They use Brightleaf hot dogs here which I think are delicious but if you don't like the bright red pork dogs, you may want to go elsewhere. Buns were super soft; untoasted. Toppings were good. Chili, slaw, and mustard blended well together. They put the pimento cheese under the dog which is fine, but it meant it squirted out of the bun as I ate. Hopefully soon, the stalls will be up and running so the same employee does not have to be every ten seconds for customers to receive their orders.
