Extremely, extremely slow drive through service. It took more than 30 minutes and then we're only 6-8 cars ahead of me. And this isn't an unusual occurrence, I should have known better than to come here. Their machines are constantly broken and they don't bother alerting you before you get stuck in line, so then you go through the painfully slow drive-thru only to find out you can't get what you came for. Staff is very unprofessional, told me to wait at number for my order and never came out! I walked up to the door but store is locked due to early closures during the pandemic. One of the employees gave me bad attitude about it and I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for a small order.. Drive thru is also 30 minute wait time, so beware. Some friends and I went to this location after a movie. Each of us got a ten piece nuggets order. Just recently went here, drove up to the 24 hour dive through, and waited. For a good minute or two. "Hello? Is anyone there?". No answer. Drove up to the window and looked in, and saw nobody. I very, very rarely eat Mickey D's but when I do, I usually order a 6 piece McNuggets and a filet o-fish. Sometimes I'll splurge and get a strawberry milkshake. I come this location on rare occassion that I just need to get something to eat while driving somewhere I'm already hella late getting to. This location is closest to my house and of last resort. Hit and miss experiences with the drive through (I've never gone in). Sometimes they are fast, efficient, give me the correct change and get my order completely right with napkins without me having to ask. Other times I can't understand what the hell the drive through person who's taking my order is saying, there are items missing from my order, there's like two drops of tartar sauce in my filet o-fish, I only get 5 pieces in my 6 piece mcnuggets, burgers are assembled like crap, and coffee drinks are waaaaay too sweet. Patronize at your own risk and always check your bag to make sure they got your order correct before you speed away. There's nothing crappier than getting home to find out that the filet-o-fish sandwich you've been craving is not there. read more

If possible, go to a different McDonalds! I normally don't write reviews for food chains because they really don't need it and they are usually consistent from store to store. So I only do this for store who are consistently the exception from the norm. So... This McDonalds IS THE WORSE when it comes to customer service. THE WORSE. Normally I am patient with people who work in service. As one who has worked serving the needs of customers I can be sympathetic and let it go of any misunderstanding and say to myself, "they must have had a challenging day" or something along those lines. Well, service is one thing, but when you try to CHEAT me that's another. I came into this store to purchase the 20 nuggets, 2 medium size fries, and 2 medium drinks for $10 for me and my 7-year old niece. I didn't see this advertised on the menu above and I tried to look around at the windows because sometimes you see it now and then and so I asked the food clerk if they still had the deal for the 20-piece and the rest for $10. She said that the deal was still going on. So she rang up my order and I paid and waited. When my order was ready, I walked over to the counter and noticed that there was only one medium cup. So I asked the lady who put my order together (I believe she was one of the manager/supervisors because she wore a different color top) for another cup. She looked at my ticket order and said, "Oh no sir, it says here that you only ordered one soda". But I explained to her that about the $10 20-nugget deal and even asked her to confirm, but she went on to say about what was on the ticket. Then she had to audacity to say to me..."If you want I can charge you for another drink". When she said that I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Why in the world would I pay for a drink that it already owed to me? Well, I was with my niece and I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable so I went ahead and bought the medium drink for $1 (the supervisor just took my dollar and didn't even bother giving me the receipt or charging me the tax... I guess she realize she was in the wrong AND she thought she was being nice by not charging me tax). So I went to sit and ate my meal. Then it dawned upon me.... I that I should have asked for a large size since the medium and large size are all the same price! Dang, she got me again. So in a nutshell, don't come to this place. They are here only to look out for themselves and not the customers. I will still go to McDonalds, but not to this one or to any one in the area lest they are owned by the same owner. read more

All I'm ordering is the muffin and a parfait with a sub on the muffins Canadian bacon for regular bacon. Yesterday I got Canadian bacon and today no bacon! This McDonald's is my new goto source for ice cream cones - Id say they have a 80% or better rate of not disappointing with small portion sizes, or consistency issues with their ice cream. The one beef is I usually come later at night, and this locations inside closes at 9pm, so if I get there I usually am forced to go in the drive thru which can sometimes take awhile...
