Holy smokes, lobby open at 4:30am! Great coffee and get some good laptopping done early. Music is not too loud. Table locations for laptop. Good views out the windows. Green and trees out there. On the rare occasion I eat at McDonald's I at least can count on it tasting the exact same anywhere in the country. The 1 Star is because the food took a very long time to come out and when it finally made it to my table it was cold. Not luke warm, but cold. I guess the $15/hr starting pay doesn't include training. We ordered 2 combo meals and came out of the drive-thru with 3 burgers, 2 drinks and 1 fry. SMH... We parked and went in to get the correct order and the kid admitted charging us for 3 burgers, not combo meals (yet we got our drinks!) He made it right with the fries but couldn't figure out how to refund us the extra burger so he gave us a card for a free dessert. NOT THE SAME. I also don't understand how the drive-thru line is always long and when I get up to the window they ask me to pull forward to the waiting spot ahead EVERY TIME. Last time we did that, ELEVEN cars exited the line with their food before ours was brought out to us--and the fries were cold. What unicorn meal did we order that no one else did??? Worst McDonald's EVER!!! I'd love to be writing a review of their food right now, but sadly this morning was the 5th consecutive attempt to get service where I am again arriving at work hungry. Why do the employees even show up when they refuse to acknowledge anyone in the drive-thru? Is this just a location for paid naps? Will my ridiculous desired order (a burrito and hash brown) cause so much disturbance that they can't possibly take a break from playing solitaire and assist me? I will admit that try #4 back in March - the staff was indeed gracious enough to take my order. It was only after I turned the corner in attempts to pay where my plan of obtaining some breakfast were thwarted by the sewage truck sucking crap up from the drive-thru lane. With both windows blocked, there was no access. I pulled up to the door, hoping maybe they were making some provisions for this. Sadly - nope. I finally gave up, knowing from past attempts the doors to the dining room are locked and not having hours to sit around and wait for the completion of the sewage disposal. I suppose it is officially time to stop being stubborn and visit Jack in the box up the street when I desire some fast food breakfast. read more

If I could I would give them a zero star rating. The guy at the first window was rude as hell. The cheeseburgers were COLD AF and the bread was hard as rock. This locations would easily be a two star if it weren't for the kids play place. The service has usually been sub par and the food is your typical experience. So we go to the second window to get our food and ask for the other item because the employee at the front window was so rude. And still the same thing, nope sorry you have to go around. The employees and the managers are extremely rude. Terrible every time we go into this location. Orders are never correct. And when you go up and ask them to correct the items, they say nasty things under their breath and when they bring back correct item, they throw it in the bag at you in a huff. Also on another visit, i got home and my order was wrong and items missing. I called over there to let the manager know they messed up my order, and she blamed me for not checking my bag. If I could give less than one star I would. In fact I should have done this a while ago and I don't know what kept me from doing it tilll now. The workers have one brain cell COMBINED. I am aware that many of the workers do not use english as their primary language but if those workers are incapable of communicating with customers efficiently then they should not be working at one of the counters or drive they windows. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese a large fry and 4 hash browns. When I received my bag in the drive thru I asked for honey mustard and the woman at the window gave my hot mustard. I asked once more. I could tell she did not speak English and I was patient and respectful to her and she again gave me something different but this time it was sweet and sour. She put little to no effort into pleasing me and instead she was more fixiated on the phone in sight of the drive through window. I find this ridiculous as I am a customer and I think I deserve better service as I wasted my money here. Not to mention they forgot the hash browns. I never feel to check my bag as I feel like I am paying for good service so this caused me to make a trip back. Worst accuracy for a McDs I've ever seen. I ordered 4 items, not a single one was correct. Two dbl cheese, a large fry, and a coke zero. Dissapointed time after time. The food ordered in the drive thru has been incorrect the last 4 visits . One time, they put extra cheese(which is an extra charge) and onions rather than making a plain cheeseburger. Not happy kids in my car about that! The last time we pulled in with a car load of family. The employee said he would be right back, then proceeded to help the next 6 cars in the other drive-thru lane. We finally just left and went somewhere else. Another 2 separate visits the sprite was missing the syrup in the drink and was just soda water! This is the worst McDonalds you will ever visit. They consistently serve cold and stale food. The french fries always taste like the oil hasn't been changed in days. They have no sense of customer service at this place. On multiple occasions I've had to wait for fries while they dish out bags of fries to other customers. Apparently a distinct "out of sight, out of mind" mentality, probably coming direct from management. Once they've collected your money and your out of the main flow, who cares how long you wait for service. Incredibly awful customer service. They refuse to accept coupons that they advertise as accepted. False Advertising then they will make you wait 15 minutes as they forget to ever complete your order.
