Employees are terrible. They don't wear gloves to make the food, they don't wear hair nets, they don't wash their hands, and they will go straight in from smoking to make your food with their bare hands. They only have a few employees and it takes forever to get your food, the time you will spend in the drive thru is not worth the money you pay for the food you are eating that they have touched all over. The lobby is also closed because the managers boyfriend is racist and tells the n word at people all the time. The district manager won't do anything to fix this problem either. Two times I have went to get hotdogs and all wanted was chili and cheese. When I got them home the first time they had onions on them I hate onions . We used to eat here all the time when we lived in Kodak that's back when they first opened the food and fries were always good. They did mess my order up once but fixed it super fast without any problems. read more

Baconzilla Burger and Beyond. Checkers drive in, is the only restaurant with the old fashion diner style of food that is affordable. My two sons are a huge fan, of checkers and rally's French fries and their burgers and shakes. The baconzilla burger is truly out of this with it is served with Two beef hamburger patties and four slices of crispy bacon. You can also get two slices of real american cheese, melted cheddar cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise all served on a toasted bakery-style bun. Long story short, Larry is the man. Some friends and I went in to order and had way too much fun. A simple order of a slushee and a fry lovers fry turned into a whole experience. Lol Long story short, Larry mentioned "Let's Make A Deal". We made a deal. I shot a straw wrapper in the trash from across the counter (Kobe!) & was rewarded with a second Italian slushee. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude people working at this location. Tonight I decided to try this place. I ordered chicken wings with blue cheese dressing which they charge extra for. It took over an hour to receive my order & when I got it no blue cheese dressing. So I called and said I'd like a refund for it . The girl argued & lied saying she put it in the bag. The fact that she lied upset me to the point that I did cuss & asked for a manager to speak to & she hung up on me. The wings, which were cold and soggy, I took them back to the store. They started screaming at me that they were out of blue cheese dressing, after the girl on the phone argued with me insisting that she put them in the bag. The manager kept screaming at me & called me an older woman & told me to get out or he'd call the cops! He basically threw me out and I have no food and no refund for crap! I called corporate & filed a complaint against these people. Hopefully something will be done but I doubt it! All I can say is I've never eaten there & I never will! read more

Okay, so this is really a 3.5 star review. It's good, but not stellar. It is better than most with good prices. I don't believe I have rated any fast food as 5 stars, and this record isn't in jeopardy. But the prices are more than justified for the quality. Okay, so this appears to be a fairly new location or very well kept. The booths, chairs, tables and floor were very clean. The overall appearance is that of a well-kept fast-food restaurant, Service is what you would expect. You go to the cashier and they take your order. They call you in a few minutes and your order is ready. The chicken sandwiches we ate were large, well-cooked and tasty. The Cokes are good, as are the fries. Although the fries were a little small, I did order small. After dinner, we ordered a frosty and it was big, especially for a dollar. It is located close to three motels and there isn't much else in walking distance to eat. So we were glad to have this option without crossing a busy boulevard to go to Wendy's. This checkers kills me it is by no means the Checkers I adored in my youth and all throughout my life. The food is never even warm and if you are real lucky you might get your whole order on the second try. Ice cream is fantastic, customer service, and food are less than mediocre. read more

Over a hour wait in drive thru on a Thursday evening. Lobby closed because of covid. Food was cold and old and after waiting a hour in line, was told to pull forward and wait again. Took 4 workers over 20 minutes to cook one burger and some chicken Not good. read more
