What a disappointment. I ordered a "regular" sized chicken steak for $9.75. What I got was a tiny little thing that looked like a kiddie sized sandwich with hardly anything in it... for $9.75. We go here all the time. Usually perfect every time. However today when we ordered online and went to pick it up this time , it was done and just sitting there 15 minutes before it said to pick up so it was just sitting there. Why choose a time? Secondly my girlfriends veggie had a long blonde hair in it and we were disgusted. Subs are good. Service is good also. However the value is poor. Yes they are serving premium meats but $12 for a half of sub and fountain soda is way too high. Sub is similar to subway but double the price. Primos subs are excellent but on the higher end $. Would choose primo every time. I will return but not frequently. read more

Nothing to brag about. I was never here before so I asked what was good, and they told me #8 the club. I grew up on Jersey Mike's. I grew up eating Jersey Mike's from the original Jersey Mike's in New Jersey. And the sub was delicious. Problem? 1/2 a sub is $8.49. I've had subs here maybe 5 times before and ordered again last night. I was extremely disappointed especially for the price we paid. I love hoagies but this was the soggiest hoagie I've ever had. #13. Delicious. Had it 3 times so far on wheat bread. What makes it so unique is that, unlike other "sub" places, it's mostly meat and other items. The bread, while tasty, is not huge or overly filling. You definitely get less bread, which is great. While not the cheapest, certainly the tastiest. read more

I'm giving them 3 stars because the customer service on the ordering end was great. The guy started our sandwiches and was very energetic. This was my first time at any Jersey Mike's so I wasn't sure what to expect. The sandwiches were just "ok" in my opinion. Nothing I'd go back for. The service on the "payment" end wasn't as pleasant as the service on the other end. I was there today. All of the staff are slower than each other . My order number is 43. First a guy took my order. One was cheesesteak and second was turkey sandwich. A girl came over to do my sandwich and she sounded like she doesn't know anything at all. Then she gave me my sandwich . Mind u I'm still waiting for my cheesesteak sandwich . I waited 19 minutes after my turkey sandwich was done. I went up to the counter and asked about my second sandwich they all look confused as if I have 10 heads. I had to wait almost 20 minutes . Portion size is ridiculously small. My "regular" size sub was 7 inches and they claim it feeds 1-2 people. Worst portion size I've ever seen in a sub place. Better off good my to Subway, which I hate. My sub, my wife's wrap, and my daughter's mini cost $24. I could have ordered twice as much food from a local sub/pizza place. The price for a sub can be a little much, but it is worth It! The subs always taste fresh and all the options are very good! My experience from going twice is I find the people who make the hoagies here don't care. Two guys were preparing my lunch and were talking the entire time, so they drenched my hoagie in oil. I have celiac disease and I'm very sensitive to even the slightest amount of gluten. I was here for lunch today and they did an absolutely amazing job with my sandwich! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and in no way did I feel I was inconveniencing them. I had a delicious Philly cheesesteak and did not get sick.
