I was trying to buy my dogs a cheeseburger for a snack. I ordered from the app and my food came out 18 minutes later. It looks sad and pathetic, the large fries were halfway full and Cole doesn't even begin to touch what temperature they were. Nothing in that bag was over 140°. I came out of my car when they brought the bag and asked for some French fries that were slightly warmer than refrigerated temperature. That took an extra five minutes. I asked for ketchup and the girl the counter says well we don't have any. What? Some guy next to me asked for Coca-Cola and they tell him they don't have that either. So first off the kiosk wouldn't allow me to pay there. So I had to pay upfront which wasn't a big deal but there was no one upfront taking orders. Then it was crowded. Everyone was complaining due to the poor service. The girl who was giving out food moved slow and was giving people half their order. The general manager needs to come to this location and clean house. We have lived in the Turtle Creek neighborhood since 2008 and both this location and the one on Dunn Avenue are closest. I'm pretty confident that this location and the Dunn location are owned by the same franchise owner (so obviously not corporate owned locations), because they are both run horribly and consistently put out trash for food. In contrast, you should try out the McDonald's in front of the Winn-Dixie near 295 on North Main Street, and you might have some McDonald's that brings back memories when a little attention to quality goes a long ways. They had been years since I went to this location, but I tried both Dunn Avenue and this location within the past couple weeks and they are completely consistent with the poor experiences for the last decade plus. read more

It won't even be busy yet the wait you need to pull on the side to wait for your order and that can get up to 20 minutes. Don't let the white picket fence in front fool you (yes, there is a white picket fence in front of the building, which need to be updated.) On the day that we visited mind you this was the second location McDonald we visited as the first one was out of the sacred chicken strips...hmmm so as we arrived at this location I just had " that feeling" that they had chicken strips, in which they did. Ok, when we first walked in it was super warm inside why ? Hell I don't know but it was . It also was noisy and unorganized with a few customers in line and a lot of people behind front line looking like what do l do next ( I take it they got a lot of new people here working). Any who... The young lady ask for next in line we step up she takes the order we then proceed to give her the money when she say oh this is the credit only line.... WTF? When McDonald get a credit card only line and we didn't hear you say that you just said next in line. I looked up to see if I saw a sign that read credit card only ( which there were none). She looked like what did I do? At this point Larry turned into the Hulk, I quickly said honey look at your screen and copy it to the next cash register, it's no big deal. I ordered an ice cream cone and you should have seen the sick looking cone she made me, I nodded my head no to it and then both cashiers said they didn't know how to make an ice cream cone. Well, I slapped on my ( I used to work at Hardee's when I was in high school) hat , went and showed the ladies how to make an ice cream cone. It takes practice. But I hope they learned something. Lately i have been having issues with getting my condiments while coming through the drive thru. Whenever I ask I'm always told they will put it in the bag, but it's never in the bag. Keep in mind I'm ordering for four kids, whom love ketchup, jelly and nugget condiments depending on what time of day it is. So now I ask to get the condiments before leaving the window to refrain from having to go inside to get it and they bring me my order. For the most part I have not had any issues with getting my condiments at the window upon request. This morning asked the young lady working the 2nd window for ketchup and jelly and she said it would be in the bag. I explained to her that I have had to many incidents with me getting my condiments could just go ahead and get them now. She looked at me with a very stern face and said "The condiments WILL BE IN THE Bag. Ok, So I pull into the designated spot where she told me to go. I get my order of 2 sausage biscuits, 5 hashbrowns and sausage egg mcmuffin and only received 2 ketchup packets. Now I'm angry and I go inside to my money back, the manager is trying to give me the condiments but i really did not want the condiments or the food anymore because I tried alleviate this situation from happening. I was totally disrespected as customer and a human being. I'm double the young lady age and have adult kids her age. Im a retired veteran whom proudly served this country and no one deserves this type of disrespect.
