First off why have a drive through if you have to wait 20 minutes? I just waited over 20 minutes in line and the employee was rude I had about 5 more cars accumulate behind me. The employees need to be retrained on customer service, every time I choose drive through I wait at least 5 minutes till someone opens the window and greets me. They act like I'm invisible. Im done with this place and I'm finally saying something. I open up my food and no sour cream when I ordered extra, it mostly filled with rice. Popped in because I wanted something quick and relatively healthy and ready to go. Chipotle got that done with a chicken salad bowl hold the rice and beans. They sometimes wonder why I don't want rice and beans, but I just tell them that I've lost 45 pounds not eating carbs and they get it. Chicken was decent though a little overdone. Online ordering at this location is horrendous especially around 10p. I worked at chipotle before and they are all about quality ingredients and throughput. Throughput is lacking at this location- I put in an order 15 mins in advance- that's well enough lead time to get an order ready. I was still waiting for my order 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready. Quality is abysmal as well. I ordered a kids meal and the orange was inedible- half rotten-how could you give a rotten orange to a child much less a paying customer?! Chips and salsa were missing from my order as well. Filthiest Chipotle I have ever seen. Visited at 7PM on a Saturday. The tea Kettle was completely empty as well as the one at the mobile pick up counter. None of the fresh lemonades were filled either, but they let me order one through the line. The drink station looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the day before last. The food line looked about the same. Not one employee seemed happy. Customer service was very lacking. No thank you or even a hi what can I get for you! I will never visit this location again. I noted 7 employees working so they can't use the excuse of being short staffed. No one was eating in the dining room and there were 3 people in line a head of us and about 2 customers behind us. Legitimately one of the best Chipotle experiences I've had in a long while. All of the ingredients were fresh, accurate, and served as heavy handed scoops. I asked for a ton of pico and my god , they stacked it. Smoked brisket was beautifully juicy and spiced. Employees were kind and efficient. By far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Honestly this location would be better off being shut down. The employees are clueless. The girl today scooped everything in my bowl on one corner (yeah it all fit in one corner because she scooped such a small amount). She left half the bowl completely empty. I had a coupon through my app and asked a different employee how to use it, she said she had no clue and that it was probably expired (it clearly stated December 26th as the expiration). The last time I came inside I asked the guy at the register why when we order online so they never give us double meat and he literally straight up said "if you order online you probably won't get any of your special requests, even if they cost extra because we usually don't see them." Today was my last time trying this location. There was one person in line ahead of me and somehow we were in there for 15 minutes. This was the first time I have witnessed this at any chipotle location. Chipotle used to represent cleanliness and freshness along with a good portion meal. The lady that was preparing the bowls had no energy and had no hairnet which worries me because she was not groomed well. Also serving station was a big mess. I have never seen such a dirty non-appetizing chipotle before I came to this one. Im questioning if the food is even fresh. The portion she was serving were so small that she makes chipotle look bad. The prices are still the same but yet the bowls were so light that even though we asked her for more she hardly put any. Somebody needs to train this employees properly on how to keep their stations clean and how to come to work properly groomed. I tried to discourage my kids from buying anything but they were hungry. It was also almost 9 PM and we did not want to risk not finding any food anywhere else. Chipotle you need to properly instruct employees how to not scare customers away by the way they run the restaurant and the most important one is cleanliness or shut down this location. There were three employees there at the time we stopped by. We understand there's a shortage of staff but there is no reason why they can't wipe down the food stations to the point that it looks disgusting. I've given this location 3 tries over past 6 months, and they have messed up my order every time. This time, I sat in the restaurant for 40 mins. waiting for an online order.
