I have never written a bad review - but I will today. I have never seen such a lack of care at a restaurant. I came to pick up an order that "was ready". I could see the place was busy, but there was no sense of urgency in the staff. People who had pick up orders were lined against the wall patiently waiting, but the staff walked in slow motion as if they didn't care how behind they were. 30 minutes later my food was still not ready. To top off the experience, the cashier STARTED SEPARATING HIS DREADLOCKS OVER THE CASH REGISTER AND PREPARED FOOD! No one had hair nets or food security gear on, so I shouldn't really have been surprised. Between the uncleanliness, poor attitude of staff, and the lack of supervision from any higher up tell these employees to MOVE - I will never be going back to eat there. And by the looks of it, I'm not the only bad review. Do better. read more

Maybe I walked in at a bad time but the place was dirty. The service counter was covered in scattered rice. Most topping options were empty or low. The floor was messy and most tables needed to be cleaned. Had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. Three girls standing around talking, some on their phones and one eating behind the counter. Service was prompt but not overly welcoming. Need to improve on cleanliness. Food was hot and tasty but skimpy portions were not equal to the price. Over priced for what it was. read more

I had this catered for my son's bday party. 10 teenage boys. I ordered for 15. It was delivered and set up as expected. The delivery person was kind and helpful. The issue is that there was way too much rice and not enough ground beef. There wasn't enough for five people. The vegetables were an additional 25.00 and were soggy. They force you to take black or pinto beans when it should have an option of a different style. It was eaten but for almost $450 it should have had enough ground beef. read more

I would recommend doing an online order and not ordering in person because when I arrived to pick up my order the line was to the door. But my online order was all ready and waiting for me. Order was correct and food was good. I didn't have much interaction with staff but the girl who handed me the order seemed fine. Online ordering is so much more convenient. You should do that. read more

Food took forever, employees were about as warm as my quesadilla, a bowl my friend ordered had some of the saltiest rice I had ever tasted. I want to put extra emphasis on this last part. FOOD. Tried this place for the first time, was surprised to see how much food was outside the containers in the prep area - made for an unappetizing experience. There appeared to be a quarter of the brown rice outside the container - there was significant amounts under/beyond the splash guard and between the crevice between the end of the prep area and where the tortillas were heated. This mess extended down the white board area in front of metal containers and just looked like the prepares didn't care what their customers were looking at. I did notice that an employee, other than the prepares, later spent nearly 15 minutes of cleaning up this mess. I think that they should take a tour of a Subway shop and see how they maintain their prep areas - I realize it is different ingredients, but the bottom line is that the presentation to the customers needs to have a priority and it starts with not creating a mess in the first place. This place is amazing. Mary and her crew went above and beyond preparing my food for dinnef tonight. They had ran oit of shrimp and Mary so happily made more. All the crew gave the citrus lime shrimp high praise to try it. They were not wrong. The shrimp is amazing! They team was so happy to serve us all in line. this used to be one of my favorite places, but not lately. Tonight, the restaurant was a mess, the food counters were covered in food, and with the exception of the gentleman at the register, all the staff looked like the were serving prison sentences, not working at a public place. One even had a three inch beard with no cover over the food. The tables were all dirty, too. read more

Qdoba is my favorite place to eat OF ALL TIME. Most definitely the best place in jackson AT Least. I love the employees there, i've made friends with many of them over the time i've been coming here. The food is absolutely amazing and the prices are great for the quality of food you get! read more

OK so the last few times I've been here it was awful but it's been a while so I thought I would give it another shot and the staff was very nice and friendly unlike the last time I was here. The absolute ONLY reason I am giving this location a 3 is the "new" non manager employees - they were VERY nice despite the "teenage" manager. We arrived around 3pm on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. I think EVERY EMPLOYEE was new. The young manager girl was somewhat rude and very arrogant. The first girl (cute black girl with pretty braids) was unsure of how to prepare the 3 taco meal and when asked for help it was like an act of god and the second girl (Asian nice smile) asked the manager girl if she could roll the burrito as other food was lining up and the manager just said "no" and let the line build. The register guy (tall thin dark hair) was super nice but again the "teenage" manager girl was belittling to him too. The garbage cans were OVER FLOWING. The "teenage" manager girl would go missing every few minutes as if she was too good to do work. I guess welcome to the Gen Z work mindset - for her. It sure is a shame. Our 20year old son has so much school and work ethic it's crazy. Proud parent moment, I guess. On a positive the portions were generous and taste was as expected. To the owner - u may want to "fix" the "teenage" managers work ethic or you will have no employees to serve your customers. Thank you to the employees that actually cared today. read more

The food was fine but the experience was terrible. Helped by a friendly staffed member while the manager just yelled at everyone as we were in line. Didn't care who heard her. She kept saying she was done and making a scene. I couldn't believe how she spoke to her staff. She then walked over to 2 gentleman and just complained how terrible they were. If she really is the manager she needs training. Her restaurant is a mess with food on almost every table and an oil on the floor next to the bathroom where I almost fell. We watched her complain the entire time as we ate to the men who tried to reason with her. Guessing they were the GM. read more

Please be aware this location does not honor curbside pickup. Placed my order at 8:16, was told it would be ready by 8:26. Arrived at 8:27, turned on my hazards, and texted HERE as instructed. Waited almost 20 minutes. Nothing. In the meantime I witnessed 1 employee casually wipe off lobby tables and 1 go out to listen to music in his car. I texted HERE again. Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. So I mask up and head in. After asking about my order the guy behind the counter pointed to a rack in the lobby with the sign "Online Orders" attached to it . When I asked why I didn't receive it curbside hI threw his arms, stated he didn't "know nothing" about curbside pickup., and looked over at the girl running the cash register. The employees didn't seem aware they even offered curbside service. Obviously after sitting on the rack for 30 minutes my order was COLD. read more

The food was just okay. The young lady who made our food was RUDE! She got irritated at me because I ordered a child's quesadilla and she walked away to make it and then when she came back I ordered an adult quesadilla....she then said to me that I should have told her that I wanted 2 quesadillas before she walked away because she could have made both quesadillas at the same time....?!? I said okay well I didn't know that and also YOU walked away...she was obviously very angry and unhappy. The whole restaurant was a miserable place...both garbages overflowing....one employee yelling at another in front of customers....I heard them trying desperately to resolve a large to go order with unhappy customers.... Ordered through DoorDash & the entire order was incorrect. This was not Door Dash's fault...the bag had my name & order listed on the outside, in more than one spot, yet all the items inside were incorrect. ALL the items. I love Qdoba. The whole concept. Even though I had planned on eating only in non-chain restaurants for my trip (other than coffee in the am), I could not find a non chain in a reasonable distance from where I was, I saw Qdoba, and my goal went out the window! Just for one day though. I find the food fresh and pleasant. This location was no different. Clean. Parking was only ok. But the place itself was nice, clean and fast. Nice outside seating as well. And my fav, the Mango Salad is baaaaack. Yes! 4 stars for the Mango Salad, which they were expert at making. read more

I don't normally review restaurants but my first and only visit there really needs one. If you are watching your diet I suggest skipping this place. I ordered their Naked Chicken Taco salad and it came with about 1 cup of lettuce , a sprinkle of chicken and some salsa. All for a low price of almost $7. I understand that it was my choice not to pile the salad up with high caloric cheeses or beans but it would be nice for the server to at least pile on the lettuce. How much does a cup of lettuce cost anyways? The girl behind the counter who built my pathetic looking salad never even looked me in the eyes when I ordered the food. She was too busy venting to another girl about her life. The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because the cashier was very polite and nice. Very good Mexican fast food. This was my first time here and it was pretty good. The line was long since they had only been open for a couple of weeks, but it was quick. I had two pulled pork tacos and a naked burrito. Naked because it has no tortilla. Very good flavor, but a little skimpy on the meat. Overall this is a good place for a quick lunch with good (not authentic) Mexican food. I will be going back. read more

Jackson QDOBA Food quality 5/5 - QDOBA is wonderful, the food has always been excellent here. Cleanliness 4/5 - The tables are quickly cleaned off after people, and the bathroom is nice and clean too Quickness of service 5/5 - I go to this QUOBA a lot and it is always relatively fast, even when there is a long line. Friendliness towards customers 0/5 - I have worked in customer service quite a bit myself, and if I displayed the attitude they did towards customers I would have gotten a warning/fired. I have been to this QDOBA three times in three days, and every time there has been one specific worker that has been super rude to me and to my friend. They did not smile, seemed bothered by our presence, and they mumbled to us and were rude when we didn't understand, this happened all three times we went in. The last time, all of the workers we encountered were not pleasant, and a bit rude. They were hurrying us through and rolled their eyes when my friend asked a question about HER food. There have been other times at the QUOBA that they have been unpleasant as well. (I go to this QDOBA often) read more

Came here with a couple friends from college. Staff seemed very irritated and annoyed that we were here. 3 of us ordered steak fajitas, none of them came with pico de gallo or salsa. My family was in Qdoba 7/7 at 1:30 in the afternoon. All of the servers were working hard and wearing masks except one man. I asked the manager, "Can you please have him wear a mask?" She waited a few minutes then told him he needed to put on a mask. He said he didn't have one, but other workers were wearing a mask with a logo so they are available. Will never go here again. The staff was not trained well, ok fine I understand it takes a while to be trained. But, inadequate training does not help your business. The manager Jenny was super rude and condescending towards her staff. She wasn't wearing a hair net around the food nor her mask! She was barking orders at her staff and belittling them in front of customers. I also didn't understand the policy of getting a new cup for a refill when the staff was refilling their cups?! I mean thank you for bringing the fountain pop back, but if you place rules, everyone should be following them, yes? I usually eat qdoba once a week and every time the quality just decreases, im probably just going to find a new spot...hope you get your stuff together Jackson Qdoba! read more

I've come to this Qdoba on multiple occasions, and have always had a really good experience. My experience today, however, was less than desirable. My wife and I felt rudely pushed down the line when there was nobody behind us. The employee, Lisa, asked if I wanted queso, yet neglected to consider which queso I wanted before putting on the one I did not want. My burrito was saturated and then rolled improperly. It fell apart when I tried to eat it. My wife tried to strike up a friendly conversation with the employee helping her with her bowl, then the rude, inconsiderate employee who "helped" me interrupted her to shove her through the line as well. If we come again and Lisa is on the line, I will insist somebody else prepare my food. read more

First time eating from here today, ordered to go. Once i got home( which is 5 mins from here) opened my quesadilla and i couldn't pick it up it was slopped on top of another piece. Not only that which would've been fine I'm not that picky but it was beef and I ordered chicken. It was also missing other topping I had ordered on it. My husband ordered a bowl and was missing toppings also. I know things happen sometimes. But being it was our first time eating here and both meals were messed up was pretty disappointing. read more

This place was ok. I tried the new chorizo burrito and should have been wary from the start... The meat was hard to find, and once I did, it tasted like sausage - flavored filler. B-L-A-N-D. You know what I'm talking about...haven't you ever had meatloaf and wondered why it tasted more like a breadcrumb loaf? Where's the meat? It's likely not this particular location's fault. It was probably corporate's recipe and portion. Boring. Anyway, the other fillings looked relatively fresh at this location and the condiment bar was ok...lemons looked a bit old, but not anything that would be considered a health code violation. Last night was my first QDOBA experience. When we first arrived we waited at the order counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. We were never once greeted and staff were all present at the front. Once we were finally able to order she was very rude and rushing us. Didn't ask what we wanted on our food just put things on there. We went to pay and the second girl was also very rude didn't say anything or hand the food to us once we paid. We had to reach across the counter to get our own food. Terrible experience and I don't plan on returning or suggesting this place to anyone. Qdoba is the best, especially their craft two meals. I think its such a great deal. its an even better deal when you have a frequent buyer card to earn points towards a free meal. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a chicken gumbo. The food was so filling and delicious. The service here was speedy. The one complaint I had was that the rice was undercooked because it was a bit chalky. We came here on a rest stop and the bathrooms were very clean. Thanks Qdoba! read more
