My wife went through the drive thru today and ordered food and she got a Quarter pounder with cheese. There was a piece of paper in there like the paper that separates the patties when they're frozen, but it was cooked. Disgusting and a huge safety hazard. McDonald's has now been mixed in more when I'm on the road. Why? Because they don't suck as bad as they use to and more often than not it's breakfast which in my opinion they do better. This location is not far off the highway with great signage. Parking was easy and lit clean. An immediate stop at the restrooms revealed a clean overall room. But music was blasting which was annoying. Order taken and the young girl was somewhat friendly. No issues processing my card and was given a receipt. A kiosk was available for ordering which I despise and would not touch. The dining room was almost empty with several tables that needed wiped down. Also debris on the floor. During my visit no staff was seen cleaning. Number was called and pick up of a McGriddle sausage combo with ice coffee and a sausage biscuit combo. Food was hot and tasted good. Coffee was not filled even close to the top, weird. In a hurry and let it go. The taste of carmel was overwhelming, but ok. A weak 3 seems to fit this visit. I would return. read more

I ordered the card in and offset meal and it took 20 MINUTES to even get my food and I was the only customer in the store. the manager was rude and it appeared as though she was holding my food to the side until last minute because I was watching my food being made the whole time. I had to yell to get any attention from anyone and when I asked an employee about my order she stated she just knew it was being made and not sure where in the line it was being made yet. she didn't know I already knew where my food was. when I opened my food my sons fries were cold as were mine ans and the burger was just thrown together. very disappointed read more

They have no idea how their own coupons work. I had one for $4 off of $20 and the scanner wouldn't take it off so the girl gets the manager who says she's not sure why and "maybe it has to be $21." What?! She then went on to say she has no way to manually discount it so basically she denied my coupon. A few days later I went back with a 25% off $5. My subtotal was $10 and some change. It wouldn't accept it again so the cashier says, "Maybe it's because it's not ENOUGH OVER $5." Wow, gotta love that reasoning. Anyway, she finally typed the code in and it worked. The lady behind the counter was very patient and courteous with our family's to go order, but numerous mistakes were made. It was hard for us to tell that all the bags were not filled with exactly what we ordered so we didn't know till we resumed our road trip.
