We had a coupon on the mobile app and I accidentally hit the claim button on it and it got deleted went up to the counter to explain this and the staff seemed very confused on how to rectify this situation. It was for 20% off a soft drink. The staff couldn't figure out how to get the 20% off so they decided to give us a free fry after they were talking to each other for about 10 or so minutes but had us pay for the drink nevertheless I guess it did come out to be close to even. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience in this nice little McDonald's.

I have to say, as much as I changed my mind those younger workers were truly the most patient and well-mannered. I know this place is recently new, so maybe that has something to do with it. But there was a young man was wiping tables down and he said "May I?" before he wiped our table and even as we were leaving told us to have a great day. I've been to a few other Chick-fil-As: the one in Altoona, one in Lebanon, and I'm sure one or two others, but this was easily the best experience and I was just so wowed by the efficiency of the drive-through and the friendliness of the staff. Also, the food was good: it seemed a smidgen more pricey than other fast-food restaurants but the coke wasn't flat, the waffle fries were fresh and hot and tasted great, and even the chicken sandwich was well-presented despite it being in a box served in a bag in a drivethrough.
