Went here at 8:15 PM on Sunday 05/18/25 and it took 27 minutes in the drive through to get a Big Mac combo. Then the young man at the window said my order was $11.50. I handed him $12.00. He tried handing me back $1.25 so I tried to be honest and said "you are giving me too much money back". He stared at the money then handed me a quarter. Wow! I finally got to the pick up window and they asked me to pull ahead. I have been in line at that point almost 20 minutes. I finally got my food after 27 minutes in line. This happens continuously at this McDonalds. This is the worst McDonald's I've visited. And it gets worse each time. read more

My children requested McDonalds, so as a family, we went to eat inside. It took 20 minutes to get our order. While we waited, we noticed that the floor was extremely greasy. Then, when we finally got the food, my son's chicken sandwich was very tough and dry, and the rest of our food was a sloppy mess. This isn't the only time we've had to wait forever for our food there. Anytime you order inside, they help multiple customers in the drive thru before you. They hire a lot of young adults that are rude and do not care about the quality of the food, I have found hair in my food and just the other day before rushing to work, I made a pit stop to get something to eat and some younger kid slides my food through the pick up window barely open and slams it then turns around and proceeds to continue his conversation with another employee. Clean bathrooms and easy wi-fi. I try not to eat McDonalds because I have this perception that it's just loaded in sodium and fat. Since I didn't have a phone with a cheap data plan yet, this was a useful stop to catch up on the Internets, check the weather, get a bottle of water, and move on down the highway. This was the worst food I have had at a McDonald's ever. You could tell they kept the food in the warmer way to long. The chicken was so tuff you couldn't bite it. Ther were 2 hamburgers that were fresh but so greasy you had to put them on a paper towel to get the grease off and the other hamburgers were dry and you could tell they were kept to long in the warmer or over cooked in the microwave. I ordered pickles on 2 of my sandwiches and no onions on 1 burger and they didn't make them the way they were ordered. The fries were old hard noone eat them I told my husband so much for some of the best fries in fast food. It will be along time before I visit this McDonald's again. This is a relatively new place. It is clean, modern and the youngster who took my order was pleasant and courteous. I have recently had a bad time with Maccas, but on a road trip along Route 66, I tried their new fresh beef, cooked to order burger, and was astounded. It was good. So, on this road trip, I decided to buy another at Kodak. So, I did. The burger arrived less than 30 seconds after placing the order; whereas I was expecting it to be 3 minutes. Ah well, I was hungry and had a serious case of saddle-bum from 6 hours on the motorbike. I sat down and ate the first of the fries. They were lukewarm and a little flaccid. I would take these back. But, there was the burger. I bit into it and guess what...it was also lukewarm. Back at the counter, I decided I didn't want to give any lip as I was approached by the world's biggest, toughest woman wearing a Maccas uniform. So I ventured, :"Ma'am I need the fries replaced. They are not hot and the burger is tepid". She replied, "New fries commin' up, but the burger should have been hot as it just came off the grill". I couldn't help myself. "Perhaps it would help if you turned the grill on..." Here's the deal; the good people at Maccas said this is supposed to be 'fresh beef cooked to order'. That means it's fresh beef cooked after I order it. They didn't say fresh beef cooked when we're ready in the hope you come in and order it pretty soon, but we'll keep it warmish until then'. Take out service leaves something to be desired with the table delivery. Although they ran out of hashbrowns, they did offer to replace them with an apple pie or small fries. Very busy on a Sunday morning. Ketchup machine was out, but they did have the packets as a backup. Love the addition of all of the cute children who were dining there as well. read more

It's the best McDonald's in our county. If I go to one it's always this one. Over the last 6 months or so they have stepped it up a lot. The food actually doesn't taste bad and the employees are friendly. The girl that always hands out food in drive thru is a complete sweetheart. We went through the drive through and asked if decaf iced were available! We were told yes and got a watered down non flavored coffee!!! I walked in and politely spoke to the manager and was told decaf was "never a thing" and maybe we were misled" I let him know what we were told and that the coffee was gross and nobody offered to remake it or anything!
