Cashier leaning over while taking order. I had two ice cream cones and instead of him doing something with nobody else in store he leaned back and continued on his phone. Wow. This McDonalds sucks. Went on a Sunday morning and it wasn't that busy but I decided to use the kiosk and picked a number waiting for my breakfast to be delivered. After 15 minutes I went hunting for it. They had no idea what order I was talking about. It included a drink. To my surprise and disappointment when ai poured myself an unsweetened ice tea I discovered both tanks were sweet tea. My meal was fine, but the service was slow and terrible. One employee wondered around aimlessly. She understood English, but not her job. Understaffed or poorly managed or both. Avoid this McDonalds unless you have time to kill. read more

We come here often for breakfast when we are in the area. The service in the restaurant is always dismal and so slow. If you do a drive-in order, you get way quicker service. We usually have to wait at least 10 minutes or more, just to get acknowledge. Then the cashier more or less always has an attitude or just plain incompetent. You can order one thing and they will give you something else and charge you more. read more

This place is excellent if you enjoy rude customer service, never expect a working ice cream machine, and love receiving a wrong order. I've been to this location 3 times since moving to town and they find more impressive ways to be terrible each time. The last time was easily the best, though. I figured, "hey, there can't be any confusion to my order if I order online, right?" So, I place my order, go inside to pick it up, and was told at the counter that they didn't have any online orders today. I literally show this dude my order #/code, but he refused to look at it. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The wait was ridiculous. They were out of cookies, pies, and the icecream machine was off? What the hell? The staff wasn't worried about it at all. I ordered a frappe, the cup was only filled to about 2inches from the top of the cup? I mean really? Way to go McDonalds. I think a 24 hour location shouldn't be running out of stuff or have a machine that is off at 930 at night. Def skip this place. But don't worry, the same girl that made my frappe made one for a friend and walked it to the parking lot to her friends. It was full and loaded with caramel drizzle. Mobile order was quickly filled and was accurate. However, the bag given for the order was WAY too small for the items. Any mobile order should be placed in a bag that can be folded to maintain warmth while being taken home. In addition, the order board inside the restaurant is STILL non-functioning, after more than two months!!! This shows a true lack of customer care and professionalism. Came here with hubby for breakfast and we'd say the dirtiest McDonald's we have ever seen. Every table had crap on it, dirty sticky, trash on the floor. The soda area had sticky all over the floor garbage overflowing out onto the counters. Workers walking around past the trash and just talking to customers. No hot tea which is weird, every mcdonalds has tea. read more

I usually come for lunch everyday at 1100. There used to be two very pleasant gentlemen that cleaned. Now that I don't see them the place is filthy. Not one clean table, feet sticking to the floor near the drink station. And people refusing to use the filthy bathrooms. AT 1100 mind you!!! Staff is unpleasant and manager yelling at girl in drive thru saying "if you value your job you'll do what I told you to do NOW!" I will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

My order ended up being very wrong,even when it was ordered on the app.First they forgot all the 3 drinks,then gave us 2 right ones and 2 totally random ones and STILL forgot one of the drinks.Then after getting the right drinks,it turned out they forgot one of the burgers too!After FINALLY getting everything,the burger was wrong.In the end,not worth 30$. read more

This has to be the most poorly managed McDonald's I have ever seen. I hope national management monitors Yelp, because this location is damaging your corporate reputation! First, we waited 25 minutes for our order (Big Mac, Quarter Pounder and McNuggets, nothing fancy). When we got back to our hotel to eat our food, the Big Mac had a bite taken out of it! The McDonald's on Vernon has definitely improved in last 6 months, new staff! There are 2 particular employees that stick out to me, both work in drive through! Sherry is great, she is always smiling and polite! Kara is always quick with service and courtesy! Absolutely love the turn around! read more

This McDonalds is the worst. They are always out of mIn items such as McNuggets or Big Macs. They always tell you tier frappe' machine is down, when sometimes it is not. And there are times when you go through the drive-thru to order during early morning hours they re open for business, but they can't serve food because they have taken all the equipment down for "cleaning". So why are they open for business then? The staff is always slow and most of the time the orders are wrong. The corporate office really needs to resolve these issues because this has been an on-going problem for quite some time. read more

We just came from there tonight and we were not pleased with the place. We walked through the doors and the first thing we see is a used hair net on the floor. While we were waiting in line, the cashier was asking if she could get off at 10:00 when her manager/co-worker was saying "no, you get off at 12:00!" She replies " yeaa okay, I really do need the hours though". Why ask to get off early when you're complaining about needing hours? Doesn't make sense. The lady in front of us was still trying to order her food when the cashier slips out the "N" word in front of everyone. It got really quiet after she said that ugly word..not to mention I had my 3 year old son with me!! My son decided that he needed to go to the potty while my mother ordered our meals. The bathroom stall that we went into was disgusting! There was stained crap on the lid and underneath! We then got our stuff and left the place. I wouldn't recommend going back there until some of their employees learn to watch their mouths around customers and also learn to keep a clean bathroom! read more

Incredibly slow. We waited over 10 minutes for two meals. You would think at lunch time they would be a little better staffed but evidently not. I'd suggest driving until you find the next McDonalds if you have a craving for it. read more
