The Golden Arches used to be a comforted symbol no matter where you traveled far or close to home one always knew they could rely on that big yellow "M". Over time the only thing one can come to rely on is quick crappy food now. Too bad the crow wasn't around to kick some of these store owners (and corporate) in the ass to whip them all back into better standards. I don't think this mcds could get any lower of an overall rating and it's sad. Not that green around an egg is bad it generally means the egg was over cooked but it also happens mostly and only to eggs that are much older. And that's saying a lot bc we know eggs can last awhile. And while for the most part it is safe to eat it is not something someone wants to look at to eat first thing in the morning and can quickly lose their appetite resulting in throwing away what once used to be regarded as a healthier quick breakfast item on the go. The McDonalds in Hurricane Utah is disgustingly filthy. The floor in the cooking & bagging area is discusting, never gets swept so is not kept swept orvckean whatsoever. It's always covered with fries and trash. Most of the employees are very slow and seem to be clueless most of the time. The floor where customers stand to order is always greasy & very visibly gross. I would personally never eat there. The only reason I do go inside is because I work for a delivery service. If you live in Hurricane don't come to this Mcdonald's, all of the employees there are nasty asf. They don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino around 9pm. Once I got to the window I saw the employee making the Frappuccino right after she/he wiped their bugers off with their hands. I threw the frappe into the trash after paying it. After a lonnng drive, I was fiending for some coffee but not caffeine; it was getting late in the day, so while I wanted the taste, I didn't want to sacrifice sleep. This McDonald's bizarrely didn't have decaf, so I didn't end up getting anything. That said, prices were good, and there was tons of seating inside - including some booths next to a big mural of the entrance to Zion. After ordering, they had us pull into a waiting area to receive our food. Waited 30 minutes, only to not receive half of our food. The staff were very pushy, almost rushing us out of the way, when barely anyone was coming in, even thought it's the 4th of July. I give this McDonald's 2 stars because there is one employee who takes payment who I really like he is an older gentleman and he is very nice. The rest of the staff is not. The problem I've got is I use the mobile app cause it's convenient and I get rewards quick if I use it. I'm also pregnant so I visit quite often. I make an order at 11pm cause I'm craving their food. Payment goes through and i tell my husband to pick it up from McDonald's while I stay home. Upon arrival my husband is in line at the drive through for about 5 minutes and no one is answering the call box so he pulls forward to a window and there are 3 employees inside. One lady who didn't speak good English says that "we are closed" my husband then says but we placed a mobile order. This lady then laughs and closes the window. Another lady who again doesn't speak good English does the same thing the First Lady does. Until a guy who could be high school age goes to the window said we had to close early at 10 because many employees walked out. my patient husband then says "but I placed a mobile order" and the guy said well we can't do anything about it cause we don't have enough employees. My husband then calls me and tells me what happened, so I went to the mobile app, and I'm angry because there is no way to cancel the order the payment has already processed. The app suggested to go to the exact restaurant and ask for a refund. So now we are back to square one. I don't like how the app allows mobile orders to go through regardless if the McDonald's is closed. How was I suppose to know? I will update my review if anything gets resolved but it's not looking good. read more

So me and my gang pulled up to McDonald's for some fries we had been daydreaming about. We stood at the counter waiting for 15 minutes nobody came after nuermous cries for help.We ordered our 3 large fries using the kiosk. But we didn't get a receipt printed to us. We looked past that and began waiting. Other customers were getting antsy as well. My brother in law confronted one of the workers after somehow magically getting her to come up. She looked at him like he was balls to the wall insane. He said "we are waiting on our fries" and she says "we are waiting on fries" (which we know is a lie because we constantly seeing fries in the back. He told her that he knew that wasn't true and she said "yeah so?" At this point my whole group was beginning to feel defeated and faint. When the fries finally came up (after 40 minutes) (no joke) she threw the fries on the counter and I had to almost grab her arm to ask for my sauces because who knows when I would see her up front again. She then utters under her breath (here lousy bitch) I was so fed up after that we just got out of there. There was a kind old lady trying to get their attention but the worker just sneared at her and began to unpackage a shiny knife and started waving it around in the ladies face! the lady looked so scared. It's one of the very few national chains in this small town of Hurricane. A joint business with 7-Eleven. And I think the latter has better coffee (plus a variety of International Delight creamers, some I haven't even seen offered in Colorado!) The wifi is supposed to be free but old isn't work for me :( read more

The lines is constantly wrapping around the building, they'll move it around quickly by having people park for their meals.. but then that also just causes chaos.
