Idk who's running this show but I've recieved burgers for my kids multiple times ordered plain and they've been lathered in what I hope is mayonnaise. We won't eat here period. Don't waste your time. read more

Take out service leaves something to be desired with the table delivery. Although they ran out of hashbrowns, they did offer to replace them with an apple pie or small fries. Very busy on a Sunday morning. Ketchup machine was out, but they did have the packets as a backup. Love the addition of all of the cute children who were dining there as well. read more

This mcdonalds is a dump. staff is rude and they gave me the oldest nastiest fries I've ever seen. I have no comment on my cold quarter pounder either. They are supposed to make these sandwiches to order but I guess nothing is going to be hot after 15 minutes in the drivethru. Food was nasty, cold, and OLD. OLD AS HELL. Came threw 8/4/21 around 10ish pm. The girl that took our order was pretty rude and rushed it. It's the best McDonald's in our county. If I go to one it's always this one. Over the last 6 months or so they have stepped it up a lot. We went through the drive through and asked if decaf iced were available! We were told yes and got a watered down non flavored coffee!!! I walked in and politely spoke to the manager and was told decaf was "never a thing" and maybe we were misled" I let him know what we were told and that the coffee was gross and nobody offered to remake it or anything! Also the coffee was for an 11 year old child which is why we requested decaf! I'm so astonished that the manager himself didn't care about the customer! If I could give less than one star I would read more

We stopped for coffee. I had the latte with hazlenut. It was weaker than Starbucks however cost a few cents less. My spouse had the decaf which was hot and like any other McDonald's coffee. The manager who took our order was busy talking with a supervisor and did not pay any attention to our order. Eventually a counter person saw the receipt lying on the counter and finished out our order. read more

this place is horrible. breakfast was at the least a horrifying experience. it started off with the burnt sausage egg mcmuffin x2. both burnt black and revolting.
