What a disappointment. I ordered a "regular" sized chicken steak for $9.75. What I got was a tiny little thing that looked like a kiddie sized sandwich with hardly anything in it... for $9.75. We go here all the time. Usually perfect every time. However today when we ordered online and went to pick it up this time , it was done and just sitting there 15 minutes before it said to pick up so it was just sitting there. Why choose a time? Secondly my girlfriends veggie had a long blonde hair in it and we were disgusted. Maybe you guys should focus on hygiene and have the 12 year old employees cover their hair, maybe put their hair up so people don't have to eat it. So much for this place. read more

Subs are good. Service is good also. However the value is poor. Yes they are serving premium meats but $12 for a half of sub and fountain soda is way too high. Sub is similar to subway but double the price. Primos subs are excellent but on the higher end $. Would choose primo every time. I will return but not frequently. read more

Nothing to brag about. I was never here before so I asked what was good, and they told me #8 the club. I grew up on Jersey Mike's. I grew up eating Jersey Mike's from the original Jersey Mike's in New Jersey. And the sub was delicious. Problem? 1/2 a sub is $8.49. #13. Delicious. Had it 3 times so far on wheat bread. What makes it so unique is that, unlike other "sub" places, it's mostly meat and other items. The bread, while tasty, is not huge or overly filling. You definitely get less bread, which is great. While not the cheapest, certainly the tastiest. read more

I'm giving them 3 stars because the customer service on the ordering end was great. The guy started our sandwiches and was very energetic. This was my first time at any Jersey Mike's so I wasn't sure what to expect. The sandwiches were just "ok" in my opinion. Nothing I'd go back for. The service on the "payment" end wasn't as pleasant as the service on the other end. I was there today. All of the staff are slower than each other . My order number is 43. First a guy took my order. One was cheesesteak and second was turkey sandwich. A girl came over to do my sandwich and she sounded like she doesn't know anything at all. Then she gave me my sandwich . Mind u I'm still waiting for my cheesesteak sandwich . My experience from going twice is I find the people who make the hoagies here don't care. Two guys were preparing my lunch and were talking the entire time, so they drenched my hoagie in oil. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and in no way did I feel I was inconveniencing them. I had a delicious Philly cheesesteak and did not get sick. We got 5 regulars for 45 bucks. They were only 6 inches. They have a bigger sub, but close to 15 bucks per sub, that would have set me back 75 bucks just for 5 subs?!! While I will give the food at this place, and any other Jersey Mike's a 5/5, I gota give this store a 2/5 for long order waits and poor customer service. I have been going to this location since it opened (the food itself is good) and there has always been problems with the service. The first 10-ish times I got food here, I did the online order thing. Each time the order was wrong. I started to learn my lesson by having to sit down and look through each food item to see what was correct and what was not. Then I started to wait in line to help solve that problem. Usual wait time is 20-30 minutes from the time I walk in to the time I leave. It really seems that the staff is just not working efficiently. I notice that they try to do one thing at a time, but usually end up running around doing multiple things. Trash cans in their working area are always full and overflowing. Another sign of not working well. When they take my order, they don't write it down and have to ask me again what I want. For the order just before this review, my order was grouped in with the person next to me. This happened from the time they took my order to check out. Not acceptable. There was no reason to make this mistake. I also noticed, like a few reviews down below mine, someone commented and posted a pic of receipts sitting on open sandwiches. I noticed this as well, but only for online orders. Not too appetizing to look at and what if it is forgotten and left in? Or at very least what if the dressing/oil breaks it apart and the customer gets pieces of wet receipt in their sandwich? I can see that happening with how they are running and not giving proper care. I'm not sure how JM's is set up for franchise, ect... but I have always had problems at this location and it really seems that need to reevaluate and work better. If they could do that, they could probably earn a 5/5 for service. Food itself is 5/5 read more
