It's welcoming, charming and ready to serve you a lot of local love. The country fried steak has to be the most delicious have ever had. I didn't get to have much of it since my partner plowed through the dish but the hollandaise was silky and creamy. The butter seeping into the biscuit just made it an all-star dish. The biscuits here are CRAZY GOOD. I think all of the baked goods are amazing. We came here daily during our trip (which we never double dip on a trip!). Cinnamon rolls are a sweet tooth delight. I wish I could take a dozen home with me so I can make the dish last just as long as the memories.. lol I would certainly come back and will do my best to keep it a secret so the locals can dine in peace.

As did the tuna melt, and their iced tea on a hot day. Everyone comes to eat here: tourists, locals, on bikes, in trucks, from all around. If you arrive at lunchtime, you may encounter a wait but they have plenty of trees to park yourself under until it's your turn for a table.

Hearty, freshly baked toasted bread topped with pesto aioli, sliced avocado, and pico--it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I wasn't convinced the pico would be a good addition but it was pitch perfect. The service was friendly. The shop is very small.
