Went here for breakfast a little after 9 today. It was busy but there were many people working. Went to counter, took a while to be waited on. Ordered, paid, did not get a receipt. Waited more than 20 minutes for my 2 big breakfasts. Finally went to counter to ask. I could see me food sitting on the prep table. Lady who took my order saw me and asked what I needed. I repeated what I had ordered. She saw the meals sitting there, bagged them and gave to me. Due to having waited almost half hour with my wife waiting in car, I broke my own rule and didn't check the order. Big mistake! Drove home, 15 minutes, and sat down to eat. Found that they did not include my hash browns!! Damn!! I was super pissed. Too far to go back, never got a receipt, like being robbed. Should have listened to the review, but this McDonalds happened to be the closest to the park I was taking my niece to. Got a simple 10 piece with fries for lunch, it was all cold, not sure if it was even under a heating lamp. Nuggets were stuck together, my niece throw one away because the skin tore off from being stuck to another piece. She a little picky though lol. Overall don't not recommend. read more

the service was bad , nicole was a real prude. me and my family came here at 5:22 am to dine in the dining room but the door was locked ???!!!!! we stood there for ten minutes knocking . nicole saw us knocking and left us there , so we went through the drive thru to inform the employee and a young man kindly told us to come back and he'll open the door. we go back to the door and it's locked for another 5 minutes before nicole opens with a bad attitude. she then says " she wasn't opening the lobby yet " but on the door it says 5:00 am it's open !!!!!!!! she said that the man that told us it would be open doesn't make the rules, and she wasn't ready . she the proceeded to yell a him very unnecessarily and instantly ruined my day! read more

Went and ordered on the kiosk for a double quarter pounder that came out to be $9.59 as stated on the kiosk, the kiosk froze after approving my card and taking my money and I wasnt given a receipt. I complained to what looked like a manager and he said it would refund in two days which is ridiculous I want my food now not in two days. Great building, great design except terrible handicap entrance. Two employees just stood in my way at the doorway while I was trying to walk my mother thru one small door, she has to use two canes. One team member offered to help hold the door, they just needed to move out of the tiny entrance area, the other was socializing with a friend and in our way. Kiosks were down, ketchup dispenser empty in the dining area. Had to ask the cashier for some ketchup, she had to search for it. My mother's sandwich was smashed down in the wrapper. So it's a McDonald's. I get it. I don't love their food. It's all about my kiddo here and she doesn't care about anything but her McNuggets. For me, not a fan of McDonald's. This location though, is nice. It's new but it looks modern. Multiple tables with games for kids to play and as usual, the self-order kiosk sucks. The reason for the higher rating than usual is simply because I think I had the best quarter pounder ever made. Never had I had a burger from McDonald's and walked away thinking "That was delicious!" I went though the drive through around 10:00 pm and I definitely have to say the line was out to the road and my order was specific. Typically this location never gets my order right, I come for lunch a lot but this visit was on point. My food was fresh, they specifically made my food the way I asked. And the employee Carlos was professional, and accommodating. Tried to leave a tip and he kindly declined. All and all even tho they were going through a late night dinner rush in the middle of a pandemic with limited menu options, my visit was great. But as for my visits during the lunch hour 11:00-1:00 they could be a lot nicer and the cook needs to listen when you ask for extra pickles or sauce. read more

Sorry, but this is an unusually bad McDonalds. It was built recently and it is close to my house so I gave them several tries. At least three times I had to give up waiting in line at the drive thru. The order taker was very friendly and read back the order to ensure accuracy. The "manager" Mercedes, who worked at the second window did not greet us nor make any comment but hand a bag of food out of the window. I asked for a side of ranch and was met with a reply of "we don't have any". Mercedes then turned around and walked away without making any attempt for a resolution or offering an alternative. Furthermore, a sausage burrito in the order was missing which caused us to drive back to the window. I did not see anybody within view so I honked my horn one time in order to gain someone's attention. After a few moments I observed Mercedes walk past the window near the ice cream machine (however she was not obtaining an order). It should be noted there were no customers in the drive thru at this time. She then walked past the window again where I honked my horn a second time and she continued walking past. I waved my hand to garnish her attention, which met with negative results. A younger gentleman who was sweeping the floors came to the window and I informed him of my missing burrito. He apologized and retrieved the burrito. Mercedes blaintantly ignored me, appeared disgruntled and had a negative attitude during the entire encounter. I contacted the store (#36729) to discover who this rude employee was and I learned she was the manager! I'm appalled that she is designated as a leader within the McDonald's corpororation. Mercedes apologized over the phone for her rude behavior, but it was uncalled over and unnecessary. I did not deserve that treatment. I was however, satisfied with the taste and freshness of the food, so I commend those who cooked the foods on this evening. I also want to recognize the young gentleman who observed the poor leadership of Mercedes and resolved the issue to include an apology. read more

An employee who didn't know the shake machine was/still is broken. An employee who was surprised I wanted a refund for the shake I purchased but they couldn't provide. A supervisor who processed the refund but never apologized and appeared to be annoyed with me. A location that won't receive my business again. read more

Travis on night shift who works the drive thru is awesome and clearly communicates what the customer is asking for, but it seems that his colleagues don't share the same enthusiasm to satisfy the customer since my order is always messed up. So someone forgets to schedule staff for the breakfast shift every day since they opened. Also they will not hire kids still in school to work there. The worst restaurant I've been to. Ordered a fillet of fish meal in the drive-through wait 10 minutes to get to the cashier window the order is incorrect and they have me pulldown to the weight window. Waited 20 minutes for an employee to come to the window and says they will be with me soon. I look up the telephone number and call the restaurant and the manager answers and brings the food 25 minutes later. I obviously requested a full refund. Will never go back. Ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra cheese and no pickle and got one double cheeseburger with pickles and no extra cheese and didn't even get the other burger (although I paid for the other and paid for extra cheese). I want to start off by saying I really like Mc Donald's as a company. They are a large American company that has helped employees millions of Americans over its lifetime and usually they have had good customer service, that said I moved down to the Spring Hill Florida area about 5 years ago since than I have had to call the Oakbrook Illinois office and complain time and time again as these stores from this franchise owner are the worst managed and run stores I have ever been in consistently. Today when I went in this location I saw they were busy but not swamped employees were moving around but no eye contact or greeting finally as I stood near registers I asked a female employee which register is open to take cash (as I was paying cash and would have to go to a register not a kiosk anyway) the employee told me what register was open. As I waited for her to finish putting a cookie in another customers bag she walked right by me and went back to the kiosk (I was still standing at register) she says sir sir I can help you back here at kiosk I looked back and said I'm paying cash I don't want to be a ping pong ball I prefer just to do it at register (if I wanted to use kiosk and wanted to pay with a card I would have done it myself didn't need help for that) she than said sir we have to take you here I said but it doesn't take cash correct she said no it doesn't I said so let's just do it at register she said I can't we are told that I have to take it here. At this point I was done with deciding to eat at this location today it is so sad that a customer can't be SERVICED in the manner that is respectful and proper no need to lead a person back and forth from register to kiosk from kiosk to register, why would you refuse a paying customer service and not want their money all for a decision that might be fine for card paying customers but doesn't make dice for cash customers. I have a feeling that this franchise owner has decided to get rid of customer service and instead of having human interaction we will all just go from our phone screen to a kiosk screen and back as they want to have less employees to interact with me and intern they will not have me to interact with their employees, at least in this franchise owners stores in the Spring Hill Fl location at least Chick Fil-A will still give me customer service with a smile. read more

Quite literally the slowest "fast food" I've ever seen!! I've gone quite a few times out of convenience, but this is ridiculous! I've figured out a formula that will let you know how long your order will take. For every item you order that equals one minute, but for every vehicle in front of you that doubles your order time, and it can be doubled many times! So let's say you're ordering 5 total items, that means it'll be 5 minutes, but you have 3 vehicles in front of you. 5*2*2*2 That means it'll take close to 40 minutes to get your order! I mean it's a rough guideline, but I've waited close to 45 minutes as the only car in the drive through when I ordered 10 items one time, but they've become slightly faster in recent weeks it would seem. Oh, one other thing to add, you'll never be able to order their shakes... Every time you do they'll claim it's their machine that is broken or down! They've been saying it since week one, and every now and then it works, but the only way it'd break down that much is if they didn't clean it properly. So I would avoid having shakes here! It's still McDonald's food, and It tastes like McDonald's. So yeah, that's about it. read more
