I dare to say my favourite coffee spot in Kalispell. Staff is super friendly and the store is very clean. Bathrooms were very clean which is always great. Lots of cool people here. He is a big fan of this brand and all of their support for veterans so he was excited to be able to visit one of their actual store fronts. The line was long but moved quickly .I decided to try their creamy hazelnut latte, iced with oat milk. My husband ordered their signature black label vanilla latte. We also purchased a few bags of coffee beans to-go. Both of our lattes were delicious and we enjoyed them on their outdoor patio with our pups.

As for the atmosphere, the space was very cute and well laid out - there are plants and paintings throughout to bring color and joy. However, Carolers came in for about 15 minutes.. with brass instruments! I understand "tis the season" and I love the Christmas spirit, but I also don't want a trombone blasting music 10 feet from my table on a lazy Sunday morning... a little disappointed Ceres allowed them to do this, but I also don't want to be a Scrooge... It was a Tuesday morning, but the place was packed. Parking was a bit tougher than other neighboring towns, but we luckily snagged a street spot when someone pulled out. The ambiance of the shop is so cute and relaxing, especially during the holidays. It's the quintessential coffee shop vibe where you can catch up with a friend, read a book, or do some work. And there are spaces/seats for each persona in here. We first just ordered the sticky toffee latte (less sweet), but it was so good that we ordered the peppermint mocha quickly after. Most times, I am often disappointed by flavored lattes that are overly sweet and lose the coffee flavor, but not here. Not only did their flavors taste unique, but they were the perfect balance of coffee and flavor. They take their time pulling the shots so that the espresso itself is well done. They were seriously memorable. I'm sad we live out of state, but if I'm ever back in Kalispell, I would definitely come back here (like every day, lol).

I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years.
