I really like the food at Buzz and Bagels, especially the Breakfast Bagel with egg, sausage, and…read morecream cheese. I do have one suggestion that I think would make it even better. Right now, the cream cheese is spread on both sides of the bagel, which makes everything in the middle really slippery. As soon as you start eating it, the egg and sausage tend to slide out. I think a better way to stack it would be cream cheese on the bottom bagel, then the sausage, then the egg, and finally the top half of the bagel. The sausage seems like it would grip the cream cheese better and help hold everything together. And to be clear, I'm definitely not suggesting using less cream cheese! Keep the same generous amount--or honestly, maybe even consider adding a little extra. Just put it all on the bottom so the sandwich holds together better while still having plenty of cream cheese. The workers are very nice and helpful. They could be a little better informed about the menu, but overall they're friendly and do a good job accommodating you when they're out of something. The shop itself is also very cute and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoy Buzz and Bagels. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and with just a few little improvements, especially to how the Breakfast Bagel is put together, it could be even better!

I ordered the Adobe sandwich (with no onions, please), and I enjoyed in greatly. The size of the sandwich was perfect! I hate it when some places think that "more is better", giving you a huge sized sandwich (or burger or meal portion) of fair or sub-par quality, instead of focusing on something good, and then providing a normal-person sized portion. This sandwich was about the size of sandwich I would make myself, however the quality and taste was over-the-top good. The turkey had a sauce that was like chipotle-mayo spread, with a little zing to it. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh, and the pickle was way-cool-pepper-spicy. Loved it! The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant itself is very charming. Loved everything about this place, and I hope to experience lunch here again.

The…read moreperson at the counter was polite, I felt like I needed to already know what I wanted so it felt rushed and I didn't ask questions that I wanted to. The crack of dawn comes with egg and cream cheese, plus cheese on your choice of bagel. He got it with cheddar on an everything bagel and I got it with provolone on a plain bagel. I also got a white chocolate mocha. The mocha was great, smooth, and delicious. Having the cream cheese on the bagel with the egg and provolone was interesting. My husband said he liked his. I think I would try with cheddar and/or without the cream cheese next time. It was good, just the flavors in my combo didn't all go together in my opinion. There were high tables and regular tables to sit at, everything was clean. There was a small area for shopping off to the side where you could find stickers, cups, sweat shirts, and so much more. My second trip here was on my own. The person at the counter was very helpful and patient as I determined what I wanted and asked questions. She made the suggestion for my drink. She even let me know that the largest size was a 32oz, so I backed down to a 24oz. I had veggie wrap and a huckleberry frappe. I took them to go. Both were great, the wrap had lots of flavor even on a regular tortilla. The huckleberry frappe hit the spot for my craving of something sweet but not too sweet.
