What can someone say if the food is the same as it was 30 years ago? Nothing special. McService was ehh...took too long, but was not super terrible. Ambience felt like a prisons visiting room. NGL. As former LEO i have experiencein that. Ambience is open and clinical, not inviting. Once they put in Kiosks so the customer can do their McJob like an McEmployee and do NOT provide you with an McEmployee discount....that's when I become more critical of this location. Between seeing couple of their staff standing outside smoking weed n one got out of his truck n i could smell the odor as he got out of his truck and seem the smoke come out of his truck. normally i wouldn't complain but once i saw this n my food was too messed up i had enough. Today was the worst McDonald's experience I have had in the Valley. First, they couldn't get the order right, so a second person had to come just to take the order. I always order my hash browns well done when I got them, they were not well done. They told us to pull around and they would bring the well done hash browns to us. They took a very long time, still the hash browns were not well done, if I had to take a guess I would say they gave me the same hash browns and just waited to bring them out to me (I don't know this for certain, but that is what it seemed like to me). We finally get home to eat and find that one of the sandwiches was also wrong. There are 3 McDonald's in the Kalispell area, my advice is to going to either of the other 2. read more

Placed an order on the app for a Spicy Crispy Chicken meal. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull around to the front door because they were out of chicken & needed to fry some. My food was brought out & I drove home. When I opened my sandwich box, the sandwich was inedible because of the amount of sauce on the sandwich. I called the restaurant & the manager said I could drive back (45 minutes) for a new sandwich. Not happening. She did apologize & said she would talk to her employee(s). read more

If you want fast food and drive thru go somewhere else we've been here a few times and the drive thru is ridiculous. I could of drove home and ate faster. Food is predictable McDonalds food they all taste the same and the fries are only good if you get them fresh. Our cheeseburgers were good and our fries were borderline fresh, especially since we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for them. Vacationing and needed a quick meal. Ordered chicken nugget meal and a sandwich meal. Automatically upsized without asking - don't know if we were charged extra or not. At the window we were asked if we had the nuggets and sandwich. Yep. Got the bag and no hot mustard. Asked for some. I'm sorry we charge 25 cents each. Said that's fine. I told them when I ordered though my husband said. He just looked at us and someone inside said they had nuggets they get sauce. He said there should be two in the bag. I said, you can have the bag back, I promise there's none in here. He finally gives me two sauces. Then my hubs asks for ketchup and salt. Gives us two ketchups for two orders of large fries. Then our drinks had hardly any ice in them. So I have no idea what the deal is but I was NOT happy with this McDonald's at all! read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with this MacDonalds, I was there today at lunch and amid this corona virus situation the young lady at the back window taking money took the time to wipe her nose with her hand in between swiping my card and handing it back, then I get to the next window, and the woman at the window was quite old and they had her handing out food, she for one is most susceptible to contracting the virus and not living through it but also at the front line to be exposed to it, it seems to me that this manager does not care at all about the employees of this establishment in this current pandemic, very distasteful. read more

Why not do a review for the local Mickey D's? Occasionally I crave their chicken nuggets and when you come here during rush hour not only are they fast, but fresh. If you're gonna do McDonalds, this is a good one. Their bathrooms are clean and even when they are not busy their food is fresh and staff are sweet. Right by Walmart and the main shopping district in Kali to grab a snack while shopping. I still prefer Wendy's chicken nuggets...but they are further south or east of town. read more

Ordered salad at drive through, moved on, parked and noticed a spoon instead of fork. Went back inside, was told they have no forks?!? Why would you sell a salad with out utensils or at least warn me. After I got back out to try to eat I realized they also forgot the salad dressing! read more
