We told them what we were in town for & when we pulled away, we noticed they wrote on our cups wishing us happy travels and a happy anniversary. It really is the little things that mean the most! My husband requested they surprise him with his drink. He explained what he typically likes and how he likes to taste his coffee but also likes sweetness. The barista was immediately up for the challenge. She made him an iced drink with huckleberry since it's a Montana staple. Never thought we'd like fruit in coffee, but it really works! By the time we realized the drinks were spoiled, it was too late to return before Sable closed at 8 p.m., and we had to discard them. That evening, I contacted management with a brief, polite message including the time of our visit and the exact drinks ordered. I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years.
