This is a ding on Subway writ large, not this particular nearby restaurant. I tried to order online via different locations, online, in app, logged in, not logged in. All gave me the same unsatisfactory and frustrating result. I was all set to order lunch online and use the BOGO coupon expiring today, 6/5/26. Typically, fast food places mean it's still good through and including that date. Apparently not Subway. Have they removed expired BOGO from their deals? Of course not. But you can't use it. So, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

As of this writing, 7/19/2018 this Subway on Charlestown Rd., Kearneysville, WV is Open. At one time they were closed for renovation. My spouse stopped there to get a tuna wrap for me. It was good read more

The food & service are great at this location, HOWEVER, on 11/12/14, I was at this Subway store with my daughter, & we both were surprised on how the owner of this store treats her employees! She was extremely demeaning & screamed at her employees in front of everyone in line over sugar in the sweet tea! I felt embarrased & ashamed for them. This has NOT been the only occasion this store owner has done this! My neighbor refuses to go to this Subway, & would rather travel to the next nearest location because he cannot stand the way this store owner treats her employees! This store owner needs to learn that in order to get respect, she needs to give respect! The food is great & well prepared, but the STORE OWNER NEEDS SOME LESSONS IN PROFESSIONALISM, & how to treat her Employees! read more

Great Subway. They are always fast, nice and professional. The owner is always there and adds that personal touch

Four people working the line at lunch today, service was quick and staff was nice. Seating area was clean. This is how a Subway should be!

Great atmosphere, the franchise owner here knows exactly what she is doing and lets nothing get in the way of customer service. The catering here is one of a kind for Subways and is the same price is all the other subways except you get much more than you bargained for. I would make the extra drive for this subway any day. read more

I am a repeat customer at this Subway due to it being close to my work. Every time I have come in here I have been sorely disappointed by the utter lack of customer service on the part of the manager and owner herself. Most times I come in she ignores me and avoids eye contact while yelling for one of the sandwich makers to come take care of me. If they are out of an item or the toaster is broken, she very rudely snaps into the conversation between me and the sandwich maker to tell me that. She is very mean to customers and employees alike. It makes the whole experience a disappointment. Not to mention her yelling at the employee while making my sub to not put any more of this or that on it when I wanted more. They will be losing a regular customer unless big improvements are made on this owner's attitude. Subway corporate needs to really examine this restaurant. read more

This is the Subway that I use as my measuring device for all other Subways. So far none have measured up to the product, people or the place. This is an owner that runs a business that is certainly about the customer service. The food, the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant are par excellence. I also want to tell you that the catering service is the best. I live one city over and I will make the trip to insure that I cater through Rita's Subway. I would give them more stars if they were available.... read more

I am only give 1 start because you can't give none. 3 of us went it at approx. 5 pm on a Tuesday. There were 3 people up front. 2 seemed fairly new, the 3rd (a fair skinned girl) was kind of rude and bossing the other two. We were already unhappy with our visit because of her unpleasantness. The other 2 in my party each got a sandwich. When I came up to order my 3 the unpleasant girl called for help from the back. A tall young man came up to assist. The unpleasant girl then left. From behind us in the lobby we hear a woman (maybe the manager) yelling to the young man about why he was working the line, he was supposed to be working on a project in the back. She then came around to the other side of the counter, took the new girl that was ringing one of us out and physically moved her over to the line, then started reprimanding the new guy about how the meat was laid out on my sandwich while I was trying to tell him what toppings I wanted. I asked if she could let him finish my sandwich before she continued to yell at him, to which she replied "probably not". There were more customers in the store at this point so she proceeded to help make their sandwiches. As the new guy was ringing me up I asked him what the managers name was. He said her name and that she was the owner. I was shocked!!! She walked back to the back and gave me a dirty look as she passed. The previous reviewer must have been a friend. This woman clearly knows nothing about customer service or how to treat her employees. My family and I will NEVER go back to this Subway ever again. We would rather drive the extra couple miles to the next town if we want Subway. Subway should not want this woman to represent their name. She was awful! read more
