It was a Tuesday morning, but the place was packed. Parking was a bit tougher than other neighboring towns, but we luckily snagged a street spot when someone pulled out. The ambiance of the shop is so cute and relaxing, especially during the holidays. It's the quintessential coffee shop vibe where you can catch up with a friend, read a book, or do some work. And there are spaces/seats for each persona in here. We first just ordered the sticky toffee latte (less sweet), but it was so good that we ordered the peppermint mocha quickly after. Most times, I am often disappointed by flavored lattes that are overly sweet and lose the coffee flavor, but not here. Not only did their flavors taste unique, but they were the perfect balance of coffee and flavor. They take their time pulling the shots so that the espresso itself is well done. They were seriously memorable. I'm sad we live out of state, but if I'm ever back in Kalispell, I would definitely come back here (like every day, lol).

We told them what we were in town for & when we pulled away, we noticed they wrote on our cups wishing us happy travels and a happy anniversary. It really is the little things that mean the most! My husband requested they surprise him with his drink. He explained what he typically likes and how he likes to taste his coffee but also likes sweetness. The barista was immediately up for the challenge. She made him an iced drink with huckleberry since it's a Montana staple. Never thought we'd like fruit in coffee, but it really works! It was the perfect little place for a quick coffee run!

By the time we realized the drinks were spoiled, it was too late to return before Sable closed at 8 p.m., and we had to discard them. That evening, I contacted management with a brief, polite message including the time of our visit and the exact drinks ordered. I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years.
