Instead of bringing us fresh cups of water, she simply refilled our existing cups. Since one of the cups had previously contained Sprite, the remaining soda mixed with the water and made it taste unpleasant. Throughout the rest of our visit, Abby also appeared to give us unfriendly looks after we asked for the water, which made us feel unwelcome. The food was enjoyable, but the customer service did not match the quality of the meal. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

On my last visit, I started with the crispy calamari, coconut shrimp, and bang bang shrimp. While the shrimp dishes were delicious, the calamari was a bit of a letdown. Although it was nicely seasoned and had a good crunch, the pieces were so small that it felt like there was more breading than actual calamari. For dinner, I had the filet and lobster tail. The barrel-cut filet was thick, juicy, and cooked to absolute perfection, and the lobster was hot and flavorful. Honestly, the filet might be the best I've ever had from a chain.
