Placed an entire pickup order for the group 15+ minutes before close. Pulled in and they told us they were closed. We actually arrived before close and they waited to use the speaker for 3 minutes until they closed. Zero stars if I could. Don't go if you actually want to eat. Terrible food. Terrible service. I was driving home from New York and decided to stop at Cabela's and Russel Stovers. Mcdonalds is in the same area and I needed some food. I had two hamburgers extra pickle and a large fry no salt. The staff where fast and friendly and the place was clean. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. All Mcdonalds are the same except maybe as far as the service goes. This location was no different. The food was fine and it is a quick inexpensive meal. I generally do not eat mcdonald's as it is not the healthiest food. But in a rush I will go to one. read more

Come here for breakfast occasionally in the morning before work. Every single time I come I'm asked to pull to the side or pull to the next window to wait for my order. Stopped here tonight to break up a long drive. I was seriously impressed by the polite service and good food. My husband and I got two quarter pounder meals and they were hot, cheese melted and fries super hot. One of the best McDonalds meals I've had in years. If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions, ketchup, and mustard. The burger came out with onions which I wasn't upset about. We went around again and asked for the same burger just without onions. I was very nice and understanding. The boy that waited on us was very nice and understanding but the manager was saying all kinds of things behind the closed window. She kept giving us dirty looks. Then when she handed us the burger she proceeded to say "and if it's not right this time I AM NOT making it again". Im extremely disappointed in the rude customer service I received here tonight. As much as I love Yelp and Leila S. - the two things combined have really changed the way I notice things when frequenting any new establishment. "Oh I have to drive the whole way around the building for the drive through!" I said to Leila as we prepared for our glorious, post-partying all night feast. "That's minus one star!" Nice place as far as Mcdonald's go, I guess because of their proximity to Cabelas, the decor is rustic.

I went through the drive through and I got a 20 piece chicken nugget, a large frie, and a large coke to share with my family. we opened the box and pulled the first one. it had a piece of the plastic stuffing that you find in pillows. It was half-way inside of it so it must have been cooked into it. after a few nuggets, we pulled another one and it had a curly black hair on it. it was like they dropped it on the floor and threw it back in the box. We threw both out the window. The fries were ok for the most part though. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Severely under staffed and normally I would give the benefit of the doubt and think that it was an off day, but this wasn't the first time I had this experience here. To start, if you sit down on a seat, you are GUARANTEED to be visited by an employee and asked, not to do so. If you walk in the door without a mask, it will only take a few seconds for an employee to approach you and tell you it's state law that you have to wear a mask. Don't worry, they have throw away masks for you if you need. And the prices are so high, it's cheaper to pay for an 8 hour airplane ticket and just eat the complimentary food they offer. Also the workers are allowed to sit on the seats and "dine in" because the rules only apply to the PAYING COSTUMERS! read more

slowest drive thru ever‼ Went there on Labor Day and took over 25 minutes to get thru drive thru. No one working at payment window. Certainly no Chick fil a in their managing of drive thru. Then we FINALLY get up for our food and one drink was til their beverage machine was broke so we had to wait more until staff got it in lobby and brought it out. This establishment literally defines fast food, choosing to go to McDonald's was a quick stop for a quick meal. The most outstanding impression I got from my experience at this particular McDonald's location was the huge lack of customer service. The cashier was hurried and rushed customers through the line and had no personal welcoming tone at all, had no smile and made no eye contact. "Next, next, next", isn't how anyone wants to be treated, it honestly felt like I was waiting in line at the dmv. She rushed through her words when she was taking orders so you could barely understand what she was saying. It would have just taken a few extra seconds out of her way to make some small adjustments to her service. After placing my order I go to get some ketchup and it out orange and runny, the pump shot the condiment cup out of my grasp, needless to say it was very off putting and I got ketchup packets instead. I waited about 15 minutes for an egg white delight and hash-brown. In my waiting I noticed an employee coming back from his break and he did not wash his hands. Upon my number being called, the shift leader just tossed my tray towards me and went to the drive through window. The staff at this location needs some customer improvement classes. read more

Let me start out by saying I love the decor in here. The antler lights are awesome, and I have no idea where they could have possibly came from ;) Decor aside, it's pretty cool they use the pager system instead of butchering people's names. Sadly though, I was less than satisfied with my food. I got the ranch grilled chicken snack wrap and not only was it sloppily put together, the chicken was so rubbery, I head it squeak. Don't they have cooking guidelines to prevent that from happening? It's a one inch thick piece of chicken, it needs maybe 5 minutes on each side on the grill. I mean I know it's "lunch" hour but it was beyond slow. However, I was extremely impressed that I got hot fries, which is a rarity at any McDonald's I've been too. Worst McDonald's I have frequented. I typically use the drive thru since I work nearby. Always takes 10-15 minutes for the drive thru no matter how many cars are in line. Always messing up orders. Like today. Asked for no Mayo and asked for a different sauce. Paid the $.50 more per burger but still ended up with Mayo. None of the fast food places are good in this area Mcdonald's needs to send in Managers from other areas to train these people because the people in these hill areas have no skills or respect and do not care what quality food they serve you.
