Got fries 2 cheeseburgers and 1 double quarter pounder and a quarter pounder, I asked for extra pickles they barely even gave me any. They charged us three dollars for sauce. They never even gave to us even when my husband asked for extra at the counter. They said oh it's already in there they lied. The fries they gave us clearly were old/ stale as well as cold, even though we live less than three minutes from the McDonald's . So it clearly wasn't our fault that the food was cold. Went here after a trip to Jackson's Underworld around 11pm with no line. From the moment we began with our order at the speaker, the gentleman stated that it was cash only without any energy or a greeting. So once we get our cash ready, I put in a order for a slushee to which he said the machine wasn't working... gee, thanks for giving me a heads up, lol. He seemed pretty annoyed, which isn't the vibe I should be getting from someone taking my order. We get to the first window and pay, also with no greeting or a "have a nice night" just walked away. We got to the second window and waited about 5 minutes before anyone made any appearance, and during that time we witnessed a female making our food without any gloves... absolutely disgusting. Not to mention my filet was thrown into the box super sloppily and the bun for my McChicken felt like it was sitting in the open for a week. I've been to bad McDonalds before, I thought I saw the worst, but no this is it. This is the worst one. I really hope something changes with the management there, or they get shut down by the health department, either one would be beneficial for everyone. No room for pride in those employees at all. What a shame and a total waste of money and time. Edit to add: I also ordered a Dr. Pepper with no ice and every time I took a sip, my stomach does flips... never happened to me before with any McDonalds beverage. 1909 west michigan ave store, the employees there use foul language when customers are in the store, also one manager there capri and her sister come in late on 4/23/2023 at 4:15 when they were suppose to open store at 4:00, these employees are absolutely horrible and should be disciplined! the employees vape in the freezer and the managers do nothing but feed their faces without paying for the food, you would think corporate would send someone in undercover and see all the stuff happening, you have thousands of dollars in wasted food, employees shooting up and vaping in store!...this needs to stop. read more

One of the worst as far as employees and the worst when it comes to food. The burgers are old and similar to rubber blocks, orders with request to be removed are piled on. No pickles means extra here. I've received a burger cut in half, black, and cold. Cold fries. There is a plus. Their coke is amazing and just enough acid to wash the bad taste you'll get talking to anyone here. You may get quicker service but your order will be completely wrong and cold. read more

Stopped going there a few years ago for the same reason I went there today and had the same bad experiance, My order is never right and its always my fault when ordering. This McDonalds at 1909 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, Michigan has a milkshake machine is CONSTANTLY broken. We stop there every Friday to get a strawberry milkshake (to take to our aunt who is in a nursing home) and 4 times out of 5 we can't get a milkshake because the machine is down. Today I went to a different McDonalds location, since the E. Michigan location was so bad. I wanted to see if the poor service was just one store OR not . I ordered a McChicken sandwich and Coke. Specifically told them I wanted my McChicken HOT and straight from the fryer , Because the last one was old and cold ! The cashier said ok, (no apology by the way) and rung in my order with the special instruction, plus she verbally told the cooks. I heard some low talking about "just give it to him, its ok". It WAS NOT OK !!! It was lukewarm at best, probably 20 mins old !?? My Coke was also not mixed properly (having little to zero sweetness) so I switched to a Dr. Pepper . I decided right then that Mc Donalds is dead to me and is the MODEL for the lowest food quality and guest service in the Fast Food industry !!!
