This is me and my Fiancé's 3rd time coming to this Ruby Tuesday and we absolutely love it every time! It's one of our favorite places to go. Our server was Jazmin and she was amazing! Very attentive and very nice! The food was also so delicious as always. Comparing to other similar restaurants Ruby Tuesdays easily surpasses them. The restaurant itself is clean and ascetically pleasing. Another thing is how could you pass up on the amazing deals they offer! As a father of 5, kids eat free is almost unheard these days. But here it's every Tuesday! Today's deal was 6.99 for a smash burger and fries. You spend more than that at fast food these days! Love this place and highly recommended:) read more

I had a great experience. I ordered grilled chicken carbonara and it was delicious. I could taste every ingredient in the dish and they were not stingy with them, plenty of everything. I have never tasted mushrooms like they had, so very good. I would like to compliment our server Jazmin, she was the best. She made sure the drinks were kept full, she was very friendly, attentive and very genuine, really appreciated her. Also, the salad looked great, realty wanted to try it, will get that next time! IlWe posted on serious complaints when we stopped to eat several days ago - and the experience was totally aweful - a silver-lining to that problem was in the follow up by management. Our conversation with the restaurant's GM - Kate was very respectful, prompt and she listened to our issues via telecom. Well me and my wife stopped at Ruby Tuesdays in Kinston,N.C and it was the worse resturant we have been to, the waitress could of cared less never came back to our table once to ask how everything was or even if we needed anything else or if I wanted another beer. we will never go to Ruby Tuesdays again. Nia was quick to greet us at the door and offered friendly, fast service. The food was very good! Will definitely plan on going back soon.

After 20 years of this being my go to salad bar place I was utterly disappointed to find that this location just gave up. I have never seen a restaurant that so obviously has failed to even try. The salad bar had no plates when we went up and then we shuffled are way down the line to find that each item had been virtually cleaned out with no indication of restocking. Those items that did remain certainly were not fresh. I am saddened by this lackluster service in an area that does very little to provide a salad bar of which Ruby Tuesdays was known for. read more

Sat in the new section for 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. This section had two tables. Finally just left. read more

A couple of weeks ago my husband and I were on our way home and starving. Ruby Tuesday was one of the only places open so we stopped in and saw that they were 45 minutes from closing. I was hesitant to go in because I felt bad going in that late. we walked in and there were only two people at the bar and no one else. The bartender came around and was so kind and sat us telling us our server would be there shortly. Our server, a young woman, was extremely pleasant and attentive. Everyone made us feel so welcome. In today's world so often there is poor customer service but the staff at this Ruby Tuesday was exceptional! read more

We stopped to get the salad bar and was not disappointed. The GM Kade helped us get seated and came by a couple of time to make sure everything was going well. The salad bar had everything fresh. Our server was also very good -- one of those that never wrote anything down but everything came out correct = even with some of the orders having special request. If you haven't been in awhile give it another try. I know that they are short staffed because there is a sign out front saying that they are hiring -- so have a little patience but enjoy the meal. read more

The service experienced was highly professional due to the circumstances. Went in around 2 pm on a monday and ordered a New York strip with mac and cheese with mash-potatoes and a bone in rib-eye with a side salad and a loaded potatoe, both were severely undercooked, had NO flavor whatsoever and was obviously cooked on a flat top grill, both the potatoes tasted and looked like they had been scrapped out of the trash, baked potatoe was crisped beyond crisp on the inside, and the mashed tasted like cigarette ash. We didn't come here expecting a 5 star experience, but tonight was by far the worst time and money I've spent dining out ever. Service was abysmal, a toddler could have been more attentive. Appetizer was okay, but for 14$ we could have done without the 5 shrimp. Presentation was lackluster throughout, and after it took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive, my wife's chicken Parm looked like it was neglected as a child and put through an incinerator to end it's misery. The shrimp in my pasta was like chewing boiled cartilage with Cajun seasoning thrown in as an afterthought. No refills, waitress disappeared for the longest time, took over 30 minutes to get our meals and another 20 or so to receive our bill. The excuse for the slow service was that they were "extremely busy". The restaurant was maybe 1/3 capacity. Stopped here on the way home from the beach. How is this place even open? We waited at the door for several minutes before an employee spoke to us, despite two approaching the hostess stand. We were seated at a wet table and there was an overall foul odor to the restaurant- more pronounced in the restroom. The service terrible- clearly they were understaffed. Our food took over 30 minutes. The salad bar was s mess- we stayed clear. I ordered steak fajitas- gristly overdone meat, a mixture of peppers and onions that tasted like they'd been frozen, a lump of shredded cheese on the plate that was melted in a pile, hard flour tortillas, brown lettuce, and no sour cream or guacamole. I don't normally leave reviews but I definitely wanted to for this restaurant. My family (4 adults and 1 teen) read the reviews and immediately thought "this is going to be a nightmare". Let me start by saying, our host/server Jalen (spelling) greeted us with a pleasant smile and greeting. Seated us promptly and took drink orders. Salad bar was full, and presentation of items on par with the Ruby Tuesday I remember. The items we order returned fast, hot and taste was acceptable. After our meal, Jalen informed us he was on his second week. You wouldn't have known given how he handle 6 tables with little assistance from other coworkers. The reviews we leave good or bad help other patrons decide to give these establishments a chance. I'll be honest - when I came here, I was on my way home from a beer festival and was pretty damn drunk. I have some vague memories of this place, so I'll share those with you... - They had food. - The salad bar was decent. - They grossly overcooked my burger. I asked for medium-rare, it came out well-done. - Patrons seemed to be slightly creepy small-town folk. - Waitstaff were nice. - They continued to serve me beer the entire time I was there. This place is awful. I remember the ribs being pretty good at one time, but not anymore. Most everything on the menu is really bland and or greasy. It's obvious nobody take any pride in their work. The wait staff is also lackluster at best. As far as the salad bar goes, half the items are untraceable. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. read more

I am a server.. so I try not to criticize restaurant's because I know how it can be... but omg this was by far the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. first, we waited 15-20 min for drinks. then the kitchen staff were literally screaming at each other in the back almost the whole time we were there. the entire restaurant could here them yelling. our waitress had at least 10-12 tables and was overwhelmed. I received my food after 30+ min and ate it.. my daughter and husband never got theirs.. we waited for about 10 min after I ate until we just had enough and were just going to pay for what was on the table and just leave.. as we got up to leave their food finally came out. food was terrible. I've eaten at this location twice, one of them being last night (Sunday). Both times I ordered a salmon dish and maybe that is why it took so long for my food? I'm not sure, but it seemed to be really slow and everyone else's food came out late. The first time, it was a Saturday, and busy, but it was slow then too. The biggest disappointment, and this may sound childish, but I did not get one single biscuit. It's the principal of the matter, here. The hostess did not bother to greet me, or seat me. I looked at the slimy items on the bar and changed my mind. 3/1/2016 Update: Changed rating from 5 star to 2 star. I'm not sure if there was a change in management or a major change in staff, but food quality has gone down tremendously the last 3 months. They are always out of at least one item we order and we have to change our order. Steak isn't cooked right. Order med-well get rare or well-done. Tables always dirty and sticky like a 24-hour truck stop. One bad time and you chalk it up to bad day. 3 bad months in a row and you chalk it up to bad management. :-/ 6/2015 Original: The last two months the service has been amazing, food impeccable, staff very courteous! There have been a few bad reviews of this Ruby Tuesdays but I have never had a bad experience here out of probably a dozen visits. The closest they came to less than excellent was when the waitress (who was also tending bar) forgot to put the order in. The manager comped us our entire bill that time, so we were pretty forgiving. Tonight I visited the restaurant with my sister. She had some Cajun fish combo with shrimp which is really not my type of thing, but she seemed to enjoy it. I had the hickory bourbon pork chop, light on the spicy, with mashed taters and awesome baked mac 'n' cheese. Everything was perfect including the "light on the spicy" request. Our waitress, who has served us a few times, was always there to fill our glasses when needed and ask if we needed anything else. I really cannot think of what they could improve on and this is typical of our visits here, so I am giving them five stars. read more

So I called to reserve a spot before coming but was told they don't have a wait time and now I understand exactly why!! Not gonna say their food was bad it wasn't great but it was okay, definitely not worth any hype though. We ordered breaded chicken tenders off the kids menu for my 18month old and they were hard as rock like how is my kid supposed to eat that? Then of course I wanted a chicken Cesar and asked if they could add an egg in it the waitress said yes that's fine .. when the salad came out it was not a Cesar salad at all it was some other bbq salad they had and I was highly upset but didn't even bother saying anything else because I did not want them to spit in my food lol . I couldn't remember why we quit eating here so I decided to give it a shot for takeout. Quickly remembered. First the card readers wouldn't work (I would like to add the girl who came out was very nice and apologized). After she went back in twice she finally got it to work. I assumed the food wasn't quite ready since it took a few more minutes to get it but judging by the temperature of the food that was not the case. When I was asked how I wanted my hamburger cooked I assumed they meant the patty but I got a very well done bun as well. I also got 13 normal sized fries and 6 baby fries. Kids pizza was also "very well done". Hopefully I will remember this time why we don't go there anymore. read more
