Oh. My. God. What a horrible place to dine in at. I can see why this location got so many bad…read morereviews. I should have taken a cue from all the vehicles in the drive thru, but I was determined to sit down and eat instead of driving off with my food. It was a mess, service wise, but not so much a mess as the food was fresh (even if it did take forever to obtain your food). When I walked in here there were two gentlemen standing off to the side. I thought they were waiting to order, but they were there to pick up delivery orders. With that, I approached the counter to place my order. From the time that I approached the counter and had someone there to take my order, two more customers come in and another delivery order shows up. Finally get to place my order and there is now a hoard of people standing around the counter looking like we are at a watering hole in the middle of the jungle about to pounce on the next order to come up to the counter. One of the two gentlemen that were there for a mobile order delivery ended up cancelling it on the customer and left because of how slow they were moving. At that point, it had been about ten minutes since I entered. Another five or so minutes elapsed and the order's were coming out at a snail's pace. I had time to fill up my cup and drink half of it before my order was finally ready. The other gentleman that was there before me for the mobile delivery order was still standing there. The one guy that came in after me was verbally showing that he was upset, but those complaints fell on deaf ears, as we rarely saw anyone come to the counter. By the time that I finished my meal, there were a few more mobile delivery orders and customers to come in. The first gentleman finally had the mobile order in hand and was out the door mere minutes before I finished. I've seen chaotic before, but never like this. I don't know if they were understaffed this door or just unorganized, but it definitely showed with the lack of awareness of your customers in store. They were more focused on getting the drive thru line moving than making sure people were satisfied.

I will never eat at this establishment ever again. I ordered via drive thru and no sooner did I pull up I saw a girl wearing a black lives matter face mask. I have been taught to never see color and I taught my kids the same! That is not professional attire at ANY establishment! Never again! The manager on duty that allowed this to happen should get demoted! read more

The number of times our order's been wrong, things have been missing, and stupidity has happened (no utensils for a salad, no napkins in the bag, etc.) are countless. Literally countless. It's also the slowest CFA in the nation. I'm not sure what goes wrong here but last Thursday night, we spent a half-hour in the drive-thru line. A. Half. Hour. At the restaurant known for its efficiency--and this wasn't an unusual experience here. It's insanity. Top it off with sullen employees and a real lack of the baseline, flagship CFA service, and one wonders how this franchisee holds onto his flag. Two stars for the food itself which is standard CFA, but it's a sad state of affairs in Hagerstown. I'd love to see it improve but after years of nonsense here, I'm not hopeful.
