Great service, excellent attentive waitress. For the food, The 6oz sirloin came out presenting so plain, had the same inside texture as that of a frozen, then thawed steak. Somehow the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, but had skins in them. Also really bland. Had the jalepeno poppers for appetizer (okay tasting) and then potato skins. I've been to this restaurant numerous times in the past and always enjoyed my experience, but sadly, this recent visit completely changed my mind. Upon being seated, we were told by a server (that was not ours) that my sister's 5 lb service dog could not sit on the booth seat with us and had to stay on the floor. Despite explaining that this is a trained service animal, we were met with resistance, and my sister ended up having to leave and sit in the car with the dog--completely unacceptable and deeply frustrating. We eventually spoke with the manager, who clarified that the dog could sit on the booth chair as long as she didn't go on the table--something we would have gladly done from the start had we been treated with respect and understanding. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, it was cold and honestly just not enjoyable. After all that inconvenience and disrespect, the quality of the food didn't do anything to make up for it. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that I won't be returning again. I told them I had a party of five or six and the staff looked like they couldn't support they sat us at a table with wobbly chairs we ordered and the food took about 35 to 45 minutes to come out. I stopped into this local establishment while my dog, Larry was getting Groomed around the corner. The second I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by the Bartender, Taylor!! She was in great spirits and had an absolutely glowing smile! I let her know that I was in the mood for something on the sweet side. She recommended the Prickly Pear Margarita. I could tell.... And was almost immediately told by Heather, bartender, that my Yeti filled with high ph water and electrolytes, was not allowed on their premises! If anything, it's usually a conversation starter. I was diagnosed with a health condition December of last year. I work in sales and have visited hundreds of establishments in (PA, MD, DE, NJ & VA) over the past year and I have NEVER been told that my beverage, required due to health, was NOT permitted! If you or someone you love has special needs or beverage restrictions, steer clear of Logan's in Hamburg! I explained my situation to no avail. They just put the overdone steak and the refrigerator cold Mac and cheese on the plate 4. There was a advertisement thing on the window sill and I flipped it around and it was moldy. Ew! 5. We asked for the manager to come out and the waitress came back and said she's to busy to come out and wants me to ask what I can do . Say that again? What?! The poor waitresses have to do the dirty work of a manger because she doesn't want to deal with the situation of the shitty food? We said we don't want to pay for this ( which I have never done in my entire life but I have never in my life had such baffling crappy food) so she said ok we'll have a few bites and feel free to go. This review is getting 3 stars because of the service, not necessarily because of the food. Went to Logan's with my aunt and uncle.. and unfortunately it started out but so hot. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table and completely ignored by the waitress in that section for 15 minutes as she just stood there and stared at the table. After asking a hostess while my table was ignored, they found a different waitress to wait on us from the other side of the restaurant. She was great and very attentive. She also notified the manager that we waited and were ignored earlier, so he gave us complimentary dessert and money off the bill. The manager and the new waitress made the situation better and deserve 10/10 stars for being so great with customer service. The food was just okay.. my aunt and I ordered the salmon on a plank with shrimp. The salmon was actually great, but the shrimp were small and gummy. She ordered a sweet baked potato with hers that was under done. I would get the salmon again, but the shrimp I would absolutely not order. My uncle ordered a steak, which he liked. Our fries were nearly cold. I would prefer Texas Roadhouse over Logan's any day. The food is a 2.5/5, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised because it's a chain steak house. The customer service here is great, but if you want to spend money at a steak house.. go somewhere else. I ordered their $32 Ribeye steak medium rare because of the rare opportunity to go out to a nice dinner with my dad. the Ribeye was closer to rare throughout, when I sliced off a section of the steak and bite into gristle (not fat) and tough meat, I sent it back and ordered a NY Strip. the waitress was nice but notified me that she would need to speak to her manager. I got the NY Strip cooked, delivered and with contempt by the shift manager. a poor cut of steak can kill a place like this in addition to management's attitude. Finally someone sat us and we ordered our drinks... The server came back with the drinks and he had the wrong drinks. So he's passing out the wrong drinks and spills the entire tray of drinks all over my family. It was a nightmare! We ordered our appetizers and they bring us the cold bread that must've been sitting out. Our server kept apologizing, I'm asking to speak with the manager and the manager never comes. My first time at Logan's Sunday night about 4:45. We live about an 1.5 hours away but were visiting my brother and sister-in-law who just moved to the area after 12 years. In any case, my son and I decided to stop here for dinner (he had been here before) on our way home. There was a 45 minute wait but he said it would be worth it. And it was! We started with adult beverages. Enjoyed a huge order of loaded potato skins (so good)! My son chose a ribeye steak medium, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I ordered the 12 oz sirloin medium, baked sweet potato, and broccoli. Everything was cooked to order. We passed on any dessert...I was stuffed and actually brought half of my steak and potato home. Our waitress was very good. She made sure to check on us but not too much. I was surprised she didn't clear the tables when she did stop. Between the appetizer, the (most scrumptious homemade) roll basket, and the plates, I'm glad we had a booth made for 4 people. It was cluttered. It's a roadhouse so jeans were the dress cide. This was the first time I ate at Logan's. You enter and you get this rustic cabin feel. The hostess was very nice and greeted us immediately. We were sat in a booth that was comfortable. Our server quickly arrived at our table and was very nice as well. Our drinks arrived and our server was very helpful while we were deciding what to order. Our food arrived hot and smelling good. My daughter got the cheese burger but had a very hard time eating it. The roll was large and very dense. So firm that she picked out the bread in the middle of the roll. She did mention that the bacon was good but there was really no spices on the burger. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with loaded mash potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was perfect but that was about it. The mashed potatoes were not fresh and the tiny bit of cheese was topped with bacon bit type of bacon. I am not even sure it was fresh bacon. The chicken was juicy but was chewy and I think they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This restaurant really seemed like a Texas Roadhouse with a different name and not as good food.
