That evening, I contacted management with a brief, polite message including the time of our visit and the exact drinks ordered. I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years.
