If you look at my history, you'll notice I've reviewed a McDonald's before because of their surprisingly outstanding service. Well that's not what I'm doing today. This is the second time I have visited this store. The first time, I placed a mobile order for pickup-after 20 minutes of no one bringing out our food, I walked in and asked about the status. They had apparently charged the order and never made it, and cleared it from their pending screen as I walked into the store. When I asked them to fix it, the employee said, it's Hurricane, what do you expect? In total after about 30 minutes we got our breakfast. I passed it off as a rough day. Today, however, changed my mind. We placed a mobile order. After 20 minutes we sent in one of our kids in to check on the order. There were several people standing around waiting. One person said they had been there 25 minutes and still hadn't received anything. We finally called because our order had already been processed so I couldn't be cancelled. They had made 4 drinks and nothing else from the order. The girl who brought out our refund was polite, but the service/speed was the absolute worst I've ever had from any fast food restaurant. If you don't want to be frustrated or let down, don't go to this particular restaurant. read more

They don't even deserve the one star. This McDonald's is so bad the service sucks. I order fries and and chocolate chip frappes. First I have to say the chocolate chip frappes were made bad they didn't even have chocolate syrup what the hell I never seen that and I requested chocolate chips on top to replace that but she was not happy that I asked.The fries were empty I never seen that neither I told her to please fill it and she was upset. Just when I didn't think my expectations of McDonalds could get any lower I discover this seventh level of Golden Arches Hell. My Mom and I hit the drive thru for a quick bite before heading to St. George to nab some post holiday sales. It was a very simple order: Medium Hot Mocha Large Coke Sausage McMuffin We pull up to the window and the lady hands me a frap. I tell her I had the hot mocha, not the frap. She hands us the frap anyways and tells us to pull over while she fixed my drink. As we do so the lid wasn't on properly so the frap starts dripping all over. I roll down my window to dump the excess out and Mom realizes they didn't give her a Coke, but something blue instead. She goes inside to have her drink replaced and the same lady starts complaining about, and I quote, "customers constantly giving them wrong orders" in front of Mom. She fixes Moms drink as another young lady brought the rest of the order out to the car: The Sausage McMuffin and my hot mocha. Was it a medium? I really don't know, but at that point I no longer cared either. read more

I got 86 for questioning an overcharge! This McDonald's need major managerial change. It caused me heartache and aggravation. When left the restaurant I couldn't think straight and I got into a car accident. This entire ordeal is the result of bad service, judgement and leadership. I say again, this establishment needs a major change. And McDonalds needs to address this issue with the owners immediatly before something more tragic happens to someone else. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could leave no stars I would. We came here for a small McFlurry after dinner and we deeply regret it. A newer employee was asking for help while this other man who seemed to hate his job and everyone was refusing to help him and no one else around would either. When he finally helped him, he tore through the bottom of the cup and didn't tell us. He just gave us a random extra up. As we rode home it dripped and made a mess in the car. Had I known everything that happened I would have asked for my money back. They act like the are short staffed but have employees hiding in the back. If you hate your job find a new one and if someone asks for help don't be rude to the person that is trying to learn. read more

On the way back from Zion, we decided to get a McDonalds before getting a late dinner in Vegas. Took 25 minutes for a 9pc nugget. Why? When we walked into this particular McDonalds, there was a moment of silence, then a feeling that they (McDonalds Employee) just saw aliens from a different world invading their restaurant. I reported to McDonalds corporate office but they just asked the manager to call me to once and never resolved the issue. It was our mistake to walk in and purchase over the counter. Everyone should use the drive-thru window. read more

This is a sad day in the life of a McDonald's patron... Out of eight employees working, my friend counted, two of them were actually WORKING! We ordered two medium Iced Caramel coffee's and a large french fry. We assumed by the time we used the ladies room, the order would be ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't, we waited an extra five minutes watching as the employees joked around and filled a refrigerator with water. The place was empty. Hopefully this location will step up their game. Two stars because the coffee was tasty. read more

I very very rarely feel compelled to give a McDonald's a review because honestly, I never expect a whole lot when I go to one. But this had to have been the single worst one I've ever been to. We stopped here for a very quick dinner after spending the day at Bryce National Park. We wanted to get to our hotel and relax, so we used the drive thru and (classic fast food mistake) didn't check our food. They forgot to give us our BIG MACS! All we had was our sides. It's been a long time since any restaurant messed up my order this badly. They also messed up the person in front of me had his order messed up really badly too (and we ordered completely different food so I know they didn't just get the two orders backwards). It was so bad that I almost wondered if it was a prank, but no one said "just kidding." Worst McDonald's burger ever. It was a greasy mess, with a grease drenched bun, grease leaking through the cardboard packaging, through the paper bag on my pants. My son even asked me why I at the whole thing. I told him I ordered a sandwich only and had to eat something. I was sick as a dog within hours and miserable with 104 fever for 48 hours. They told us to wait as soon as we pulled up to the menu to order. then when they did take our order(5minutes) later, they proceeded to laugh. We are local and went 6 months ago and tonight thought we would give it another try and I have to say that I thought last time was the worst experience I've ever had but tonight was far worse then before, we were in line at the drive through for an hour waiting for our food only to finely get it and the order was missing half of the food we had paid for so I went in and told the girl at the counter what we were missing well a half hour later still nothing and im watching all the workers playing around and not really doing anything to help anyone. S my wife comes in to see why im in there for another 30 minutes and the girl starts mocking my wife and talking shit I'm really surprised she didn't jump the counter and beat the hell out of the girl. A great place to sit and wait for your cheap hamburger our sausage muffin for an hour. And as an added bonus you will get a magnificent case of the trots. The food is cold the soda is warm, and as an added bonus they will screw up what ever you order, "how about the meals minus your fries?," Not one damn fry, not even a stray in the bag despite paying for them. Absolutely useless and lazy staff at this location. I am visiting Zion for a couple of weeks and today is the 3rd day that I have stopped by to pick up some stuff before my early morning hike and they once again, are not around. Their hours say they open at 5 AM on Sundays, but it is now 6 AM and no one is manning the drive through orders. I waited for 7 minutes and there were 3 to 4 cars behind me. After waiting that long, I pulled up to the delivery window and could see no one inside. This entire staff needs to be replaced by more competent people. I check online--is McDonald's still open?? Is a $1 any size drink in my near future?? It is! It's open until 1am! Hooray, my queasy tummy and chills will soon have met their thirst-quenching match! I hobbled to my car, drove the ~mile down the road to the restaurant that is my salvation and--what ho? Darkness?? But the sign says "Drive Through Open. Order Here." I wait. No voice comes over the intercom. I wait. I get impatient and sick to my stomach... there's a skunk nearby that has no sympathy for my flu. I pull forward. No one at the first window. No one at the second. I check online again; yes! Open until 1am! So I hit the "call now" button on my phone, desperate for the human interaction that will result in the fresh elixir being delivered to me. "Hello?" McWorker answers. Someone IS there! "HELLO!!!" I screech! I tone down my desperation. "Are you open? No one is coming to the window." "Oh, yeah," McWorker replies, "We decided to close at midnight tonight." Record scratch. Dry heave. Does Mc Donald's not have regular health inspectors who go out and inspect the stores ? Because this place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN for many many reasons. It was the most disorganized fast food service that I had ever been to. There was a long line of customers, the guy in the register got multiple people's orders WRONG! Gave me another person's receipt and I was waiting 30 mins for a McMuffin! When I finally asked them where my food was, he said someone else already took it! I looked closely at my receipt and it said 2 Big Macs. He gave me someone else's order. When I asked what my number was he spent another 10 mins looking through a pile of old receipts to find my order. I could not believe it! Then I had to wait another 15 mins.
