This is basically a partial Zensational salad with a small fry and a cup of ice with a splash of Dr. pepper. Don't get me wrong it was good, but I feel like they played in my face with this one! Next time no Ice which I very rarely drink sodas, I'm a water or wine type of woman! Service, I can't knock it, but I forgot to ask for ketchup and I wasn't offered it either!

I wanted to try a few things so I went with the kids two piece tenders that came with fries and a drink, cheese curds, and fried cheesecake. Each item came with its own sauce. I love a good condiment so that was much appreciated. The fried cheesecake is so good! It was my favorite thing I tried and the strawberry dipping sauce just hit! The cheese curds were fried just right. They were melty and delicious and the ranch was the perfect condiment. The kids meal contained two tenders and small fries. The tenders were crispy and I really liked the Zaxbys sauce, it reminded me of Raising Canes but better. Canes doesn't offer anything but chicken and fries. I loved the side and dessert offerings here. I also am a big fan of the Coke freestyle machine. I was very happy to get my vanilla Diet Coke. If I could eat more I would have loved to try the fried pickles and cookie butter milkshake!

Their waffles are always fresh and their boba isn't overly sweet. The place itself is quiet and peaceful with cute decorations and even an outdoor seating area by the pond out back! It's great for sunny weather. I definitely recommend going! (Especially try the mango fruit tea with strawberry boba, my favorite!)

They've all kinds of coffee drinks, boba & specialty flavored teas, wonderful savory & sweet food choices, & even veg-friendly options! (As a veg-head, I greatly appreciate this ) The food portions are larger than I thought they'd be. We got a few different things to try... Kuki Butter Latte- coffee is truly bright & flavorful. The sweet cream foam adds the perfect amount of sweetness to top off the caramel drizzle & crushed cookies in the cup. Deviled Egg waffle- now you *know* I had to add avocado to this. It wasn't exactly what I expected. I thought it was going to be more of an egg salad situation & not just sliced pieces of egg. Still flavorful. The spicy mayo isn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be as well. Definitely a "knife & fork" style of eating on this one. Grilled Cheez It, Brah waffle- cheese pull 9/10! A couple of different savory cheeses in this one perfectly pair with the crisp exterior & light sweetness of the waffle. LOVED this! Chicken Sammie waffle- (described by my hubby, as I am a vegetarian & cannot eat this) fried chicken patty is moist, the right amount of thickness, & flavorful. Mayo, pickles, lettuce, & cheddar cheese ratios make this sandwich rather delightful. All in all... great food. Amazing portions for the prices. Healthy, clean options. If you're looking for FAST... this may not be the place for you. In my opinion, no food made quickly ever tasted as good as that which took a little more time. ‍ We will definitely be coming back

When he realized he had onions, he took his order back to the counter. They asked him for his receipt?!? Second time I ordered Cheese Curds with marinara sauce and each dressing. I had a mushroom Swiss butterburger, fries and a rootbeer. The burger was hot, but very greasy. It was as if the patties were the ones that catch all the grease at the back of the grill( if you ever worked fast food you know). Instead of draining the grease when they scooped them up, they just slapped them on a fluffy buttery bun. They had a litte char on them. Crinkle fires are my favorite but these made the cut because they were well cooked and not mushy inside. However, my cheese sauce left alone to be desired. It was thin and I could tasted the powder. I moved on and used ketchup instead.the rootbeer is a solid A+. It is crisp, full of flavor and frothy. Maybe it was my burger choice, but this visit didnt bode well for my stomach. It was sufficient for relieving hunger, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

However I find it mind blowing that they would be out of steak, making about 5 guests ahead of us step aside to wait "15 minutes or so." Thankfully chicken was sufficient for us, so we got to cut the line. I wanted to continue on our road trip, but my crew wanted to stay to eat, but finding a clean enough table was basically impossible. So overall, management might need to step in and do a little more training, but they conquered the food, which is the most important part.

The rice was undercooked and hard, the guacamole was already turning black, and they didn't even have pico de gallo available. On top of that, the food tasted off--almost like vinegar, old and poorly handled. It genuinely felt like nothing was fresh. What made it worse is that the manager was the one who served me. I ordered two meals to go, thinking at least the service would be better--but when I got home and opened the containers, I was beyond disappointed. I ended up throwing away $30 worth of food. This location seriously needs a complete reset. Someone needs to step in, check the kitchen, supervise the food preparation, and make sure basic quality standards are being met. It's frustrating because I've always loved Chipotle--it's one of my favorite restaurants--but this experience was a huge letdown
