The lightskin girl with the curly hair and highlights was completely unprofessional while taking my mobile order out and had a snark attitude with me and mean mugged my Girlfriend , around 9:35 pm . She needs to learn some basic customer service skills. My sweet tea taste like dog water and Splenda ... and my quarter pound is missing a layer of meat ?! What has gone wrong here , I come here every week and it seems as if it's only getting worse ! also my fries were completely upside down poured out in the bag , grease from the bag completely ruined my car seats ! Got the worse fish sandwich EVER. It was really nasty. Will not be doing business with them again.

First off looking at the photos on yelp after ordering was not the smartest. My order was $4.78 I handed the man $4.85 and I've worked behind registers for a long time I know how to count change. Then he proceeded to tell me I need to give him another dime making it $4.95, and I got no change back. Either stop scamming people of their change or put someone who knows how to count on a register. Sure it's a few cents but I was already ticked off today. read more

What a miserable group of staff. Had a mobile order. There was no cars in drive thru, so I went to cashier at the drive way. He ignored me. Went to pick up 1. The little kid had such a attitude that I didn't go thru the drive thru. He was very rude in telling me to go back around. Had to wait for over 10 mins. Went to pick up 2. No one was there, waited 5 mins. Went and parked, and tried to pick up in store. Store was closed and employee exited, and called the manager and explained. Manager (Holly) said to drive around. Drive thru was packed. I walk to pick up 2 and wanted to just grab my Big Mac. I see Holly going to her car. She was very rude, and dismissive. Stating that it's a drive thru and they won't give me my order cause I'm not in a car. Told her about the rude employee, she shrugs it off and said I need to go back around. I asked her name. She says Holly and that she is the dept manager. Wow was I shocked of her behavior. Went back around. Then the little kid that was rude, and disrespectful. (I ASSUME HE WAS MAD ABOUT HIS LIFE. AND HE FELT IN POWER. LOL Then he asks what did I tell her. And I say let me just get my Big mac. He acts like he doesnt have it. Comes back. And says. Oh the one with no pickles. I say yup. He says don't harass the employees. And that I'm a bitch! Clearly someone has hurt this little boy in life, and he feels that he needs to take it out on customers. Im glad that I have matured thru the years. Lol. They seemed VERY miserable. But he should be held accountable, as well as Holly for setting such a bad example. All the comments are correct, I use to go thru the drive thru but got tired of having to park and wait on the food I ordered so today I tried something different I parked and went in, no one at the counter so I decided to use the kiosk..... whoever designed them they are not user friendly, how about a button that says complete order or finish with order?, I chose the option to pay at the counter, ticket number printed from the kiosk was blank and I decided I did not want McDonald's anymore, employee came to register and said you can pay here which I replied I changed my mind im currently at Wendy's now where they give you your food at the drive thru like it's designed to.... I'm not usually one for leaving negative reviews but thanks experience that I had today was absolutely atrocious. I circle the parking lot and noticed that there was one parking spot open on the left hand side all four curbside orders spots were open Plus the drive-thru spots were open Plus the carrier spots we're open so my other party put their vehicle in the only spot available so I had to park in a different spot when I went in to order I was told to remove my vehicle but I could not park there and it doesn't matter that there was no other parking spots available for me needless to say I moved my vehicle and left without ordering very very disappointed read more

This was the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They forgot to put meat in two of my sandwiches. They left out two orders of fries and forgot my soda. Then when I took it back into the restaurant, they looked at me like I was crazy. I do not recommend going to this location. This was after waiting in curb side pickup for 30 min. read more

Service is absolutely horrible. Slowest fast food place I've ever been to. The workers seem to not have the training they need. A child stood at the register asking for assistance and two separate ppl said give me a minute and neither came to help she stood there for over 10 mins. A worker came inside from taking an order out and she grabbed her and all she needed was sauce. I had previously had worked here and i suggest that nobody eat here. It's a nasty unsanitary food environment and not to mention the amount of times I've witnessed coworkers take a sh** and not wash their hands... some even on grill team. I ordered and was charged for a quarter pounder deluxe with extra onion. I got a regular quarter pounder and cold fries. Very disappointed

A waste of time, money, and space. The lady taking our order in the drive through was very rude and unwelcoming. We ordered a number one with a water and two cheeseburgers with no pickles. We received neither the water or the fries with our order. I would understand more if this was during a rush, but there were hardly any other cars in the drive through. If I could give this location 0 stars I WOULD A HUNDRED TIMES OVER !!! The WORST service ever. 30 minutes to get our food while parked out front. After a phone call to them they then walked outside to ask what the order was again?!? To make it worse....this kid brought out the food later and then walked away telling his coworker "I'll beat his fucking ass" because my husband stayed his disappointment with the long wait. I've never had a single issue with this location. It is extremely busy pretty much all hours of the day, but yet they've always managed to remain professional and noticed a few times when they would make customers wait a little extra than normal or mess something up, they quickly off a free meal for the next visit or comp and the meal right there. read more

Horrible service. We were treated so poorly and wait time was ridiculously too long. Extremely rude, disrespectful and hostile employees. Spent 15 minutes waiting at the window even though there weren't any other customers. Worker then yelled at us from the next window to pull forward and as we did she slammed her window shut and left without giving us our food. Talked with manager and she was just as rude. We actually ended up waiting a half hour to finally get our food. Complete waste of time and money. Will never return to this location. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I Come to this McDonald's every other morning before taking my son to school and I am always greeted by a young man named trey who has the most positive and cheerful attitude of anyone I have seen in a long time! Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because when I returned the nice older lady with the short short red hair fixed my order right away. My husband came here on lunch to get my #1 craving while pregnant , a Big Mac meal. He got home disappointed because he couldn't get out to fix the order since he was in Cammies and his lunch wasn't long enough to go through the drive-thru a second time. I called and spoke with Sasha and she apologized and said she wasn't the manager on duty but they'd fix it if I wanted to come back. Although inconvenient I wasn't going to pay for half full fries. So I went back food still hot and the cashier took care of us. There's a younger manager with a bowl cut white man and he is beyond rude didn't come up and apologize just looked at me rolled his eyes and went about his Business. My husband said the lady who wasn't very professional and filled out fries up half way was the manager with curly red hair older lady and she's beyond rude also. Anyways they took care of my order problem is I never go through the drive-thru anymore if I want mY craving I go inside so I can make sure it's right. Sad! read more

This Mcdonald's is the closest to my house so I go here alot. The staff is always very pleasant and I have only had one issue in the past but the owner got in touch so fast to make sure to apologize to me. I have NEVER complain about a place because I work in the food service as well, however I have never been treated so rudely. The woman who took my order was straight up hostile and made me feel bad for coming and i almost just drove away. I can tolerate some grumpy behavior because I've been there too but to be straight up rude is not acceptable. It's your job to serve food.
