I don't know where to begin with this, but I will say that this is the worst customer service that I have had in many many years of going in and out of establishments whether it be fast food or sitdown restaurant. The look of the stain that is on the woman's face that's supposed to be working the counter, but hasn't walked up once is incredible. We waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order standing in a room where there was not one human being when we walked. Suddenly there are six people standing in the lobby, and everyone is complaining... one of the customers just told us "I know not to come to this one, and I still came in to give it a shot. I'm regretting it". Pimple picking from the fry guy while we are watching, dirty looks, and not one employee and rendered an apology to any person standing here. What a train wreck. read more

Saw workers arguing and cussing at one another food took forever and never got my drink

Waited 30 minutes for 4$ worth of food messed up my whole lunch break. Usually not this bad but today was ridiculous

Management unprofessional and disrespectful in front of customer. If you cans do your job just quit instead of spreading negativity.

Definitely the LAST place to stop. We came by before hitting the beach, the line went pretty quick. It was odd, they had $1, $2, and $3 "deals" but when you ordered a different price came up. A double cheese burger and small fries was $3 but the price came up for like $4.50? So I asked if it was correct? The person said it would change at the end.. so weird... having a HUGE digital screen to show the order and total but no accurate. That isn't the locations fault just a weird McD thing. The worker sounded like the question had been asked several times before. My daughter wanted a fish sandwich which wasn't on the menu? The had it though... again the worker seemed to answer as though he gets it frequently. The worker was nice at the window. Before I got the food I asked for ketchup again (they asked for the sauce during ordering). He said there was some... negative.... We parked and someone went inside to get ketchup. read more

I asked for 2 slices of cheese on my sandwiches and every time they only give me while I'm laying extra, I asked again on another day and they charged me for 4 slices of cheese when all they had to do was hit extra cheese, they don't know what they're doing or how to train people read more

I worked there a few months also one on Pembroke This looks a Mallory and Pembroke McDonald's they are disgusting and leave trash in the store over night some of the juices and trash touch boxes and bags and food that they use to serve people. used gloves have been left where they leave fresh food. they have placed raw meat directly next to water they in my opinion are disgusting you can visit my : Paymenowjs Mcdonalds Facebook page for more photos They fill out their own surveys and reviews to try to make the store seem better read more

I have never left a review on anything and I took the time to make an account just to tell you how shitty this place is. the who I assume to be the manager was rude ass hell. we were told to park up front for our food and half an hour later she came out with an attitude asking what we were doing parked multiple people in the line ahead of me all with issues of not getting their breakfast just to be told it wasn't going to be ready, and only when I asked for a refund did they ask if I wanted my food. the entire place is a joke and I hope they go bankrupt read more

could not believe how rude the staff is. they forgot a sandwich and seemed angry at us about their mistake arguing in there about it, we had been in the drive thru just a moment before and we had the receipt in hand tried saying we didn't order it when it was clearly on the receipt, rude lady handed over the sandwich we paid for as if it was coming out of her own pocket. do not go here unless you like incompetent rude people !!! yikes ! read more

The workers at this location really take the time to make sure all orders are right & that they move at a fast paced speed when it comes to the drive thru and orders from inside. I'm never disappointed leaving this mcdonald's. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would, waited 60 minutes in line to get two hour old meat in a quarter pounder. The fry's were stale as well. Don't waste your time/mon, never go here, bad mistake! read more

Let's start off with the first 3 reviews from Dion, Cynthia and Jon. They are spot on, everything they said times ten. Let me add that the management is a pathetic joke so how can they lead, which makes their crew pathetic jokes. I go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's, their attitudes suck, food is ALWAYS wrong and they take forever. My very last visit was when they gave me food poisoning, I called the next day and talked to the manager and she seemed unfazed and not surprised at all...no apology or anything. The only thing that shocks me about this McDonalds is that it's still open. All of them should be fired and a whole new staff needs to be brought in to help this pit. read more

This McDonald's should remove the open 24 hours sign from their building. I've gone to their location at least 4 times between the hours of 3-5am and they were closed. There were people inside cleaning or doing something, but not serving customers. This is the last McDonald's on interstate 64 before you go through the HRBT into Norfolk. My plan was to stop in there on my way to the Norfolk airport. Besides being closed when they should be open, this location is ok. I don't see how you can mess up Micky D's. read more

This place is great. We always stop here in the morning and take a break from driving the bus. The people are always nice, and the environment is very comfortable. Do not eat here. I bought a mc chicken from this location and ate 3/4 of the sandwich when I discovered an unrecognizable object in the patty. I do not know what it is but it is cooked in the patty and apparently came from the meat processing factory in this condition. I went back to McDonald's to ask the manager what it was in my sandwich and no one could give a clear defined answer. I'm furious and want to know what I ate and where did it come from. It looks like a long noodle and McDonald's does not have pasta on their menu. So I have ate something that could possibly make me sick and I have no clue what it is. This is poor business for a company this size. I have been eating McDonald's all of my life and never have I encountered such a substance in my food. This will be the last time I ever eat McDonald's trash slob food. read more

Nothing but attitudes here late at night like they don't won't to be there.. It must be a franchise location with a extremely cheap owner.. Late night menu and you just can't order burgers by themselves, have to be part of a combo.. How ghetto is that, oh and they only have 4 combos available. This place should just close down or have Corp look in to how they're running this place. Ever heard of something called branding? read more

I must say I go to this location maybe 3 times a week. Never have had bad service or food. The food is always hot. Giving McDonalds 4 stars is very rare for me. I remember how fresh and good the food was as a kid but now a lot of it is processed. They still have the best fries in all the major fast food chains. I'm Writing this review for this particular store because they went above and beyond for my visit. Arriving 3 minutes before lunch after a long work out with the wife - we were ready for lunch, but they were still serving breakfast. The cashier at the time told us that we can put our lunch order in now even though they were still serving breakfast only. We ordered lunch and it arrived right at 11:00am hot a fresh! The fries were amazing. What I liked most is the greeting when I came in. When is the last time you got a greeting at McDonalds? I'll wait......it rarely happens. Granted it wasn't busy but everyone greeted us throughout our visit. I think this was an independent store, but they are a good representative of the company. The tables were not that clean, ours was sticky and had some food on it. The bathrooms were not that appealing but someone was there to clean them. After our lunch they told us to have a nice day! The staff was SUPER friendly. They wanted to serve us and they did! I pass this particular store all the time when I go to the beach to work out. In the future I will be stopping by. read more

Stopped at this pathetic McDonald's this morning, waited about 5 minutes with ONE vehicle in front of me in the drive through.....( Mind you this is 5:45am), then they finally took that cars order, another 3-5 minutes later, the person comes on the mic saying ' wait a second's....So I waisted about 10 minutes in that fuckin drive through, and the bitch says wait a second...No ' good morning', nothin, just wait a second.....Ignorant ass people!!!! Please do something about your staff and their customer service skills.... read more

Let's start of with appearances, this is undoubtedly the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever walked into. The floors were not clean and looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite some time. The counter top, where you order your food, are filthy and have coffee spills everywhere from the previous day. The tables had crumbs, trash, and the seats were also covered in food debri. The smell is definitely one for Sherlock Holmes to figure out, my assumption is that it is from the ice cream machine that is dirty and probably moldy somewhere, just look at the photo. So, now we can get to the service. The service was piss poor just like it was last time I was here, felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff just by ordering food. No smiles, no thank you, no nothing and the worst part is that it was a manager. If I bought into the franchise I would fire every single employee besides the cooks and start fresh. Maybe you can hire someone who will be willing to work for the money you pay them. I will never go back to this McDonald's, ever.... not even if my kids were so hungry it hurts. read more

This has possibly been one of my worst experiences here. I walked in the restaurant with no line and had my order taken post three minutes of waiting at the register. I was greeted by an employee that was clearly miss treated. After about 6 minutes of waiting for my mcdouble and large fry a family had walked in. The little girl of this family asked if she could make an order after she stood for five minutes. The manager or who I assumed was the manager looked at her and proceeded avoiding taking her or her family's order. I finally got my food. No ketchup was included in my order. Maybe after about 12 minutes of standing there I got the attention of the manager to ask for some ranch and ketchup.i got the ketchup but after waiting 6 more minutes I figured the ranch was not worth it and I left. read more

Slowest McDonald's ever. Zero sense of urgency from the staff and understaffed. Should have walked out given the length of the wait. Then get to the counter and offered no apologies for the excessive wait. Might be fast food, but food isn't prepared or served fast. EDIT: The manager that gave us our order did apologize for the wait and was very nice. read more

The worst McDonalds I have been to at night. At the earliest time I tried 2 am I have been told multiple times they were getting ready for breakfast and not serving until 4 am. I use to work at McDonalds 1 it doesn't take 2 hours to get ready. 2 you can have the limited amount of menu items done quickly with little interruption to your preparation. After a few weeks I got sick of it and downloaded the McDonalds app and ordered from there to make them do there job. After I got my food I went back around and talked to the manager and cashier who denied me the first time. The manager told me that he had told her he said that to me and she told him that was wrong and they were serving. Ok then who are these people getting it from it's been multiple times and only the managers and the owner tell their workers whether or not they are serving. So I'm sick of the lies and laziness of these people at night. With the exception of one manager I will get her name and put it on here because she has been amazing. read more
