They got my to go order totally wrong and I'm forced to drive back 15 minutes to get a refund. I know they can look up my transaction and reverse the charge because it's only been 20 minutes since the transaction. Maybe they'd rather incur the cost of a chargeback. Team needs coaching as well. When I asked why I had to drive 15 minutes back for a refund the person on the phone asked me "15 minutes? Why I did you come here?" Really? So disappointing! read more

Tried to talk to a manager but the drive thru employee didn't want me to, so I guess it's going here instead. I had a pretty simple order but I could see on the screen that he REALLY messed it up. No problem, mistakes happen, he must have misheard. But when I told him the order was wrong he cut me off and said "that's what you ordered bro." I repeated the order back and he said "okay, I got it", but it was still wrong on the screen, so I asked him to repeat it back. He wouldn't. So I asked to have another person take my order. He pretended to be another person and took the order again, but still cut me off and got it wrong, then asked me to just order at the window. I drove up to the window and said I don't want the food anymore, he was so rude so far that there's no way i could trust him to not do something gross with it. I just wanted to talk to a manager. He refused and kept asking about the order, and gave the lame excuse "the guy who took your order is new, bro". Whenever I order at the drive up window, the employee barely speaks English and doesn't understand English. I have to repeat myself several times. Today I was there to order a meal for my son and specifically asked for a blueberry icee. She said a Hi-C and I said no. I told her again and she then asked what I was requesting before she just said they don't have that. When I got to the window to pick up the food I saw they did in fact have the blueberry icee and told them that's what I originally asked for but the girl at the window had to get a supervisor to approve the drink change. So you just activate that and then a magical realization comes to you that you're not the only person on the planet. The McDonald's app is in my opinion the best app, as it has the best deals and the rewards system is perfect! Totally agree with other reviews. Worst service we've ever experienced tonight. Not sure who they hire here but they are below par and close things down before they should. Refused food to us even though we arrived well before closing. They somehow made food for themselves (we could see it bagged up from the window and he confirmed it was for him), but not the customers? It also appeared that they provided food for their friends for free maybe? All cars bypassed the 1st window since it was closed and the 2 cars before us that were both waiting at each drive-thru spot (the one on the outside had sat there forever), and assumedly ordered only seconds before us. They both got food, and then hung out in the parking lot socializing with each other (two black SUV cars), likely waiting for the employees to get off of work for them to bring out more food (probably the food we ordered). The more I think about it, the more I believe this likely is the case. Seems like the owners and managers need to take a closer look at what could be happening at their restaurant and the kind of people they are hiring. read more

Ok, so it's McDonald's. But, as far as McDonald's goes it tastes the way it supposed to. Which is sometimes exactly what you need. What makes this McDonald's stand out is the exceptional Play Place. The jungle theme, 3-story play tunnels, and tablet games. My son walkways wants McDonald's because of this Play Place. The other thing that caught me off guard was the table service. I can't believe I'm reviewing a fast food joint but the other reviews were so off from my experience of this place over the past 7 years that I had to say something. First, I don't go to Mickey d's all that much (maybe once every other month) but I have never had an issue here. Sometimes there's a long line but they always seemed to move fairly fast. And unlike the other reviews I have never had a messed up order. But hey, I'll admit maybe I'm just lucky? As for the food quality, we'll it's McDonald's. You come for the breakfast menu and that's about it. I've had to find internet and coffee to work for 2 mornings. I often go to Starbucks and Peet's coffee. Yesterday and Today I chose to come to McDonalds for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Yesterday I ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins ($1 each) and coffee $1. It was surprisingly good coffee (I drink it black here). At this location there are NO outlet plugs to work here for 4 hours. UGGG, this is a minus star for me. Internet speed was actually pretty fast even with my VPN (over 57MB down, see attached image). Why do I give it 5 stars? It's because of one young Hispanic lady. Her name is Martha and she's about 60 years old is my guess. She cleans the tables and has a HUGE smile! She fills up our coffee and is just one of those people that brings light into your day. i'm just disappointed with how a delivery was handled. they gave out a delivery order without confirming pick up and that person took the order without them making sure it went to the correct person. and then i went to get the order because it got transferred to me and i double checked with the customer that they have not received their order. i asked them if they can remake it since they paid them for the food but they aren't giving the customer the meals they paid for. i tried to see what can be done and she just kept dismissing me. she tried to cancel the order on my phone for me and i didn't want her to do that. because then it just goes to another driver and this will keep repeating. just disappointed in how it was handled and now that customer won't be getting their food because they were not even attempting to help. read more

Recently remodeled but unfortunately the same staff is still there. This location used to have their act together but the service continues to drop. The employees are more concerned with each other than the customers. I have witnessed multiple time were customers have been super patient only to be tossed a meal with no apologies. After two visits where we experienced similar occurrences, I feel it's time to make them known. The staff doesn't seem to take their jobs seriously. I'm not opposed to having a good time while you're working, but it's obviously affecting their ability to provide quality service. From blatantly ignoring us to being loud and crazy while the cashier is trying to help.
