I went through the drive-through at 9:30 on a Saturday morning when I pulled in, I seen the staff outside (telling me that they were super slow on business). This can either be a great thing, meaning fresh food, or a bad thing, meaning they have steal food that they will still serve you lol I give my experience a 10/10 the service was great. Buc-ee's is awesome but they don't have much for my wife, who is not eating meat. Wendy's, despite being almost entirely focused on beef and chicken, does have options. Wendy's is the only fast food chain that has a baked potato on their menu and they're really, really good. This was our second stop on this trip for a Wendy's potato. Easy to place my order on the Wendy's app where I earned a few Wendy's points towards free food. Since my Sprinter won't fit through the drive thru, I parked and went inside. It didn't take long until I saw one potato and two burgers be finished on the assemble line. The nice lady bagged them up, called out my name, and I was back in the van to go. The restaurant was busy and so there were a few tables that needed attention. The condiments area was mostly tidy but some paper on the floor. In the van, the potato was declared tasty. Only one car in line, took 15 mins for him to place his order, I moved up, took another 15 plus minutes to order a simple meal, pull up, noticed a dude with tattoos all over his face and a female goofing off, took another 10 plus minutes to get my food. 12 dollar meal and it was cold. horrible experience. never again. read more

I am a very happy Yelper and rarely share lackluster food experiences, but tonight was just bad. When I pulled up to the drive through, they informed me their systems were down and it would be a 10 minute wait... no biggie! My wife and I just wanted frosties and a cheeseburger. Our son wanted a $5biggie bag. We were in no hurry. When their system came back online, we promptly ordered and were informed they had no frosties this evening ‍ When we arrived home, my son tasted his sweet tea and asked me to try it. They clearly brewed sweet tea in an urn they used for coffee earlier and never washed it. You can do better Wendy's! read more

Read reviews while waiting in drive thru. We had a good laugh. We only waited a few short minutes behind the car ahead of us ordering. We weren't expecting much after reading a few outdated reviews. To top it off it's 12:30 am on 4th of July. However, to our surprise the service was fast, the orders were on point, the staff was friendly- especially for just missing a 4th of July celebration, the food was hot and ready, the woman at the window was smiley, the staff were communicating well, and we were sure impressed! I would like to first start off with the slowness of this venue. This place is Slowww! I'm going to try the new pretzel bacon pub burger+ some nugs, hopefully it's good. I eventually pulled off to see several employees through the window doing a lot of nothing. I'm sure the food wouldn't have been any better than the non existent service. Ordered double cheese and grilled asiago from this location. Unfortunately the burger was bad. It smelled bad but I figured it's just meat smell so I took a bite. Bad mistake, it really was obvious that the meat in the burger went bad and they served it anyway. Never again! read more

How hard is it to verify what you're putting into the bag?? When you order 2 double cheeseburgers plain, and you get 2 singles loaded to the hilt. We can't credit your order you need to come back and replace it. rude workers and horrible service! we waited in the line for forever which i can understand if they are short staffed but when we got up to pay they didn't even have our order rung up. last but not least they forgot all of our utensils and we had to pull back around into the line and the woman didn't apologize or say anything at all she just handed it to us. the workers are rude and not only have an attitude with each other but towards customers as well. nothing more awkward when you're just trying to get food and the people who are supposed to be helping you are very obviously angry with each other and it's affecting their work ethic. read more

Five stars because of jimmy. Yesterday I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so dry I ended up with cotton mouth. I have no reason to complain about this fast food franchise. Conveniently located on State Route 66 approaching I-40, this Wendy's staff can handle a long line of customers waiting to place their orders with relative ease. The dining area is large enough for a crowd wanting to eat in the restaurant. More importantly, the menu items are cooked to perfection. read more

Fast and good food but both times stopping in on a road trip they forgot something like chicken nuggets. Second time for a late lunch they forgot the nuggets and after going back in to get them came out and realized I had gotten a cheap chicken sandwich instead of the asiago ranch I had ordered and paid for.
