Swung around the drive through again, told them and I received someone else's order even tho i clarified to the employee at the window. I assumed incorrectly that my order was accurate. Again incorrect, I went inside and told them and the employees got attitude with me and said "make sure you throw the other ones away" as if I'm doing this on purpose to get free food. I just want what I ordered and paid for. Regardless, silly me I left again without checking, guess what chicken again. I was having a cra@ppy day and decided to treat myself to Taco Bell. I visited the Wesel Blvd store #514 and Tremayne took my order and brought it to my table too! I am disabled, hurts to walk, but this young man was gracious enough to bring my order to me with a smile! So Taco Bell is definitely not my "go to" pick of fast food. Today I remember why. First of all they are so slow! It took me 25 minutes to get through the drive thru and there were only 5 cars in front of me. I know for a fact that the 3 cars in front of me each received a normal lunch sized bag and one drink. Wo we are not talking huge orders here. Then there is the mysterious shrinking burrito. Seriously, the prices have increased while the sizes have decreased. The burrito supreme is half the size it use to be. No joke. The employees were very friendly and the food was hot. I appreciate that. This is my wife and I's go to Taco Bell in town. We've only gone through drive-thru and have gone 10-20 times in the past year. We've only had one time where an item was forgotten. Super busy time of the day so I ended up waiting inside for my missing item for about 20-25 minutes. I've worked in fast food before so I was very understanding, more frustrated at the situation rather than the workers. Manager apologized and gave me the missing item as well as a small refund in compensation for their mistake. I wasn't asking for that but it was very appreciated. While they may not have been on their A Game this one time (again first mistake we've had in a year) the thoughtfulness was well received. read more

Has to be the best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. After a long trip on the road it was relaxing to wait on their slow computers. The broken lock on the bathroom door brought me back to simpler times. I was relieved when my receipt wouldn't print because I wouldn't be burdened by all of that useless paper. When my Togo order came out as eat-in, it was a wonderful surprise. Taco Bell knew I needed more of a break. This taco bell loves to keep you on your toes, for example, giving the woman in front of me nacho chips instead of nacho cheese! The decor was equally mentally stimulating. This has to be one of the worst Taco Bells around. I travel a lot and have seen some winners, but this one seems to be consistently poor. We go here pretty much weekly, sometimes more than once a week and it is a rare occasion that our order comes out correct. Even if it does come out right the beans are so dry they are hardly edible. They always ask you to pull around to wait, even if just ordering one item. Not sure if somehow it makes them look better if they move the cars through the drive-through quicker? Tonight was the last straw, as we pull up we were greeted with a message that they were out of crunchy tacos and a handful of other items (which seems to happen a lot) I went ahead and ordered 2 7-layers with added red sauce, a gordita crunch wrap with added sour cream, and then 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos for our young daughters WITHOUT the jalapeno sauce and 2 waters. They messed up EVERY item. They didn't add the red sauce to the burritos, they didn't add sour cream to the taco (although they sure charge for it!), and they took out the nacho cheese instead of the jalapeno sauce and also forgot to give us the waters. My girls were both begging for water! So I went back in to tell them our order was messed up and that my wife already ate her gordita crunch wrap so just needed the new bean and rice burritos. They took their time re-making them and threw in a taco supreme instead of the gordita crunch wrap. So they messed up the replacement order as well. They are just not paying attention to the screen, or what the customers say. Might be worth the trip to Falling Waters. read more

this is my go to fast food place. this place is very cheap and the food is really good. i've never had a problem here. it's a fine in/ drive through. i've gotten a cheese quesadilla, crunchwrap, and a drink and it's only $8. when my sister went to chick fil-a she got chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink for $9 and there's small portions. so to me taco bell is WAY BETTER THAN CHICK FIL-A read more
