However, in late December, before driving to Ronan, we stopped at Sable shortly after 7:20 p.m. We ordered two drinks, both of which were bitter and burned...completely undrinkable. We did not notice immediately, as we picked up dinner at Frugal's and left our drinks for the drive home. By the time we realized the drinks were spoiled, it was too late to return before Sable closed at 8 p.m., and we had to discard them. That evening, I contacted management with a brief, polite message including the time of our visit and the exact drinks ordered. I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years. It was disappointing that my courteous attempt to communicate was entirely ignored.

Normally, it's a grab-n-go kind of operation. Things move fast, the food is edible, and the customer service is functional. But I wanted to put a review up for the coffee station / bar at Kalispell airport because it's a unique experience in today's airports: I went in to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich and the woman working behind the counter was outgoing, friendly, and made the 2 hour flight delay tolerable. Pretty impressive for a place I went to just to grab a quick cup of coffee. Beyond that, the shop offers a full coffee selection, sandwich menu, and a bar if you need an alcoholic drink before jumping on a plane. It even has the nice touch of offering locally roasted beans (serving Montana Coffee Traders coffee). An all around enjoyable experience.

The staff here is a bunch of older ladies who are downright rude! Any vendors in here should beware that these ladies could be and probably are harming your sales! My little one climbed in the little car we've been looking to buy and the lady came around the corner within the first two minutes were there, as he was getting out, she said "no no, get out of that car. this area is not to play in, it's only to purchase" I must have had a puzzled look on my face as she never identified herself, was scolding my own child in front of me and was wearing a purse, as if she was a customer. It is at such a convenient spot because it is right near most of the major shopping centers in Kalispell. I have had to change what I can order since switching to not eating dairy and that has been a major struggle since my favorite menu items always contained some degree of dairy in them. I recently inquired about sugar free syrups and was surprised to find out that the sugar free mocha doesn't have dairy so for anyone that is lactose intolerant that might be good to know. They have more sugar free syrups than I remember when I used to order sugar free- it has been a while so it is good to see they have added new variety. They have coconut milk and almond milk which is nice for people who are lactose intolerant, vegan, or just like to avoid dairy. I know for a long time they only had soy as an option, and it can depend on what location you go to if they have almond both almond milk and coconut milk. I wish that they would get the coconut milk creamer which is made from a base of coconut cream so it is way creamier than regular coconut milk. I always feel like when getting the regular soy or coconut milk it can taste watered down even if not intentionally. I used to always get heavy whipping cream with my coffee here and so now to switch to such a dramatic alternative I don't enjoy my coffee as much so I have to doctor it up myself or just avoid getting coffee here altogether.
