Hubby wanted a burger, he ate 3 Whooper juniors, and fries, he got mom 2 whopper jr. And I had a regular Whooper, and fries. He went through the drive thru, nice folks, clean store. And it satisfied all of us! read more

I bought 3 things, and I tried to get some drinks, and they only gave me the small one, I claimed again that they give me a bigger one and they seemed annoyed by that, I bought 2 hamburgers and they didn't come with fries or anything, and one as a child everything was fine in that one, but in my 2 combo burgers nothing, only the hamburgers, the one who attended did not do it well at all. and I saw I looked at the drink station and it wasn't clean at all, it was disgusting read more

I don't eat fast food often. Was pressed for time today and chose this place. The place is filthy and the customer service is subpar. Each employee looks & acts so miserable. $12 for a chicken sandwich meal is ridiculous for the quality you get. To top it off, there was a hair in the sandwich. read more

Food quality and service has took a nose dive here, look around there's quality food nearby. But not from here

My fav quick grab has always been the impossible burger from Burger King! You don't get cheese with the burger! Make sure to ask for if you are into cheeseee! Also check their jalapeño poppers! Yummm read more

Absolutely horrible experience, the lady interrupted while ordering; completely got the order wrong; asked for plain and it came with everything and drenched in mayo. Not only that but no napkins; honestly seems to be done on purpose for some odd reason. Not sure if it's cause she was seen struggling to grab a cup or not but anyway blonde and young. read more

Came to this Burger King at 2:25 on a Monday. employees were very nice, they did not mess up on any of my orders 10/10. best Burger King, well cleaned. read more

If you are starving and would eat dirt, I would recommend dying before giving this place a chance. We got through our WHOLE order before they told us they couldn't make any food for us. We then had to sit behind a KIA who seemed to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes talking to the employees. Was not a fan of the rude customer service and the lack of respect of other customers. We did enjoy the rocks surrounding Burger King. I wish we would have taken one ;) read more

Me and my girlfriend went to the Burger King on Winfield Dunn parkway. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with a fry and a drink along with an additional bacon cheeseburger for her. We received the 3 "burgers" which only had a bun cheese and nothing else. My girlfriend went back through to request a refund and they told her they would just replace the meal. On our replacement order they gave us 2 "burgers" with only a bun, patty, and cold piece of cheese and an eighth of a piece of bacon. On our third time back through the drive through and 30 minutes later we get to the window only to find the employee to be rude, and telling my us they would only refund for the burger because "the fries were fine". Long story short don't waste your time on this joke of a business. read more

Burger King - This is one of the first burgers we got no patty at all! - Fast Food Near Me - Kodak, Tennessee

I'm a local every time I eat here i say its the last time. Well I tried it again tonight we had two whoppers with onion rings Couldn't eat onion rings overcooked Hard as a rock. The whoppers were Terrible eat a few bites the meat/ onions/ lettuce/ mayonnaise taste spoiled. Threw it in trash can a bk worker was Outside smoking I told him it was the worst burgers I had ever tried to eat He said just give them one star. I did because you can't give them a - 1. read more

The food is fine, the customer service is Extremely lacking. My main issue with the Kodak Burger King is their inaccuracy of their order fulfillment. Since they either do not have a modernized drive-thru display screen or the one they have is broken, it is almost guaranteed that orders will not be correct. There does not appear to be any quality control in place. Every order I've placed, which were all easy orders- a Whopper, a Whopper Jr. plus a drink, etc. we're all entered incorrectly. The staff desperately needs to retrained on order accuracy and effective customer service. read more

The only reason for the 1 star rating is there is not a 0 star rating. I tried to place a mobile order but the app had bk server problems. I got several different error messages that make no sense such as items not available, error with payment, can't determine amount charged at this time etc as I continued trying to finish order. I went inside hoping to just get my order placed and leave. The mgr tried to also place my order with my phone, but he got another set of off the wall error messages. After my trying for 15 minutes and him another 5 I asked him if he could just take my order and let me get my food and leave. He said he couldn't take my order for the online offer, but he could sell me my food at regular price. I asked him if he was kidding and he said no. I just told him I would go to another restaurant and get my food there. WOW! What great customer service read more

I arrived at 9:58 to the drive through order station. They close at 10:00. They served the truck in front of me (I had been waiting in line for like 10 minutes) All I wanted was a milkshake. The truck pulls up, I pull up they shut the lights off and say sorry we're closed. I say no I've been waiting and there are 2 minutes left can I please have a milkshake. She said no we just turned it off and I'm not turning it back on. I pulled up to the window to call corporate to resolve the issue and they called the cops on me. I just went home bc I hate cops and I will be in touch with corporate. She put her name over her name tag, but there will be reproductions. Customer service is not an objective here. read more

We were out Sunday evening and driving home after a long day. We were hungry and very few places were open. We spotted the Burger King and decided to get the $10 two person Whopper meal deal. I normally like Burger King's food. But this time, it was no deal. The fries were stale, but that was the best part of our meal. Both Whopper's were wrong. We ordered one with no lettuce and tomato and one with no pickles and tomato. The one with lettuce had just a few wilted strands. We swapped the pickles off the wrong one ourselves. But the biggest issue was the meat was old, dry, stale and rubbery. Really gross. It made me sick and I only had a little. I could not eat mine. It was that awful. If this location cannot serve decent food late at night, they should just close the store, not push rancid slop out the drive-through window. They should be ashamed of themselves, taking people's hard earned money and giving us food of the quality we received Sunday night. read more

Avoid this location if you value your time, money, or sanity. Customer service is horrendous. They don't update the menu and are constantly out of things. You will still be stuck in their drive thru because of its design also if they don't have what you're wanting. Just don't do it. read more

Stopped in for lunch. It was quick, they got my special order right, and the quality was the same as every other BK I have been to. Fries were perfect and the burger hit the spot. Exactly what I expected. read more

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Costumer Service is ok and I feel sorry for them due to the lack of management there. They are always out of something every time I have been there and I mean every time. Someone has no clue how to order to feed the demand of people that comes through there. read more
