I generously give this restaurant two stars. I walked there from my hotel and ordered food. My order was missing one sandwich and two other sandwiches were made incorrectly. When I went back, the manager was kind and friendly, but the other employee appeared to be very bothered with my request for the correction. I didn't care for the employees talking about my correction request in a language I couldn't understand. The restaurant was nice, clean, and orderly, but I hate that McDonalds is going to a computer kiosk to place your order. My one experience isn't enough to suggest that people not visit this restaurant, but my experience would make me consider going elsewhere before going back. read more

Really upset with the establishment. Straws are paper and don't last pass half your drink before they fall apart inside your beverage. I've waited inside for 30 minutes on a single quarter pounder and 10 piece. When I brought it up to the manager, she was annoyed, Brushed me off for me to wait another 15 minutes. I brought it up again and she looks at me sternly and says I told you four more minutes. Get real. Next time I'm taking my Meta glasses in there and I'm going to record the entire encounter. Look how they serve the quarter pounders here. We stopped here Friday night and they were not busy which should have been the very first indicator of how terrible the food and service are here. I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi to open the app as soon as we entered and it was so weak it would not even connect. We ordered on the kiosk because the customer service on our trip here has been horrible. Then the manager comes out and actually yells at us "No, no, no! No more orders!" Best thing I have ever tasted in 38 years my oh my but when I got my drink, I was slightly confused when I opened the packaging to see a paper straw I know down here in Florida. They're all about saving the turtles and whatever, but when it comes to paper straws, this needs to be abolished. Came in for a quick meal. They got my drink wrong but not a big deal. Even though the girl didn't know there was unsweet tea. Still not a big deal. I get that teens like to hang out at MCD's but there was a big group hanging out by the restrooms swearing up a storm and also simulating sex acts. No employees made any move to do anything. I'm in the military and our galley is closed. I am going out of my way to make sure everyone is eating bc not everyone can leave the boat. they place orders and I pick them up. I wait on an order for 45 mins talking respectfully to the manager and the staff. showing them the receipt, location, time, and what the order was. the order stated it was for pickup. they ignored me, and didn't prepare the food. they also talked very loudly about me amongst each other. My husband and I usually stop at McDonald's for breakfast on our travels. It's our usual routine because of the convenience. It's fast and a fairly decent breakfast. I've been noticing more and more kiosks where you can place your orders at every store. Nevertheless I see workers procrastinating but to be fair I never had a major complaint. Today, we stopped at this location. My husband placed the order at the kiosk and proceeded to find a table. The floor was absolutely disgusting. It was slippery all over and most tables and floor were dirty. There was water dripping from the ceiling (from the A/C vents). The women's bathroom's floor was slippery and bathrooms stalls were dirty. It makes me wonder how the kitchen would be when the dining area and bathrooms are so disgusting! read more

This visit was very poor! I ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese and a large fries. It is advertised that the Quarter Pounder is freshly cooked. This burger was NOT freshly cooked! It was dry, did not have the seasoning that is supposed to on it. Two small pieces of onion. Very poorly made. The fries were cold with no salt. I ordered a bacon/egg & cheese biscuit with extra cheese and a medium orange juice, through the drive-through. Three (3) times. lol. The Haitian manager could not understand what a medium orange juice and a biscuit with extra cheese meant - actually the third time I asked he understood the biscuit portion but not the concept of extra cheese and could not grasp the words or idea of 'medium orange juice.' SO - I pulled up to the window and was promptly yelled at: "I AM THE MANAGER AND I AM THE ONE TAKING ORDERS I RUN THIS RESTAURANT, NOT YOU!!! DO YOU WANT FOOD OR NOT?!!?!" -- that was his introduction. After that, he proceeded to tell me how little my life was worth because I was not the McDonald's morning manager. lol. He would not give me his name, so I drove off proclaiming that I would contact the proprietor. I understand that the Haitian manager has his own method(s) of interacting with people, and those methods do not include providing superlative customer service. I understand this. However, I do not tolerate substandard behavior from people - certainly not a $25k/yr McDonald's manager.
