Honestly, seeing that it was never not busy says a lot about how well this place is doing! We tried the burrito and the Shifty, and the Shifty was easily my favorite. It was so different and absolutely amazing! We also tried the honey spice cake, morning bun, and overnight oats, and everything was delicious. I especially loved that they had several GF/DF options, which can be surprisingly hard to find. It made it so much easier to actually enjoy a full breakfast without having to settle for one option. Uptown Hearth is an incredible local business, if you're visiting glacier national Park, I highly recommend visiting. It was absolutely delicious! The quality of food and the service was amazing! We actually came here a couple times. I recommend the OG breakfast sandwich and definitely get the lemon miso potatoes, they were so crunchy and delicious. The coffee is very high-quality and I even bought beans to take home. They rotate some of their pastries, I'm such a big fan! There's tons of indoor seating and some outdoor too. Loved this coffee shop, open times 7 AM - 2 PM daily. My cappuccino with lavender syrup was a delight. Iced cold brew was smooth. Iced vanilla latte with good proportions of espresso, milk, and syrup. I appreciated the cleanliness of this location, and ample amount of seating room. Overall, great experience here the service was amazing. They were very nice and helped us to the menu. I had the breakfast sandwich. It was really amazing just lacked a bit of the sauce. My parents had got the breakfast burrito and I would definitely suggest this over the sandwich I just think it was more flavorful and better overall. Excellent bakery/cafe! My friend has been in several times and was excited to share this place with me. We came in for lunch just before closing and it was still pretty busy so I can see how popular it is with both locals and travelers. We came for food, but all the pastries looked amazing too. I got the black and blue sandwich with the lemon miso home fries, it was excellent! The flavors were balanced and really tied together nicely. Those home fries were some of the best potatoes I've ever had, I highly recommend them. Additionally we bought a loaf of sourdough for our homemade soup that same night and it was the perfect companion. It was so nice to have homemade bread to enhance our meal. read more

We had such a great experience at Uptown Hearth during our vacation to Glacier National Park. We ordered a morning bun, basic breakfast, and Beef and Blue sandwich, which were all delicious. The home fries were also worth mentioning because they had the perfect level of crispiness and seasoning, and the Costa Rican coffee and matcha iced tea were also excellent. But what truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. When we mentioned we were planning to grill steaks at our cabin but didn't have any seasoning, the staff went out of their way to pack us salt and pepper in small containers to go. It's those small, thoughtful gestures which transform a great meal into a memorable vacation experience. Thanks again to the amazing staff at Uptown Hearth for the awesome food and exceptional service. Dining at your restaurant was totally worth the drive from West Glacier, and we'll definitely be back before our trip is over. read more

You have to walk up to the counter to order and they bring your food and drink to you. We are so happy that the bakery is open again! The food is as tasty as ever, I got the classic breakfast sandie and a cortado + a pour over later. My mom reports that the brown rice and kale bowl was outstanding as well. The new cafe is beautiful and spacious, playing good music at a nice volume, and was a wonderful atmosphere to eat breakfast. After breakfast we decided to check out their new coworking space upstairs. It was a little confusing to figure out the booking system as you have to book through their website but we ended up getting the punch pass for 5 visits (we're locals). Once you activate a pass you can head to the two floors of working space. We chose just the open floor but there are options for a private office or designated desks with 24hr access. The space is super clean and quiet (no music is playing upstairs) and very aesthetic! We had to go back downstairs and ask the staff to get the wifi log in info but once we were in the connection was fast and reliable (zoom calls, video streaming, etc all worked). There are many different desks to choose from, including many convertible standing desks, beautiful wood table, and couches/chairs with side tables. There are convenient outlets all over the place as well as 3 small private phone booths you can reserve for free. There is also a kitchenette on each floor with a full sized fridge, microwave, and sink. I brought up my coffee and second half of my sandie from breakfast and heated it up later for a mid-afternoon snack which I thought was a nice touch. There are clean, single-stall, all-gender bathrooms on each floor. There are also small balconies that will be nice in the summer to step outside! With two floors the space is large so while there were a couple other people co-working at the same time we barely saw them which was nice for concentrating. The beautiful large windows let in a nice amount of natural light and overlook the main street Nucleus. I wish there had been a little more instruction on how to book the space (maybe cards on the cafe tables advertising the space and explaining how to book?) but once we got up here I was amazingly productive and I will be back to work here more. read more
