During this chaotic time, those who are essential workers are drained, concerned for their health, and possibly unhappy with their pay. I will say, yes there's a lot of negatives right now. But dwelling on them so much that it effects your entire attitude towards your customers (who allow you to still have an income), is horribly wrong. Today I ordered 3 meals through this locations drive-thru and received nothing but a horrible, negative attitude. I knew no matter how kind I was, the person taking my order could care less. I was seconds from calling her out and driving off. But I chose not to be that negative person during this pandemic. Instead I finished my order, paid, and drove off. Overall, I am disappointed with how poorly I was treated. And I feel for those other customers who have attended this location recently and received this same service. read more

Eat lunch here at least once a week. Always get the grilled chicken. It's hot and fresh. So far I haven't gotten a bad experience. They have a value menu that's pretty decent if you need to save some money. I work at AP and my group comes in for multiple orders they are always accommodating. read more

I know, I know...I should not eat KFC, but darn it, sometimes this little lady just wants a biscuit & some mashed potatoes & gravy that don't cost a fortune and that I don't have to make myself. KFC reminds me of my mom bringing home a bucket of chicken, and one does not turn one's nose up when mom brings home a treat! :) I probably come here 3 or 4 times a year, and while it's not fancy, it's definitely friendly. No surly staff or 'tudes here. Stopped a few weekends and was actually commenting to my husband while we were eating about how insanely upbeat the staff was for 2 PM on a Saturday. Their $5 meals are a really nice value...3 chicken strips, mashed potatoes, biscuit, cookie & a drink! I took half home for a nice evening snack. I've been to this location two times in the past couple months. First visit I was missing a cole slaw. Second visit I was missing my gravy for the potatoes. The chicken was very greasy and mostly cold. Room temp is a better description. I really don't like going to a place that cannot complete a simple order when it is not busy. Holy hell, where do I Begin!! First off I'll state Friday's weather was close to 95 degrees and high humidity and we left work to hit up some fast delicious KFC. Well once we entered and ordered our food my group of coworkers and I realized we walked into the a burning pit of hell! It was hotter than a whore in a synagogue. They said sorry our AC is broke. No sign on the door no nothing. Next I will go onto the cleanliness of this facility. Absolutely and utterly disgusting the floor was glossed with a 1/2 inch thickness of fresh oil from the fryer. We couldn't even stand on the floor without sliding all over the place. The food was good. Until we got back to work. Two out of 4 of us got violently ill and had liquid explosions coming out of every hole of our sweaty bodies. I will never set foot in this KFC again. Please get this place up to code so other fine fellow citizens do not get some sort of sick and twisted disease!! read more

Kentucky fried chicken, hmm. This used to be really great chicken but after the colonel passed on, sadly the chicken went down hill each decade since. I remember that strong aroma of the herbs and spices when you walked in, ahh, today it's bearly noticable anymore. They really got stingy with the herbs & spices and it really lost alot of the flavor it once had. Some locations are better than others, but i can make it better at home anymore. read more
